Then I was told that there would only be 1 nail technician available. My reservation was made for pedicures for both of us! I even got a text yesterday reminding me of my appointment for 2 pedicures. I watched while she got a pedicure done. I promised her that we will go again to get a pedicure together, but at a different salon. I will not be back.

Terrible work and makes me wonder if the ladies who did my nails even have nail certificates. Not the best customer service either...I walked away with dirty hands. My paint job on my toes is not the color I wanted and my nails are splotchy, dented and scratched up. I'll be thankful if these last 2 weeks and my last set was amazing. Shout out to Amy. Call before and ask for AMY or don't even waste your money. Also, this place is pricey! I used to pay 40 for coffin shaped, solid color- they want 70 but can't even do a basic square design properly.....I had to ask her to flow with my finger. I asked for square not duck feet. I also had to ask to file my real nail down to match the square and not be grown out and over the edge in a day. Very disappointing when you know how to do your nails and how nails should be done, are paying too dollar for your nails to be done because you don't want to do them and can't even get them done properly nor in a timely manner....definitely don't recommend.

LITERALLY THE WORST WORST WORST NAIL SALON!!…read more I came in the middle of the week during the afternoon - I was the only customer for at least 25 minutes. The two ladies that were working were playing on their phones, moving things around, talking to each other, and not concerned at all about me. That was bad but once my nail tech, Anna started dipping my nails - IT WAS AWFUL. She was so rushed and incredibly sloppy that she kept messing up each dip layer. Her way of fixing it was to continue adding more dip to my nails. As you can see from the pictures, my nails look like literal globs, the dip is so thick and unnatural. I couldn't even believe I had just got my nails done at a salon. I've been getting dip on my nails for a very long time, and I have never ever ever ever experienced such an awful nail service before!!! And on top of all that, this nail salon should be shut down for not following proper sanitation guidelines. I'm pretty sure the nail file, nail buffer, brush, nail rotary & everything else has been used on hundred of other people & never cleaned. My only bit of defense here is when I refused to pay for the dip, they didn't argue. They knew it was a HORRIBLE dip set & they let me leave. This nail salon is disgusting & their services are absolutely awful. This place should be shut down!!
