I've used Alden's refurbishing services, several times, and I've been very pleased with their service, although, I am disappointed to read about Dennis K's experience with Alden Shoes refurbishing services, and my guard/suspect is up, as a result of Dennis K's Yelp review. Alden shoes are hard to come by, since Brooks Brothers is nearly out of business. I've purchased a few pair from Mr. Sid, in Newton, MA, which was a great experience.
