Fill out the form, schedule an appointment and be done. Once they're there, depending on the repair, it's only about 20-30 minute's and your wheels are right back where they should be. Not scratched. I signed up for the rewards program and hope I never have to use it again but if I do, we know where to go. The alerts might be a little annoying every other day via email so I might opt out of those unless they tone it down a little.

On this visit, I purchased LT285/60R18 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and they fit my truck perfectly. I have a 2-inch lift and had already done an alignment. On my first visit, I wish the initial employee had taken a little more time to walk through my questions, though he did say the tires would fit. When I came back for the install, Jose completely turned the experience around. He was professional, took the time to come out, listen, and double-check everything.
