    Lychee martini!
    Mark N.

Ok - the sole demerit was for a waitress who provided perfunctory service- not always proactive at water refills - and not very happy to be at work from what I could tell- but that's it! Now hubby and I had arrived at the attached Aloft hotel feeling pretty hungry- we'd left icy cold Chicago earlier today and we're looking forward to lovely Caribbean-influenced weather! So we walked on over, were seated pretty quickly- and good lord - we decided on no mains but did order sliders - a charcuterie board- and lobster Mac n Cheese - but I know we tasted lobster there, but damned if we didn't see any! Still - it was good! And the charcuterie board was pretty generous, I must say! It definitely hit the spot. Finally- the sliders weren't overly big but they were cooked perfectly AND tasted great! Ok - and the lychee martini was on point! Will we come again? If we're in Miami again? Sure!

i went here for my birthday some time ago with my partner at the time. i enjoyed it, the service was nice and the interior was modern and clean. one of the main problems is the portion-to-price ratio. i understand that it's a nice steakhouse, but the bill was kind of crazy and i still left feeling somewhat hungry after. the price of that lobster mac is a crime, especially -- it was like two or three bites' worth. i've gotten a much larger amount of lobster mac & cheese for the same price in, like, las vegas of all places. to be honest, i only chose 107 because it was convenient to where i was living at the time. however, i wouldn't seek this place out otherwise. there are much nicer and more upscale steakhouses that give you much better portions within the same price range in miami. if you're from out of town, skip this one.

Picanha steak 10 oz. with Mushroom Risotto

We went to the restaurant for dinner on a Saturday night. They were not busy when we arrived and the hostess sat us quickly. They gave everyone water to start which was great but some people ordered soda, which took long to be brought out (and we had to repeatedly ask the waiter for refills). I had a French onion soup as an appetizer and it was good. The main course on the other hand came out in a disorganized fashion, with 2 entrees being delivered with no sides and then 10 minutes later the other entrees arrived with the sides. I had the picanha, which came in three pieces. It was not cooked to the temperature I ordered and one of the three pieces was so tough I couldn't eat it. I also had the mushroom risotto, it was ok and some parts were undercooked. For entertainment, they had a live singer which was cool.

We went to this spot for a birthday party, where our friend was performing with a mini band setup. While waiting for the performance, we ordered some food and here's our take on it. The short rib croquetas were a standout, plenty of meat inside and really satisfying. The salmon tacos, on the other hand, were disappointing. The quality of the salmon wasn't great, and I had to take some pieces out due to the texture and taste. The best part of the tacos was actually the shell. We also tried the lobster mac and cheese, and our server, who was excellent and very attentive all night, asked if we wanted to add shrimp. We said yes, and they added eight pretty good-sized shrimp. However, there wasn't much lobster in the mac, which makes me think they push the shrimp add-on for that reason. The filet mignon was just okay, cooked properly but not as tender as expected. Definitely not the best, but not the worst either. For dessert, the Nutella crème brûlée stole the show, absolutely delicious. The cookie skillet was decent, but the ice cream tasted like it had been in the freezer too long. Overall, I'd rate this place 3/5. It was decent, but a bit pricey for what it was. Good experience, but probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again.

Whats not to love about this restaurant! There is live music, happy hour on Saturdays, delightful cuisine and great service too! This restaurant boasted a casual elegance that I haven't experienced in quite a while. I attended a birthday celebration and the servers were not only attentive to our tables needs they also ensured the birthday guest had a fabulous time! It is located on a hotel campus, however it is open to the public . This restaurant is a dine, drink and enjoy!

Nice restaurant in doral - ambiance is very nice, modern and open concept - bar area looked pretty nice. Food was plated and presented well. Service can use some help - waiter seemed overwhelmed - even though it was not that busy. Also - kids menu was provided; which has a section for kids to draw and do puzzles however no crayons were provided; when asked the waiter - he returned with a yellow highlighter. Also - kids menu was listed for $13 on paper however when the bill came it was showing $14... didn't make a big deal; because it's not directly the waiter's fault... however did pointed it out to the waiter who claimed that the print-out for the kids menu were outdated. Live music was a nice touch - the lady signing was super engaged.

We visited in March 2023. This restaurant is 107 Steak and Bar and our receipt says Element Miami Doral. It was conveniently located in the parking lot of our Aloft hotel in Doral. So, we just walked over. There were a few tables occupied upon our arrival. This was a highlight, since we were starving when we arrived. Fatima was a wonderful knowledgeable waitress, please ask for her when you visit. The restaurant is spacious with a full bar, flat screens, and a clear view of a green space with seating and our hotel. All our entrees- calamari, mushroom chicken, braised short rib, and the deep dish cookie a La mode were mouthwatering. There is an 18% gratuity added to all checks which we discovered when our bill was brought. We left a cash tip as well. This is definitely not one to miss.

disappointing I don't think I would return to this restaurant. came here for miami spice. the picanha had good flavor but was hard, 40% fat & overly salted the corvina with risotto was very bland and the fish seemed old. the appetizers were okay. the desserts were really good, the tiramisu and the dulce de leche mousse. Definitely the stars of the night.

Service is still a bit slow so maybe that's the standard. My steak came out rare and I asked for medium. It took them 3 tries to get it right. It was karaoke night so the vibes were great!

Tried a new place tonight, situated in the element hotel in doral. We had a reservation and were seated right away. For appetizers we ordered the tequenos and the french onion soup. The Tequenos: 7.8/10- the crust was flaky and good and the cheese was true queso. The french onion soup: 6.5/10- it had a very thin layer of cheese (hoped for more)) and had a bit more salt than needed Let's move on to entrees, they did have a miami spice menu however we opted for ordering off the menu. We ordered the skirt steak w/ fries and the filet mignon w/ mashed potatoes. Filet Mignon- 6/10- for a steakhouse they really missed the mark on the cook of the steak. It did come w garnished rosemary however it lacked a lot of flavor. The mashed potatoes were good. Skirt steak- 7/10- cooked well, but the meat quality was lacking. Definitely over seasoned. Lets talk about the restaurant and staff: clean, lack attention to detail. We placed a birthday on the reservation and even confirmed there was a birthday but thats as far as it got. Waitress never confirmed and brought out check instead. Next to our table was a strong cleaning smell. The music was loud. Don't think we would be back.

It feels intentional. Like the kind of place where you can lean in a little closer over a glass of wine and actually enjoy the moment. The grilled octopus completely stole the spotlight. Perfectly charred, tender, and packed with flavor -- easily the standout dish of the night. The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh and crisp, with delicate pieces of mango that added just the right touch of sweetness. Balanced, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. We ordered the provolone cheese -- a true Argentine classic -- and it was rich, savory, and comforting in the best way. Simple done exceptionally well. My husband's New York steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The sear, the seasoning, the temperature -- everything was exactly right. No notes. And the sangria? Full of layered berry flavors, refreshing without being overly sweet, and the perfect complement to the meal. Overall, it was one of those dinners where everything just works -- the food, the mood, the service. Confident, polished, and just flirty enough to make you want to come back again.

Even after paying, the staff continued to make sure we had water and asked if we needed anything else. This small gesture meant a lot. Sufrat has a great happy hour menu that ends at 6 PM. I tried the Moroccan Mojito, which was so refreshing. To eat, we tried the Shawarma Sushi and $1 chicken wing. The Shawarma Sushi name can be a bit misleading. It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. We ordered the beef kabobs, which were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak was a major disappointment. We ordered it medium well, but it came out extremely overcooked, dry, and tough, with hard charred pieces on the outside. It was clear that steak is probably not their specialty. That said, we would still recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, service, and many of the other menu items -- just skip the steaks.

We were lucky to be under the specialized and meticulous care of Idelis, one of the bartenders and a founder of this Doral location. We started with a tasting of the Wines of the Month: * The Gold Rush California Red; highly cherry-fruity with nice depth. * The Vinho Verde; crisp, refreshing, with a very light bubbly sensation. After the tasting, and keeping in mind her preference for reds, we decided to go with 2 bottles of Pinot Noir; elegant, with beautiful red fruit notes, soft tannins, and that classic silky finish that makes it so versatile and easy to enjoy. We started with the house pretzel bun with butter, which is always excellent. From the seasonal menu, we tried the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini, which were very good. For the main course, my girlfriend ordered the Blackened Ahi Tuna and I had the Shanghai Braised Short Rib; tender, perfectly cooked meat with a delicious soy-chili glaze, accompanied by roasted broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, and wasabi silky buttery mashed potatoes. The portions were perfect and the mix of flavors in the sauce and the mashed potatoes is something I can't even describe absolutely phenomenal. For dessert, the Summer Peach Butter Cake (the seasonal option) was already finished, which was very disappointing we couldn't understand why, especially since it was relatively early. We ended up ordering the Key Lime Pie instead, which was very balanced in flavor and sweetness. The crust was excellent and gave the impression of being homemade. The hostess was also accommodating when we had to shift our reservation time. Great service all around! Onto our food: they have a three course brunch menu where you pick one appetizer, a main and a dessert. Among our group, we all picked different courses to share and sample (we even had sharing plates). My sides were the manchego & serrano ham croquettes (5 per plate) and also seasoned the beef empanadas my ladyfriend ordered. The margherita flatbread, as well as the chicken Parm, were well seasoned with a robust flavored marinara sauce. I sampled a spoon of the mushroom risotto and wouldn't mind trying a little more again. Of course you could never go wrong with a chicken and waffles for brunch. #Classic. As far as desserts amongst our group, we tried all three of their brunch selections. I personally went for the guava one and the birthday girl enjoyed the chocolate brownie à la mode. The servers even sang happy birthday for her. I would definitely say this place is worth the drive West and look forward to trying it again.

Spicy margarita -- best drink here. Mezcal mule -- my mom and I didn't really like it because it was too smoky. Maria was kind enough to swap it out for us with another spicy margarita and didn't charge for the mezcal mule. Love the ambiance. They have daily promos on some of their items so be sure to check it out. I highly recommend this spot. 10/10

Food is amazing, service great but this location does not have the all you can eat deal. Came a 2nd…read moretime to try it and was told the other location is that serves the all you can eat was bummed out for that but still ordered the parilla for 2 and it was just as good as the 1st time. Will be a constant visitor, very good tasty food. One fail for me would be to make it be known they don't do ayce here. I know alot of people probably have gone to try out all the foods.
