Our waitress was young and not very knowledgeable about the menu or drinks and kinda seemed like she was just "getting through her shift". but other than that the experience was good. We just moved to the area from Boston and we miss the variety of food choices in the city. This is a local chain and I normally don't go for chains, but we were pleasantly surprised. I don't necessarily think all the food is 4 star (I consider 3 star good, 4 star excellent and 5 star fit for special occasion), but it does taste good (fish tacos and the burger are very good). I give the place 4 stars overall because the bar is fun, food is good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Berlin/Hudson location is next to many stores we need so this is becoming our go to place for casual eating. read more

We ordered the garlic parm Bistro Wings and the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese. When Becca, our attentive server asked for our order we told her that it was our first time at the 110 and we going to pick and share our order. Becca suggested that the order of Mac & Cheese could be brought to us in separate bowls, which worked out perfect. She also asked us if we wanted rolls served with garlic butter prior to the meal, the warmed rolls and butter were a nice touch and very tasty. The service is awful, if you're a single woman don't come here, from the mean hostess that looked me as if I had 4 eyes because I said I was one person, to the bartenders that ignored me the whole time but served people around me. Great gluten free options! This review is really about a server, Becca. We were at the restaurant early (5 PM), and our server and Becca each only had 1 table. While our server was nowhere to be found, Becca stopped by our table, chatted, got us drink refills, joked, and was altogether very pleasant. She went out of her way to be bright, happy, and very enthusiastic. She packed up my left-overs, too. While we left an appropriate tip for our server, we wanted to give Becca a tip, too, and tried to give her some cash on our way out. She graciously declined the tip, and said she had had a terrific time talking with us, and hoped that we would come back. I just moved to the area and finding good food around here is harder than it should be. That being said, 110 Grill is my favorite place so far. The burgers are awesome (and accurately cooked--something also difficult to find), but the best thing I had was the chicken Parmesan caprese. It had great flavor but was still on the lighter side. I had the berry sorbet float for dessert. This one was a home run but you can't go wrong with sorbet topped with prosecco. I've sat at the bar both times I've visited. Went to 110 Grill twice and both times had a pretty good experience...you need reservations on weekend nights for sure...the food is really good but the drinks are small...ordered a margarita it was expensive and tiny, the glass was a short one and they didn't put sugar or salt on the rim. When I want a Rita, I want it in a Rita glass with something on the rim or at least a taller glass...but the staff is great. Everything is fresh and made to order in a super clean kitchen. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was so tiny you could hardly see them and they tasted as if they were frozen. I will start off by saying that the food here seems to be pretty good and that I did not expect to like 110 Grill before I got there. It had good yelp reviews and a glowing review from the T&G and I was at the Cabela's across the parking lot so I figured why not give it a shot. My standard order at _____ grill (or bar or tavern or whatever) is a burger and a beer. If you can't do that right then there isn't much hope for you. The burger is the standard cheese burger, no gimmicks. I was cautiously optimistic as a lot of places that serve one burger (i.e. no "TEXAS COWBOY/CALIFORNIA GUAC! burger distractions on the menu) tend to focus on perfecting that burger. Let's just say that's not the case here. Its a decent burger and that's it. Also a burger will set you back $13 (at a strip mall by 495 no less!) and you can add bacon for an extra dollar. Don't add bacon, there's nothing special about this bacon. My Wormtown seasonal was $7 which is high for the local beer in Central Mass. Also the service is friendly, if not a little bit inattentive (looking at you manager who handed me a burger and left without offering any condiments). Since this mini-chain seems popular and is expanding all over the place, I will now offer some friendly advice to the owners of 110 grill on the off chance that they read this review: 1. Your cooks are technically proficient. My burger was cooked the way I asked for it and the fries were crisp (if under salted). You can make good food. If you want to charge $14 for a burger and fries, let the cooks go nuts with it. Make up some special sauce or house-made pickles. Use less, but higher quality meat. Add seasoning to your beef. Or just charge less for the existing burger. 2. If you want to be a $18-$25 entrees restaurant and don't care about your burger, that's fine. Don't bother selling a burger. Half-assing a burger to pile on the profits or just provide something for everyone is just going to annoy people, hence this review. 3. Don't charge $7 for a Wormtown in Worcester County. There are plenty of places in the area that sell it for less than $5. 4. The inside feels very brown, which is odd because I know for a fact that this is a new building and hasn't had any other tenants. Mottled brown granite bar tops and bottomlit booze displays don't exactly ooze class. Maybe consider a more interesting interior design. 5. I know why its called the 110 Grill, I used to live in Chelmsford, but that's such a boring name. It sounds like the name of the restaurant I would find attached to the Chelmsford Radisson and given the decor, it kinda looks like it too. Basically, let the chefs get more creative with the menu and hire an interior designer. This is saveable. read more

Great food. Excellent customer service. My family and I were traveling home from a long weekend getaway and found 110 grill on yelp. We were a little Unsure because most places that are in strip malls or plazas are mediocre. But I was pleasantly surprised!! We were greeted by a friendly hostess and were seated with our waiter, Gordo. From start to finish he was excellent. He was a little busy when we got there, but he made sure to greet us and tell us he would be right there. I never had to wait for a refill, he was on top of it! When we told him we had never been there, he told the kitchen is a scratch kitchen, and they are very flexible. I got an arugula salad with blackened salmon and my husband got a cheesesteak. Both meals were perfect and the food came out in a timely manner. I give this restaurant 5 stars because it's hard to come by a place like this that has great food and even better service read more

Very dissatisfied. Have visited Haverhill and Chelmsford and loved them. This location has terrible service. The waitress was not focused at all. Took too long to take the order , vanished for an unusual amount of time several times during our visit. I ordered steak tips and asked not to baste them when they came off the grill. When our food finally came out my meal was warm with water on the plate. The tips were gray in color. They clearly basted and then rinsed them off but did not put them back on the grill. My mother and I ate there and everything seemed pleasant at first. The service was good and we both ordered the salmon dinner entree. After we got home, we both became violently ill. I called the manager the next day, and he said it couldn't have been his seafood. I am not a complainer, usually very upbeat, but he just dismissed us as not his problem. I recently went to 110 Grill on a Friday night. The lobby area is small and the wait time for a table was very long -- we waited more than an hour. Long waits on a Friday night are to be expected, but it's probably longer here because of the small dining room. About half the interior space is taken up by a giant bar, which they decided to place front and center when you walk in. The noise from the bar was so loud that it was almost impossible for us to have a conversation at our table in the dining room. If we wanted to eat in a bar we would have went to a bar instead a place calling itself a restaurant. They should consider building a sound barrier wall for the dining room. Other than that, the food was very good and reasonably priced. The menu was definitely more upscale than similar types of bar and grill type restaurants. read more

My wife and I love to go to the 110 Grill, we were just there last week. Served by Becca, great waitress. They always have a lovely staff there, and the food is always great. My wife being Gluten free, absolutely loves this place, since it's one of the only places near by that have a HUGE Gluten free menu, I mean it's pretty much identical to their regular menu.
