We stopped for lunch and it did not disappoint. First timers and we would definitely go back. The cocktail was well done and the baked cod was yummy. All it needed was salt and pepper which they have on the table. Not all restaurants do these days. Our server Christine was spot on. Overall a lovely lunch spot. Was given regular bread laying across the chips of our Crab Rangoon dip. My teenager daughter with Celiac Disease ate some not realizing that the bread was not gf. I only noticed when we swapped meals and something seemed wrong about the bread. The receipt and a sticker on the meal container rwere signed by staff as having no gluten. I called the restaurant and they confirmed we were given a non gluten-free meal. My daughter is newly diagnosed and we specifically went here because we had confidence that they were safe for her. When I called, the manager did apologize but said "this happens sometimes" Unacceptable. I have contacted 110 Grill through their contact form and expect an explanation and resolution. How can they guarantee we would be safe if we took her there again? read more

Tough outing at the 110 grill. We arrived for our 12:30 reservation and were seated immediately. Ordered four waters and one cocktail from the bar (just one). At 12:56 | got my cocktail but the waitress told us she had a party of 9 and would return to take our order shortly. Still hadn't ordered apps let alone our meals despite being there for over a half hour now. The server finally returned and was super nice but had a lot of excuses (short staffed/computer problems and something about the bartender but toh I stopped listening) and there was no one behind the bar to make drinks. Finally ordered app and food all at once because my son has to be at work in Boston for 3pm. We were seated right near the kitchen and it was hard to sit there and watch plated orders sitting for a very long time under the heat lamps. We saw my son's order come up and knew he had to leave for work and kept trying to get someone's attention to bring it to us. Finally got just his order (it was cold). He ate half of it and had to leave and at this time none of the rest of us had our food yet. Our food finally came at 2:10. Yup, An hour and forty minutes after we were seated (no difficult items, a cheeseburger, mac n cheese, fish and chips and a chicken sandwich). And the orders were still not complete, no fries came out with my burger or my other son's chicken sandwich. The restaurant was not crowded but I do believe they would benefit from having more servers. Additionally the kitchen staff didn't seem to have it together at all just watching them put partial orders up to just sit for upwards of ten minutes under the heat lamps waiting for the rest of the orders. I've been to other locations and had a positive experience so hopefully they can work out the kinks and get it together in Hanover. read more

As a restaurant professional for over 15 years, I have never written a bad review. Here it is! My 4 year old and I dined at 5pm on 2/21 after playing at Ryan's Amusement. Upon arrival we were immediately seated at a 4 top table at the front of the restaurant. Table was not set but menus arrived quickly. Server looked to have a 4 table section, and struggled to manage that. Looking around- the few guests that were there, all seemed to have no food, tables that were not pre bussed, or waiting to pay. Drinks arrived quickly, but then we weren't acknowledged again for 45 minutes. Our drinks were empty with no offer to replenish, and appetizers arrived with the food at the 50 minute mark (tomato soup, kids burger, steak tips med rare). What looked to be a manager walked my tomato soup behind the entree and with a shaky hand passed it off to me without a word. We had no silverware, and could not acquire any within a reasonable time. Without exaggeration, every single item was cold. I take full responsibility for visiting a chain restaurant, but want to warn others how abismal the hospitality, service and overall experience were. read more

Place has 3 stars and I feel rightfully so. My girlfriend and I stopped in around 7. It is very nice that they have a full gluten free menu for those in need and they take allergies seriously here. Bartenders were great but definitely overwhelmed. Place is definitely very short staffed and it shows. Kitchen was overwhelmed with orders and I believe there were only 2 bartenders, a manager, and 1 or 2 waiters. Witnessed a gentleman wait for 40 minutes for an online pick up order. I ordered the ribeye and my girlfriend got the gluten free pulled pork sandwich. Her food came out hot in about 35 minutes, my steak came out about 20 minutes after but was pretty good considering the price point. I'm happy they brought her food out when it was hot but at a $100 price point they should be able to have dishes ready in a close window. 5 minutes late I get with a busy kitchen but her meal and another round of drinks were had before my meal came. Steak was cooked great (medium) however this place needs to get their staffing issues figured out before we return, we used to really like this place so it's a shame. read more

We've been back a few times since our first visit (sitting at the bar and with a group at a table) and I don't think much has changed. Service is slow. Food is just ok. Typical chain type feeling. Food and service were great. It's a little pricy for food and drinks, but what can you do... We had tuna tartare, bang bang cauliflower, and tomato soup. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. Came here day after Thanksgiving before a movie Nextdoor. We put our food order in and it took OVER AN HOUR and came out undercooked and just plain bad. We were told the kitchen was overwhelmed? They were turning diners away at the door. If only we were so lucky to be turned away. Our server couldn't have cared less, sad really. We won't be back. I hope they get it together as I'm sure the giant restaurant has quite an expensive lease. Actually come to think of it - a new restaurant would be a welcome change. read more

Food for our table came out staggered, like the kitchen couldn't get it all cooked at the same time - the bruschetta that came with someone's dish came out a full 10 minutes after the entree was delivered and they had eaten half of it (and it was just a piece of bread that was barely toasted and buttered - NOT a real bruschetta!). I've been to many 110 grills all over Massachusetts. It's always great service and wonderful food even if it's busy. Last night host was wonderful quoted us perfect timing for a wait and sat us down to the minute. Our server came over right away took our drink orders. They came back with water and let us know the drinks will be out shortly. (6:40) we placed our appetizer and meal right away. We did not get our two wines until a little after 7. They were just dropped. When we went to go drink them the glasses were sticky, it was dirty inside and out it looked like fruit skins left all over the cup. A little past 730 we got our servers attention , our glasses were dirty and still no appetizer of boneless chicken wings. We kindly let them know we were going to leave I also said I'm happy to pay for the drinks even though we didn't drink them. I placed a to go order online and selected a time to pick it up. When I arrived 10 minutes past my selected time, I was told that it was going to be another 10 minutes because the salmon for my salad needed to be cooked. Fine, things happen- but I didn't have 10 minutes. My kids were sleeping in the car and I needed to get going. I told her as much and asked if I could have a refund on the salmon and just take my other food. she said she would check and walked away. She proceeded to be gone for the next 10 minutes and did not return to the hostess stand until she had my food. The fact that she didn't check back in with me or take into consideration what I had said to her was incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I went to Hanover Grill for lunch today with three of my friends. Our waitress was wonderful. She was very attentive. The problem was our food. Every single one of us had a complaint about our dish. Chicken was overcooked, shrimp was rubbery, fish was mushy. Our waitress did her best to rectify the situation. Apparently three people didn't show up for work today. I have been here a few times and know I can always rely on a good meal, tasty drinks, and decent service. I went by tonight with my husband before a movie. We called ahead and did not have to wait. It was busy but not overly loud. I ordered the Pearberry cocktail and the Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread - half size was more than enough! The drink was strong on the lime, which overpowered the other flavors. The flatbread was tasty, though the prosciutto was slightly overcooked. The server was friendly and efficient. 110 Grill has been one of those post-COVID regional success stories you like to hear about. A menu that works, a strong focus on diners with specific dietary requirements (their allergen protocols are bananas), and a foundation in consistent reliability made this opening in the new Hanover Mall (Crossing? Shangri-La? I don't know) a welcome one. Been for lunch and dinner, and found the staff to be cordial and prompt on orders/drinks. The kitchen lags at times, which is odd because I was recently in for a late lunch with only four other tables in the house sat, and it still took almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Other times, I've been at the bar for a pre-movie rush and the food was out in under 10. Food is solid - try the 110 cubano, the cheesesteak, the Cuban swordfish, the hot honey chicken sando or (surprisingly) the gluten-free BBQ chicken nachos. Wife loved her burger and fries, and the kids meals (the uje: sliders, chickie fingies, pasta) are easily two entrees in one. Space is open with patio seating for these too short summer months, and the wraparound bar, bench seating and plethora of larger tables means a welcome environment for large groups, families with young kids, and solo diners. read more

our first experience recently at the 110 Grill in Hanover went extremely well! we were always curious about stopping in and had not found ourselves in there each time we went by so in celebrating my fiancé's birthday, we thought let's give it a try- since we were going to the movie theater right next-door. What an excellent choice we made from the moment we were seated- the exceptional service we received before they even knew it was his birthday!! They were very friendly, warm, accommodating, and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. Amy, our server, could not have been nicer. She was so friendly with a huge smile on her face the whole time! consistently checked in, but not too much - just enough, and never seemed to be bothered by any requests, including when we asked about putting the Celtics game on to which, Carlos, the manager, tried so diligently to have that happen but another couple had been watching the TV that was near us and yet they still tried to accommodate us. They would've moved our table. They were trying to get the game on even after that couple left, it was just a very fun and cozy experience! Carlos was pleasant to chat with and kept asking if we needed anything. Amy is a rockstar server as well as the barstaff and the kind group who came over to sing Happy Birthday for my guy! We loved it so much that 2 days later we brought the whole family of 5 for late lunch before a fun time at Ryan's next door. We had those Nachos again and the Family were equally impressed...Everyone had something different and each of us loved our meal. I had the Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread that was delish. We were 5 Adults in a Booth and we were completely comfortable. Again, our Server was terrific. There is something on the Menu for EVERYONE. We will be going back again and again. I had no idea that this was a "chain" and It has zero feeling of a chain restaurant. It's decor is beautiful and for lunch I'd call this place Upscale casual?
