I had the most amazing meal here 2 weeks ago - swordfish. Excellent. A little costly drink - but very good. And a wonderful no flour chocolate cake dessert. You should never try to duplicate a good time. last Saturday nite ... same meal, must have been a different chef. Burnt swordfish , plain rice , no trim, no flavor. The restaurant was very good overall. We had a very nice waitress, and every one liked the food. The location is in a shopping plaza, and they have a nice outdoor patio, my only issue is that it overlooks a parking lot. It would be much nicer if they would put a fence/wall to create some privacy from the lot. Also the one thing that I didn't like was that the waitress didn't remove our dirty dishes when we finished eating and she brought out desert. read more

She came to ask about our food was going to leave us with empty glasses until my husband flagged her down. Left a mess in front of us and wiped the bar next to us right onto the floor. Currently sitting here in limbo - she took our plates and walked away. Usually LOVE the food but the onion strings were weighed down by old grease. Well we had reservations for 7:00 PM. We were seated promptly, a nice table with lots of room. Their were 4 adults and one baby! He was the perfect guests of course. We ordered the firecracker shrimp appetizer. Everyone enjoyed them along with an assortment of cocktails. My peach drink was so tasty with only 110 calories. I couldn't believe the flavor was so go good. Peach whisky was wonderful.. my daughter in law had the 110 margarita she was very happy with it. Irish coffee was a great end to the meal. Know to the best part the food! Wow I had the salmon with oriental cold noodles with Aola sauce. The fish was cooked perfect, the flavors worked together and I was so happy to have leftovers for lunch. My husband had the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. He ate every night. I did steal some of his tasty broccoli. Our son in law had the same but with tasty French fries! Hans daughter had the chicken knoki . It was melt in your mouth. She also had plenty for left overs. We've wanted to go here for a while and finally got take out. Very good! Chicken pesto pasta needed some salt and pepper but pesto was nice. Fig prosciutto flatbread was very tasty with just the right amount of toppings. Onion strings were greasy unfortunately. Chicken cordon bleu sandwich was very tasty. We were pleasantly surprised! Chicken Pesto Pasta was at best luke warm, and "some" of the tomatoes were "roasted" as they called it, some were raw/cold definitely light on chicken. My wife's sandwich the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich tasted good but was off with ingredients to bread ratio, light on ingredients. I've been to the Woburn location several times and rated it highly, so a stop at the Rochester spot seemed like a no-brainer. Boy, was I wrong! Not all of the branches of this local chain are created equally. After a manager seated us, a harried server breathlessly arrived to tell us they were short-staffed and that she'd be back in a few minutes. She did come back shortly but just really out of sorts. This was just before the lunch rush, 11:20 or so, so it was quite empty, but whatever, short-staffed is short-staffed. We were seated near the open kitchen, which the kids loved, but we could see several of our dishes just sitting there under the heat lamps. If your going to have an open kitchen, you better be prepared to have high caliber staff in the kitchen getting the food out in a timely manner and not have it look like a Denny's. After all that when the food arrived my Cuban sandwich was missing the pulled pork. I had it once before at the Woburn location and I did a quick online menu check to make sure I wasn't mistaken, but I was essentially served a ham and cheese sandwich. The server was very apologetic and got it right back to the kitchen, but when it came out again it was cold and the pulled pork unceremoniously plopped in the center. They did include an additional serving of sweet potato fries, but I had already eaten the ones left behind and besides this batch was burnt. Now, I would never write a bad Yelp review without first speaking to a manager in the hopes they can set things right. Fortunately, the woman who seated us came over at the end of the meal to ask how thing were. I explained what happened and she said she heard about it and that she was sorry. THIS would be the point at which I expected to have her take it off the bill, but sorry was the only recompense she was willing to offer. I'm no restaurateur, but I do have a pretty good understanding of how to make things right when patrons are unhappy. For the cost of just one sandwich, $13.50, this review might not have been posted (along with a follow-up email to corporate). Not only that, for just that $13.50 I might have considered returning to this location. But because of this oversight, I may not even return to the other chain locations I DO like. Again, I hope management or the corporate entity that owns this chain sees this review and finds fit to make this right. Unfortunately I did not get the woman's name I spoke with, but I was at this location around noon on 1/20/20, so hopefully someone can figure it out. And to the poor server, we made sure to tip her in full. I find that it's systemic mismanagement that trickles down in situations of this nature. read more

I had the most disappointing experience ever with a restaurant tonight. I chose 110 for my birthday dinner with my husband because I love the tuna app and he loves the chowder. We put in our orders after sitting a while without any acknowledgement. Finally Got the cocktails and sat and waited another 35 or 40 minutes. The waitress arrived with our dinner saying it was done before the apps. I came for my app. She offered that we could get our apps after dinner or remove them. Well, Duh. What's the point. We took and ate our dinner. We never got water, never got an explanation... was this the wait staff mistake, kitchen mistake? Own up to something. I got the bbq chicken salad GF. It was a disappointment. The bbq flavor consisted of a small cup of bbq sauce, not on the chicken, so the chicken was not bbqed. No cheddar cheese and no avocado. I have yet to try something I didn't like. As a vegetarian, there are plenty of choices for me, and for my wife who eats gluten free. I love going here because it is allergy friendly and I have lots of them. They always ask the questions and consult up front and I always feel confident that I am getting safe food. I have always had great service and great food, my favorite is the grilled cheese ( with goat cheese) and tomato soup.
