First time going there today. Our waitress Ally was very nice. I had the Rueben Sandwich...it was good but I have a suggestion...don't just toast the bread and then compile the sandwich...the corn beef was excellent,,nice and thin and tasty but the bread was never buttered or put on grill for that nice crisp buttery flavor..it was like eating 2 pieces of non buttered toast with the the stuff in the middle. Stopped at this 110 Grill for lunch and was greeted well. The staff friendly and attentive. The clams below average and very small. Not fresh at all. Not surprised if the fried clams were frozen. We had dinner there again a few nights back. We sat at the bar. We shared the crab Rangoon app, which was good, Mimsy had the pasta bolognese, which was skimpy on the sauce but ok (pasta a bit over cooked) and I had the chimichurri steak, which was sirloin, a good cut of meat but one of the less expensive ones, done medium rare are requested but what you get is not much steak and a big pile of fries to obscure that fact, for $25. They are charging $13/glass for Chardonnay that retails for $13/bottle. The markup should be about 300%, not 500%. The service was good, and the atmosphere is sleek contemporary. The check was just over $100. Same gripe as I had before; the prices are too high for the quality/quantity. If this was greater Boston I could see it but this a Farmington NH. F-town. Went to the 110 Grill in Rochester NH 2 times this week. The staff is really attentive, the tables are spread apart with staff adhering to all Covid guidelines . Today at 12:20pm on a Wednesday at lunch we had Hannah as our server. She was doing double duty covering the bar AND our table. But you'd never know it. Hannah was such a delight to have. She was an expert on all menu items and so we selected the Thai pork-chop and the Cuban sandwich. Spot on. Delicious! We also had the chocolate mousse for desert. Wonderful food and atmosphere: We went on a Saturday night, and were seated right away. Ordered drinks and an app in a timely manner. Our appetizer was the artichoke dip in a bread bowl - which was great. Our meals were the Margherita flatbread and Steak Tips, both of which were prepared very well and tasted great! For the amount of food offered, it actually came out to be cheaper than we thought! One app, two entrees, two beers, and a soda came to just over $90 with the tip. Will be back again! read more

It's so nice to have a place I can enjoy eating without worrying. I have a gluten allergy and here they have a entire menu that's safe and the manager bring all allergy free dishes the table. Our waitress, Ann, was super helpful. We were greeted from the get go asking if we needed a gluten free menu. I've never been asked (with the possible exception of Disney) if I needed a GF menu. Meg and Gabby (actually everyone) treated me so well I literally googled "Nicest cities in the US" because it was like Twilight Zone kindness at 110 Grill. They weren't even creepy slip-ya-sum'n-steal-yo-kidneys kind either, just genuine good people. I was told to come here for the service but the food was bomb. My wife and I visited 110 grill on a whim because eastern paradise wouldn't serve lunch at 3:05(that's a story for another day). We were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us at a cozy table.Our waitress Shelby introduced herself and handed us a business card with her name with various social media printed in the card. What caught our eye was 1/2 priced apps and 1/2 priced beer on tap. So far so good,my wife ordered a acai lemon martini and I had a IPA.My wife said it was the best martini she had ever had. I voted this a 5 star because for a neighborhood restaurant, it's about as good as it gets as far as I'm concerned. It's not fine dining, but the food is really good, the decor is warm and inviting, and the service that Linda provided for us was exceptional, way beyond neighborhood restaurant. This was my 4th visit to the Rochester location (both for lunch and for dinner), and I've never been disappointed. We were celebrating my son's 32nd birthday, and my wife and I chose The 110 Grille for dinner because we knew it would be good, and we didn't want any screw ups. There were none, and again, Linda, was just the greatest: attentive but not hovering, informative but not bland, chatty and friendly but not phony. I suppose, like any place, you'll get an off night with poor service. I've never experienced that in all of the times I've been here, and that includes the hostess and general helpers. If I get bad service, I'll bitch about it, but I'll come back and try it again. But I don't tolerate bad food. Ever. There's no excuse for bad food. Ever. Atmosphere is great- there always seems to be a good amount of people in there. We decided to sit at the bar. The service was OK- hot and cold, probably due to it being a busy night. However, very good beer list! The food was just OK. The Caesar Salad w/ Steak Tips was overdressed with a homemade dressing that was sweet, more like a Thousand Island dressing than a Caesar dressing. However, the steak tips were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Value was also just OK. One Caesar Salad w/ Steak Tips and one beer cost $30. It's a good place to just sit at the bar, have a good beer and enjoy the atmosphere, but it may be worth driving the 10-15 minutes to Dover if it's a good meal you're looking for. read more

The last few times we've been, the food has gone down in quality which sucks. I still love the atmosphere but this last time we went, we ordered one of the specials that was turkey tips and broccolini. The turkey tips were burnt and tough, and the broccolini was inedible. This was my first visit to the 110 Grill and I was very impressed with the service we received. We visited at about 2pm after a UNH graduation. We called ahead to see if they could accommodate our party of 18. We mainly had appetizers and drinks along with a few entree items. Peter was very polite and attentive to our needs. They were very generous with the delicious bread and herbed butter. They also offered gluten free bread to a member of our party who has an allergy, which made her day. It's not an easy task to bring hot food out to a table of 18, but their efficiency and timing was perfect. Would go back again to try the entrees. read more

A friend and I stopped in here the other night after skiing for a quick bite on our way home. The bartender came over and we immediately gave her a order for our drinks and two waters. We had our drinks within a minute but never waters. We then gave her our whole order. We received those in a timely manor and finished them and still no waters. We asked a 2nd time for water and we noticed we were ignored after the gentleman to the right asked and got them right away. We then waited an extensive amount of time for our food and the bartender came over and said that the kitchen had "two of the same orders and didn't make yours" which I knew was a lie and that she didn't ring it in. Which is fine it was just frustrating. We decided to cancel and pay for what we got and left. The bar had 10-11 guests and the restaurant was dying down and also only had 10 guests. Our first visit and we will go back. Erica was a cheerful hostess and seated us with Jenn P, an awesome waitperson. Tried the lunch menu- two appetizers and two meals for $30- hard to beat. Cup of onion soup (delicious) and caesar salad followed by chicken caprese and pulled pork mac n cheese. The first mac came out with ranch dressing which had been declined. It was immediately replace with a freshly made hot mac n cheese with just the BBQ dressing and a personal discussion from the manager, Chris. The chicken was a wee bit drier than I like but I would order it again based on the pesto and balsamic- both house made fresh daily. The place is spotless( even the bathrooms). The open kitchen has tireless employees dressed in short sleeved chef's shirts and cool caps. We will go back but would like it even more if corporate would please consider putting one in Biddeford, Maine or Kennebunk. Both towns could sue a boost in better restaurant choices to brands! I ordered a steak Caesar salad, and the dressing tasted more like 1000 island dressing than Caesar. Very sweet and acidic. My bf order pulled pork Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was cold, the pulled pork was warm but very dry....we were wondering if it was under the heat lamp too long. He couldn't finish it. We should've said something at the restaurant but there seemed to be other unhappy customers talking to management and we didn't want to add to the bad vibes. Our waiter was super friendly and wicked helpful, the wait wasn't too long either however, I couldn't eat my dinner when I tried to bite through a piece of chicken and I could barely chew it, I felt bad I hate complaining. My husband didn't enjoy his either but he will never complain about a meal because we both figure some nights maybe crap happens and it may not be the cooks best night, no ones perfect.
