At some point, she used the water that came out of the golden arc and it gave me the chills. Not sure why though. The whole process felt nice and my hair feels so soft and light and it smells good. For yhe analysis my hair was super oily and had some stuff on the ends of the hair but overall she said my scalp was healthy. There was even 1 woth 4-5 strands of hair growing out of it. From the moment you walk in, Dustin or Jason will happily greet you, have you fill out a quick form to circle all the spots you want focus on, and then they walk you to your massage location. I've had two different gals massage me and both are exceptional! I have zero complaints! Pressure was amazing, pacing was great, technique was perfect. I just love it. I took my mom today and she usually is like "meh" after a massage but after coming here, she could not stop praising them! It helped her sciatica so much! She said all the tension in her leg and head were gone! It's a small place but it's so clean, so welcoming, and so professional! To be clear, I was a generous tipper for your staff during my visit, yet that seems to have had no bearing on my overall experience. This has led me to reconsider my loyalty to your business. Numerous alternatives offer similar services, and their customer service is worth considering. You may have lost a long-term customer due to this incident. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I made the mistake of needing to depart after the treatment and moving forward I will allow ample time to enjoy the facilities. I am a fan of the shower amenities, the jacuzzi and sauna, the quiet room, the delicious tea and healthy snacks. The ULTRAfusion facial has transformed my skin and at 71 I was due for some transforming! I had had damaging deep laser treatments at other facilities and it was simply damaging my skin, not helping it. I kept thinking that stronger is better and I was wrong! I can honestly say that I don't recall when my skin has looked better. It is my goal to visit all the Southern CA locations; next stop is Sherman Oaks...see you there!

While the facilities could use some updating, I've generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience when ending my membership left a very different impression. I canceled while I still had a credit available, assuming I could simply use it later. What I didn't realize is that once you cancel your membership, you immediately lose the member pricing even for credits you've already paid for. On top of that, the credit expires sooner than I expected. When I recently called to schedule my massage, I was told my credit had already expired. After being a loyal customer for many years, I was disappointed that no exception or courtesy credit was offered. A little goodwill toward a long-time member would have gone a long way. My advice to anyone considering canceling: use all of your credits before you end your membership. Otherwise, you may lose the member value you've already paid for. Sadly, this experience has left a sour impression, and I won't be returning.

I do not typically get massages, but I wanted to go and treat myself since I have been stressed lately and was on vacation. It's very serene inside and quiet and everybody is so nice and helpful. My massage was amazing and I felt so relaxed. After afterwards I came back to my room and napped for two hours. This is something that I never really gonna do so it was so worth it. Once my massage was over too they take you into this relaxation lounge and they gave me Me a cup of hibiscus tea and a macaron and there were snacks and more waters and all around. It's just a really great place to go and sit and relax and unwind.

The front desk receptionists are always welcoming and I love the ease of the parking situation. The products are great too...I bought the candle and room spray to try to duplicate the relaxing feeling in my home. The first time I went to this location I was randomly paired up with the massage therapist, Kia, and how lucky for me that I was! She is kind, calm and pleasant. I've been requesting her ever since that first time and sing her praises to my family and friends. She really listens to what my needs are and varies up her techniques to fit those needs. Whether it's adding the gliding cupping, hot stones, or just the now massage, I look forward to relaxing and resetting during my monthly 80-min massages.
