I'm happy to see what's happening in Ft Pierce. Ft Pierce to me, during college, was a place to get onto the turnpike from 95 so to save a few bucks (poor college student!). Fast forward many years I'm sitting in downtown Ft Pierce having eclectic tapas. Love it. My wife and I love Tapas. Having gone to Spain right before Covid, we fell in love w them even more. Nelson was our host/waiter. He certainly took care of us. He is a self acclaimed foodie like us. We had two glasses of wine. It's a $20 bottle of wine at $12 a glass. Somewhat normal. I will be picky here as they weren't served in red wine glasses and it was somewhat warm. Small pour too. We had 3 dishes 1. Potatoes Bravas. I found an amazing one in Spain....this was one of the best I've had since that magical dish in Spain. 2. Forget the official name but there were 4 balls consisting of goat cheese, dates, and chorizo over arugula. Taste explosion. Try them! 3. We ordered the meatballs (name on board was was better descriptive) from the local butcher Adam. These took a long time to come out (our dish and others). For $24, and 3 meatballs, we found them small and a bit salty. Acoustic guitar playing all sorts of music outside (and the restaurant doors were open). So this was really nice. I think there could be a bit more 'polish' in the experience as compared to what we have experienced in places like this in Broward. Overall we had a great time and would come again read more

We stopped here as part of a food tour. The restaurant is really close to the water with pretty views for the outside seating. Inside is small and beautifully decorated. The owner was delightful and has a real passion for food. The white sangria was amazing!! I wish we'd taken pictures! This place is beautiful. From the moment we walked in the door to when we walked out, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We sat at the bar where we had some drinks and enjoyed a delicious, wonderfully prepared dinner. The bartender was highly attentive without hovering over us. The Pulpo (Octopus) was tender, sweet and perfectly cooked. It was the best encore... maybe Burrata should be dessert? Had dinner last night with four other ladies. Loved it from the first champagne cocktail until the warm dark chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert. Christina greeted us and explained all about small plates and sharing. Christina was so knowledgeable about all of the menu items and it made me want to order it all. We had the watermelon salad, carrot hummus, seasoned corn, spicy shrimp, stuffed dates, roasted garlic with fig which was all served with this wonderful crusty bread. ALL OF IT WAS FANTASTIC! Christina was great and so enthusiastic about all of the food and patiently answered all of our questions. The singer/guitar player complimented the atmosphere with easy listening songs. Last night was the first my wife and I have been to 121 Tapas with the new chef. We couldn't be more pleased. We tried four different small plates and they were all exceptional. We especially enjoyed the goat cheese and walnut crostini (enough to share and a steal for $9). Our server (Ann) was attentive and helpful and the chef (Jigs) is a delight. He is unassuming yet very enthusiastic about his craft. He takes pride in his menu and it shows. A singer / guitar player (Island Bob) was performing classic rock ballads on the patio which perfected the dining experience. We are looking forward to returning already! read more

1st visit on 8-21-22 was with my mom, BF, and her mom for lunch. We shared 5 plates together. Burrata W/ Black Fig Compote, (2) Filet & Potato Pintxos, and (2) Shrimp dishes. The food was so freakin' awesome (Food-Network Worthy) and we were graciously greeted by the Chef; she really makes some killer dishes and takes pride in her cooking. 2nd visit on 10-17-22, I enjoyed a day date with my husband. We shared 4 plates together. Patatas Bravas (spicy potatoes), Ham Croquets (that was a special that day), Filet & Potato Pintxos (because it was outstanding the 1st time I tried it), and the Cheshire Pork dish which was garlicky and so good! He raved over all the food and loved it as much as I did. We will be back, he said! I wish I took pictures, but both times I went, I couldn't wait to dig in and try everything! Nice little spot by the water. I was extremely impressed with the service. Everyone was so attentive. There is a nice wine and champagne menu but not very many options if you follow a Vegan diet. The only thing on there for me was the beet salad and I had to hold the cheese. That being said the salad was out of this world. I'm not sure how they marinate it but the flavor on the beets blew me away. The chef came out and asked us how everything was. I thought that was thoughtful. Because there is not one item on the menu that is Vegan without being changed I almost gave a rating of 3 stars. I decided to give 4 stars because the service was the best I have had in a long time. Armed with champagne, we munched our way through half price rock shrimp gnocchi (amazing! - the pea purée is so fresh!), burrata (perfect creamy texture with yummy bruschetta style tomatoes, although not enough bread), marinated olives (yum!) and we splurged on a full price flatbread (something with goat cheese and artichokes - just get it). The only thing I didn't live was the shrimp ceviche tostada, which I felt was kind of bland. Oh, and a great crab bisque too! The three of us rolled out of there completely satisfied.
