Great gentle dental care. My little brother has a hearing sensitivity and asked if he could turn off the music and the doctor accommodated. He even gave my brother a blanket cause he seemed cold. This place was suggested by QTC, then I found out it is a really great dental clinic. Before I've visited several clinics in other cities, none of them give me the care like 123 dental does. They are not only take good care of your teeth, but also explain well to the patient what are and why those treatments need to get done. People there are really nice and friendly, even as a customer you can feel their working environment is really good. Update: Due to wait in this clinic last time I went to a different doctor today, no wait got in and out in about 20 minutes for my dental examination thru LHI service. I didn't feel like this new doctor did any examination at all but ripped off government service. I actually like to get my health checked up well. I think it is worth the wait for this doctor because I feel like he cared. I hope he takes me when I go back. Good service but long wait even with appointments. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! SCAM!!! I went to this dentist for a first time patient examination, and I was told I have 6 cavities, at first this was shocking to me because I take care of my teeth and I have absolutely no tooth pain. The dentist didn't go over my x-rays and just looked at my teeth pointing out so called cavities. After this some women started pressuring me to sign a contract to get the six fillings and I felt like I was at a car dealership being pressured by a salesman. I told the women that I would like the copies of my xray's and then she said she cant give them me and i would have to pay a $50 fee to have them. She kept insisting that she will send it for me to the other dentist im going to and would not let me have them. Then, I told her ill pay the fee and then all of sudden she gave them to me for free. My gut feeling was that this place was a scam, and boy was I right! I went to another dentist yesterday and found out that I have ZERO cavities!!! I am disgusted with how the dentist would of been okay with putting six fillings in my teeth even though I didn't need them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. read more

Here they are so unprofessional, the desk lady Vanessa is a liar and mean the 2 times that I came here she told me my appointment was an hour before and that I was late. which was not truth. Dentist come here to practice they don't have much experience every time I came there was a different dentist here, that's a red flag to me. The waiting time is unbearable almost 2 hours to get my son checked up and they just did a brush on his teeth . I have to loss job time and wages of course just for a brush on his teeth. This second time they do X-ray and 1 filling. and we also had to wait A LOT . 1.5 hr. I just had my final treatment (will come back for future treatments) and I was compelled to write a review. Over the course of 2 years, without exaggeration, I've seen 6 dentists and Dr. Le came out to be on top. I had a lot of issues with my teeth and US Army paid for couple trips to certain dentists and that's how I got introduced to Dr. Le. Treatments received by Dr. Le: 1 cavity treatment, two crowns, 1 root canal. Let's start with the root canal: I had two different skilled dentists (one was Dr. Le) perform root canals for each of my two teeth that needed crown. The other dentist had really good reviews, and Dr. Le (who later saw his work) commented that it was well done. However, I liked Dr. Le's root canal better. The treatment was far more comfortable and the fake tooth were smoother and more comfortable. That's because Dr. Le's super meticulous and he is quite skilled with his tools. He will accommodate to your need (more suction, anesthesia, changing TV channel --and yes, they have LCD TVs for each surgery chair and etc). The dreadful anesthesia needle: The anesthesia needle is super painful normally. But Dr. Le does his trick of squirting little by little while gently shaking/massaging my cheek. My brain is distracted and I feel less pain as anesthesia numbs my gum before he injects the needle deeper. So far, this was the least painful anesthesia needle and it was such a huge relief. I thanked him on the spot because I expressed my fear of anesthesia needle and he made sure that I don't feel much pain. Two crowns: I really like the crowns. Although it was made at the lab, Dr. Le made extra adjustment to help them last longer. He triple checked its alignment and the fitment. I felt grateful. He also cheerfully answered bombardments of questions/concerns. I felt little bad for keeping him longer than necessary. But he didn't dismiss me. Cavity treatment: It was fast and smooth. I was watching Taylor Swift on the TV while getting the treatment. I don't remember any discomfort. Price: CHEAP for awesome treatment. For two crowns and 1 cavity I paid total of $490 with Delta Dental insurance. 1 root canal was free because it was paid by US Army. 1 2 3 Dental gave me the house discount and $490 for TWO crowns and ONE cavity treatment is supper cheap! With the house discount, they quoted $250 for a pair of new retainer. For the record, the cheapest I called in LA quoted me $400. Dr. Le's performance far outweighs $490. I have absolutely zero regret for coming here. Also, Dr. Le didn't charge me when I came back to have my crowns shaved down a bit to fit my retainer (my retainer was fitting at 95%) He warned me that shaving crowns is not recommended. So I asked him to shave it while minimizing the risk and he did it. My crowns still feel smooth and like a real teeth and my retainer fits now. I felt awkward walking out without paying but I wasn't charged anything for it. Staffs: Everybody was very friendly and I never had any problem with my appointment nor did I had to wait long. I felt well taken care of. They were just very gentle people. I visited 6~7 times including the check ups and I had ZERO issue. It is super important to find a good dentist. This is why I drive 38 miles from LA to see Dr. Le. I highly recommend Dr. Le. He will take very good care of your teeth. I don't know why someone gave 1 star because I really had awesome treatments here. read more
