    Boba! =D
    Ashley L.

7/11/25 Really appreciative of this place! I wanted boba and after ordering it and not getting it I called and spoke with Don. Told him what happened and he said he would have no problem giving me boba and even apologized for their mishap. Arrived, let Don know, paid for it and received. He was GREAT! Gave me good amount! Wished a good day too! REALLY DELICIOUS boba & GREAT service! Highly recommended!

Mocha Boba Drink & Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Service- Food- Right when I walked in I was greeted nicely by the man up front (maybe the owner) and asked for recommendations on coffee boba drinks. Got the mocha coffee boba drink and asked about the sandwiches. Ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich. When I got my sandwich I instantly smelled how fresh it was, and it was delicious! Perfect blend of veggies and chicken. -Definitely recommend! -Gerry

Service was very pleasant and quick! They have a tv playing music and their options for drinks are amazing! There's also food on the menu (haven't tried yet). Definitely recommend!

The food is consistently good. Hooked on the tuna banhmi. The service is quick and friendly. Very family oriented. Love coming here for lunch.

I was handed a card with a free regular drink after the 5th purchase! I misplaced the 1st card. This was my 2nd time here. A wonderful mom and pop boba tea shop with great drinks, sandwiches, with good general service and store ambiance. Would definitely return whenever I'm at this side of town.

My daughter and I were craving for boba and wanted to try something new. We drove across town to be disappointed. The drinks were soooooo sweet that I thought I was drinking sugar flavored water. I didn't make any modifications so it tasted like it was 450% sweet. Boba wasn't extremely soft either. The store was stuffy so it was a bit hot. I thought the money all over the world display that was donated was pretty cool. The fish tank in there held beautiful huge fish but that tank was way too small for them. It was sad to see. The small amount of food they had was pretty inexpensive. The person in front of me ordered spring-rolls and a Vietnamese sandwich and it looked pretty good. We will have to come back to try the food next time but definitely not the drinks!

This place is actually terrible. Went there with my friends and the moment we walked in it was a combination of smells I wouldn't be able to describe. I ordered a jumbo matcha and it was oxidized. Never thought a business would legally be able to serve that. The taste was abominable, the moment I walked outside I threw the drink away.

    Lychee green tea

Went on my lunch break. It was a hot day but it was nice and cool inside. Service was quick and the person helping me was nice. I got their lychee green tea, it was on the sweeter side but otherwise still delicious. I also got their spicy pork sandwich and it was very delicious. Bread was warm and crispy and the pate was so good! Def would go back!

Good taste, refreshing. Stopped in being I was craving a Passion Fruit iced tea, so Passion Fruit tea is what I got!

My drink came with three kinds of boba: regular boba, taro boba, and crystal boba. The regular boba was fine. No issues. The taro boba was yummy, but the texture was kinda hard. The crystal boba was so hard that I could barely chew it and ended up spitting out a lot of it. Two stars for my drink. Wouldn't order again. My friend got a raspberry tea with boba, which she said was good. The service was very nice, and the shop was cute with lots of tables. Price was reasonable. Four stars for service and price.

    Pork bahnmi with chicken?? Seriously

I saw this place on yelp, close to my work and I was hungry for a snack. I ordered a bahn mi sandwich pork, asked to add spicy chicken as stated on the menu. The chicken was small chopped up meat very bland and no flavor to it. The bread was hard to bite off not like other places where it's crunchy and easy to chew. The pork was a few thin slice of red meat loaf, taste very bland. The carrots taste old. I would not recommend this place for bahnmi.

Ordered the combination spring roll today and it was delicious and filling! I would say 9/10!

The dude and I were craving boba and I wanted to try a new boba place since we were in the area on 08/09/20. We came around 6:30pm. When we entered it was SO hot inside! Since there is no dine in due to COVID-19 it makes sense not to have AC. It was much cooler outside abc that says a lot since the Central Valley is known for the heat! Any who the owner/staff was friendly. They had a pretty big selection on flavors but I had to try the Taro since the reviews raved about it. They have different milk options like whole, 2% and fat free even half and half. I opted for fat free milk since I am cutting calories. I also got the boba which was good. The Taro drink was decent like 7/10 it taste better than other Taro boba drinks I had. It had more flavor than others but still underwhelming as I know the potential it has as I had bomb Taro drinks. The dude ended up getting the Watermelon Slush which was like 6/10 it was decent but lacked that good addictive Watermelon flavor. The boba was good and chewy. They also sell food items here which we didn't try but over all it was a good exciting experience. However Pearl Tea House so far is my favorite but if I am in the area and craving boba I will drop in.

That isn't the case anymore and they continue to get great reviews. But... I came away disappointed again. This is definitely not the place for milk tea drinkers, who only do milk tea with boba, as the tea flavor is watered down. Perhaps because they emphasize adding flavors to their drinks on their menu as their "step 1" in drink customization that is why this isn't a true tea shop. Oh well, I am sure for others this is their jam. Otherwise service is friendly and the location inside and out is simple and clean.

I've tried a few new drinks here and there, but nothing beats my usuals: Coconut Taro or Avocado (always 75% sugar). I love that you can adjust sweetness. And the Sea Salt Crema add-on is absolutely incredible. Thick, rich, and velvety , one of the best in Fresno. Always add boba, of course. I recently learned they offer split cups, which is genius for anyone wanting to try something new without giving up their favorite (I keep forgetting to do it, but it's on my list!). The staff is always friendly and quick , they greet you right away and get your drinks out fast. The shop itself is simple but cute, with a photo-worthy logo wall and a side room filled with quarter machines that give off fun, nostalgic vibes (though it can get a little warm in there). I've tried a lot of boba spots around Fresno, and this one keeps winning me over. Simple, consistent, and always hits the spot.

I love the red accents all over, and they keep it very clean and simple in the store with lots of brown and beige tones to compliment the red, plus nice hanging lights and wall lamps, and a few colorful photos here and there (including a TV that acts like a picture frame). They also have cute little quotes and it just seems like the theme is very much brightness and positivity. As for the service, it's an 11/10! I believe the owner took my drink order and if you sign up for their app, the first drink is on them - so of course I did! The service was fast, and they even bring the drink to your table with a smile. I also ordered later and my food was well-prepared and presented and super yummy! I got a matcha latte with Biscoff cream top, and it was delicious! I'm such a sucker for Biscoff so definitely a win. I also got the avocado egg toast and it was also so filling. Love balsamic glaze! And most importantly!! They even brought me a pastry--ON THE HOUSE! I believe it's an almond cookie, how sweet! I was doing work while here, and the spaciousness makes it easy to focus and work. Free wifi and plenty of seats. Not to mention, parking is super easy. You have to come by!

Their Nutella crepes are delicious, but get a bit sweet after a while. Next of all, the MEH: the boba is only alright. I would appreciate a bigger menu and more toppings, like lychee jelly or mango jelly. Service is alright. It usually takes a while, but not an hour long while. Honestly, I don't really have anything negative to report, just meh, average parts. Will I be back? Probably. But only for hang outs though (for the vibes), but this won't be the first boba place on my list to go with friends or by myself.

I came in thinking I'd order one. Next thing I knew I was collecting mini bowls like Pokémon cards because I wanted to try everything. The bowls were packed with flavor and made it ridiculously easy to sample a bunch of different dishes without committing to one giant meal. Then there was the Hmong sausage with sticky rice. Let me tell you... they do NOT mess around with the sticky rice. I think they accidentally gave me enough to feed a small village. It lasted me two days and at least four meals. My refrigerator and I both appreciated the generosity. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place has a fun, modern vibe that makes you want to hang out for a while. The only thing I'd change is the drink. It was definitely on the sweeter side, But it still tasted good, and I'd probably just ask for less sweetness next time. Great food, great service, great value, and a concept that's actually different from the usual boba shop. I'll definitely be back... mostly because there are still mini bowls I haven't tried.
