She explained that they make their vodka in-house and while it's gluten-free, it's not certified gluten-free, but their gin is certified. I really appreciated that level of transparency! We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, which they brought out with gluten-free chips, explicitly announcing it as "gluten-free" when they set it down.
