Not sure what she did because later that evening I got a text stating my account was past due! Stay the hell away from this place; I think they could screw up a one man funeral.

We were then introduced to a sales specialist who wanted to sell us a membership that included one on one training. When we asked for a free trial for a couple days we were told that we could get a couple free days but we needed to sign up for a 3 month membership at 280 dollars every two weeks to unlock the free trial, but we could cancel within 3 days no questions asked. We decided the next day it wasn't for us. When we stopped in we were told not to worry that they would take care of the cancellation and call us later that day to confirm. Three texts later trying to convince us to reconsider the salesperson relented and said that they would handle the cancellation. That night I received a email stating that I would be getting biweekly charges of 280 dollars. The next morning I was informed that I had to come in and personally cancel my membership because he couldn't get it done without me. I went there and he pulled up his screen and after a couple minutes stated that I had been successfully canceled. However there was nothing he could give me in writing. I asked to take a screenshot of his monitor and he allowed me to. I then asked why I had to come in at all since I didn't have to sign anything and he said that they wanted him to have another shot at selling me the membership. Two weeks later and they still have not credited my credit card even though I received a email from corporate that my membership is canceled. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

One of my sons moved to Utah to work as a river guide. He paused his membership because there is no gym in Moab. When the season was over he moved to Provo and tried to reactivate his membership. Instead of doing that, these guys canceled his membership and signed him up as a new member... at the higher rate. We were locked in at introductory prices. Totally dishonest. When my son confronted them on it they said there was nothing they could to about it. Now, my youngest is getting older and wants to go to the gym with me. He is 14. I should be able to take him with me because I have guest privileges. But no! You can't bring your kids... they have to be at least 16 years old. But don't worry, you can buy them their own membership at 14 years old, you just can't bring them as a guest. Again these people are dishonest. I was fed some line about waivers and policy. It's is what it is. Dishonest salesmanship and all about money.

Took my 16 month old to childcare here for the first time. I just tried 30 minutes to see how she…read morewould do. There were 2 workers and 4 kids. 2 were older kids and the other was probably around 2, so all mobile kids and fairly easy. When I picked her up I asked how she did and they said great, she just followed us around the whole time and didn't cry. Well except when she fell backwards off a broken table and hit her head on the tile I did not receive a single notification about this and it didn't seem like they were going to tell me had I not asked. Why a broken table was allowed to remain accessible is beyond me. And why they let my baby climb up it is also unbelievable. Absolutely unacceptable that I was not informed immediately when a head injury happened. I don't understand why there is tile in the kids area. And I don't like that there's not monitors in the gym that show the childcare area, especially after this incident

I had the opportunity to try her class (1st one in many years for me). She did an Amazing job! She kept me motivated, encouraged, and on task during her class. You can feel the energy and walk away knowing how much enjoyment she gets out of helping others. Mountainside is lucky to have her, and you should 100% try one of her classes!
