Most likely the bulb had come loose from its connection. They did that but here's the amazing part of the story. Mike asked if the car could be brought there that day. I said the car was parked at the MBTA commuter rail station and that a set of car keys was available at my house. He went to my house, received the car keys from my neighbor, picked up and returned the car from the MBTA parking lot, returned the keys to my neighbor and fixed the issue. AMAZING.

The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great. In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed. I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please. I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.
