Given what these residents have already endured, I expected a higher level of care, safety, and respect. Instead, they were left navigating hazardous conditions around their homes for more than two weeks. The residents have told me they are afraid to post public reviews because they fear losing their housing. If safety, cleanliness, and respect for the people living on a property matter to you, I'd think twice before hiring this company.

We set a meeting at my home in 2 days. The day of our meeting, he does not show. I call to see if he's running late. He tells me that his "boss wouldn't let him come" because I didn't have a survey (Yet, Yelp lists him as the owner.). He discusses what I sent as a clearance report. Multiple problems here. We were in everyday contact re this service estimate; he never mentioned a survey. When I mentioned that I'd had a room done already, he asked for the survey results--yet, we'd already made a service appointment. I retrieved what I thought was a survey report from home insurance and sent; he should have immediately connected to share the revelation that that was not the document he needed. More than that, he should have cancelled the appointment--or not made it in the first place, if that was a requirement. For me to wait and have to call him to understand that they've provided horrific customer service...SMH
