I've been here a couple of times for pedicures. The salon has been very busy both times and they obviously do a good business. You don't need an appointment, just walk in. The manicurists are polite, professional and highly skilled. They don't sit and talk to each other while working, which is nice. The front desk guy is polite but a little cold. He seems to keep an eye on what's going on in the salon. The salon seems to be clean and well managed. My pedicures have been perfect. Prices are reasonable and you can get in and out quickly. Went here last Friday for a full set (color powder) and pedicure. The salon is nice and clean, very big also. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I was seated immediately and they informed me of prices. I had a set on so she had to take my first set off. PAINFUL, very painful. She didn't soak my nails off, just proceeded to use a fake nail to remove the tips and acrylic. On to the full set. She didn't get close enough to the cuticle so now a week later, I look like i need a refill. The acrylic was a little thin also, i have visible cracks going across my nails, again they were done only a week ago. I called last minute day of and asked to come in at 6pm, since my drive is pretty far including traffic. Whoever answered was so sweet in explaining how that is late, etc. so I hustled in later than expected. I thought they would turn me away, but Chin definitely was all about service. She finished pretty fast which concerned me, but I would definitely visit again! The only reason they do not get five stars is the price. I asked for stones and they charged me approx $3/stone for 10 stones! Now I don't mind paying for intricate work because I'm used to it. My previous technician specialized in design, which is why I'm used to the price tag that comes with that. This was nothing of the sort - just a line of stones on two of my fingers. First time I take my family there and it was not good. So it's me and three other ladies that went together to get pedicures. The first thing that bothered me was they did not offer us anything to drink yet everyone else there had glasses of wine or water even tho we had been sitting there for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to get to us. When someone does finally get to me, everything is fine, except with payment. But that's fine. I understand things happen with technology, luckily I was able to transfer money to my cousin and had her use her card. The complaints we have are, the full set nails that one of the ladies asked for are thick, yet she asked them to be THIN. She made them look like blobs! My cousin got a completely different color than she asked for even after pointing out that wasn't the color she wanted. The technician working on her pedicure tried making it up by adding stars to her big toe. Why would you not just change the color ? And my aunt had gotten cut while they were doing her pedicure. I understand sometimes hands slip or they cut too close and it's almost become normal that every nail salon I go to ends up hurting me at least once but Julie did not! I come for service every 2 weeks by appt, get a reminder call n they always give 15mins grace to show up. Yesterday December 19,2018, my mother went for a lash refill with Vivian she even had the recording of the nail salon notifying her about her appointment at 5:30, she gets there and the guy unsure who he is the owner maybe, tells my mom she doesn't have an appointment. Meanwhile Vivian and this other employee are telling him that he's wrong, she does have an appointment with her but he starts catching an attitude with my mom, Vivian and the other employee and while this is going on he gives her appointment to this random lady who shows up. Extremely unprofessional and rude. There's plenty of other lash places in Houston that know what manners are. Don't bother getting a pedicure spend $25 somewhere else where they know what they are doing. read more

I am not a big fan of acrylic nails but I decided to give them a try. I asked the guy at the front desk if they could make them thin and he said they could. I was seated and shortly thereafter, Lanna came over to me. I told her I wanted acrylic nails but to please make them thin, to which she said she would. As she was doing my nails, I stopped her several times and asked her to thin out the nail/acrylic or at least make them thinner towards the base of the nail. My requests were ignored as she rushed to get them done. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but it was hard to do so this time around. This would be my 3rd time here in one week because of my eyelash extensions, first off the first time the whole strip came off, the second day pieces were already falling off again Mai who did my eyelashes fixed them and was really nice so that's why I gave it 3 stars, but as I'm sitting here as of right now the reception lady I guess remembers me and 2 customers that come after me she accomadates them while waiting also and just ignores me like that's pretty rude, and the fact that it's only been a week when the lashes are supposed to stay in at least 2 weeks she wants to go ahead and charge me a second time. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Came here on a day off with my sister & nieces to get our nails done. By first glance, this place was gorgeous and extremely spacious. However, the service was horrible. I'm usually not picky so I'll let the manicurist decide what shape I should do for my nails. She recommended trying stilettos full set so I did. She didn't put enough powder on it so my nails were extremely thin so it was a bit painful when she was buffing it. On top of that, she didn't make the shapes even so my nails were extremely odd looking. When I had asked her to smooth out the rough edges and clean it up, manicurist rudely asked me "anything else because I don't want you to complain later" I had asked her to fix my nails this time for the 4th time and every time she ignores the issues that needed to be fix. At this point, I was frustrated already so I told her to stop and I'll just go ahead and pay for it. $43 for a full set of damaged nails was not what I was expecting. I don't mind paying extra for nails but I would like them to look decently presentable. Super disappointed. Then I guess she wanted me to try the lash services.. but telling me I don't look pretty with my falsies on is not the way to get business woman! Calling me unnatural and then wanting me to put on lash extensions.. Totally contradicts everything. By the way, my nails broke off that night :( definitely will never come back! read more

I came here to get the mink lashes because of a Groupon I saw. The lady who did my lashes was very nice and she did a good job and I decided to get a pedicure also. It's been a week now and I do notice that one eye is losing the lashes more than the other side. I will give them a try once more because they are nice looking and I did like my pedi. read more

I'm very picky with my nails, as so is everyone. But everyone here does a great job. I never get the same technician because I always forget to ask their name but never encounter any issues because they've all done a great job so far. My dip in nails never lift and they last me up to a month! I totally recommend this place I used to always thread my eyebrows so I was a little scared when I decided to wax my eyebrows here but even that they won me over. read more

I could get the same service from my original nail tech down the street for much less. Their company was advertised on facebook and people were commenting asking about price. From my observation there were no set prices since the price on fb differs from prices in the nail salon. someone asked about a basic pedi and powder nails which I had and was told a much lower cost. This place is amazing. All of the ladies there were attentive and so nice. I got the super deluxe pedi which included paraffin wax, scrub with fresh oranges, sugar scrub, hot stones, hot towel wrap, amazing foot massage and also a 5 minute shoulder massage. I was so blown away by how clean and inviting the salon was. Some women had wine but I'm not a drinker so I had a water. And there was no picking out colors, they brought all the color wheels out to us. (Hundreds!) The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because they are a little pricey. It was $45 normally for the pedicure I got but they have 20% off for their grand opening so it was $36. My normal salon does pretty much the same (except no oranges) for $25. This place is terrible!!!! They do what THEY want for you NOT what it is you want or ask for. This was my second time coming here. The first time was average, pretty okay customer service; however this second time was disappointing. I went in for a refill and asked for a sharp square shape. While she was filing my nail to get the old polish off, she hurt my thumb nail and burnt my skin a little without bothering to apologize. She blamed it on the fact that the nail was lifting, which was part of the reason I was there getting a fill. After taking the polish off, she proceeded to the fill and didn't bother shaping my nails. I asked if she was going to shape them the way I asked and she told me she just shaped them how they were when I came in. If I wanted the sharp square she would have to apply more acrylic to make the shape, as she proceeded to start to paint my hand. When she was painting my nails, she began to rush and do a half job. The paint was and even still uneven. She completely forgot to top coat them until after I was already under the dryer. I had to come home and shape my nails MYSELF! I WILL NOT be returning to this salon regardless of how close it is to my house! So devastated and disappointed. read more

A friend of mine who I was working out with had a refill appointment after our gym session. I wanted to tag along to check the place out. Our appointment was for 3 ppl at 5:30 p.m and i kid you not, I walked out of there at 9:30 p.m for a simple REFILL! It was a horrid experience! She plucked out my bottom and top lashes with her tweezers after she got glue stuck in them, which caused my eyes to water, the application was painful. I experienced a burning, stinging sensation the entire time. When she finally finished i was very unhappy with the results! Extensions were pointing in multiple directions and there were gaps (missing extensions/not full). She attempted to fix them which looked a lot better than the first try (filled the gaps) but they still were not up to par. I didn't want to spend another minute there so i just said they were better so i could leave. The lashes feel heavy and are stabbing my eyelids; they feel like needles. I'm on day 2 and I've lost more than 2-3 extensions per day already. I would never recommend this place to any one! read more

Went to get my lashes done for the second time, my lashes would just come off before the week was even over but loved the way they looked when first getting them done. So I decide to get my eyebrows waxed well the lady waxed half of my eyebrow off and then proceeded to tell me that I walked in like that or that she must have wiped my eyebrow pencil off! I was beyond mad!! Then the manager or so called manager just giggled like as if it was something to be laughing about! I've been coming here for almost a year now and I have gotten pretty much every service they offer, pedicure, manicure, acrylic nails, dipping powder, gel, eye lash extension and every single thing was truly really well done. The staff is so sweet and patient, I've had a few times where the color I picked I didn't end up liking and they immediately let me choose another one and fixed it. The prices are very reasonable and they almost always have some type of offer going on. The best part is for every time you come you get a stamp and after the 10th time you get a free pedicure! I went for lash extensions here and i had previously booked w/ Nancy who did a spectacular job, but the second time i decided to try chinh because everyone raved about her on the reviews, but i do NOT recommend her. I told her i liked my lashes more dramatic and not natural and even showed her a picture and my lashes were the most natural things I've ever had done. Plus it took her TWO HOURS for a simple refill and was charged $65 (for a refill!!!) despite the previous time being charged $50 for a refill and got out in 45 minutes, which was with Nancy. By the time she was done the salon had closed and i didn't feel like arguing the price and just wanted to get out of there, but i should've said something to the manager. Not to mention my lashes started falling out in two days despite taking good care of them. If you want better quality work for lashes i wholeheartedly recommend Nancy, she is the best. But overall the salon is very nice i go there regularly i'll just stick to Nancy for lashes from now on. read more

i've came to this location about three times and every time I always ask for Mary. Why her? because she's the only one who is very welcoming once you come in and cares to make conversation with you. I was short on time and Mary was busy so I had another nail tech take care of me. I initially came in I had told the man I just want a solar acrylic and he said that's fine $20 take a seat. I finally picked a color and a nail tech came over. She was extremely quiet and didn't care to make conversation even when I initiated conversation. She asked me how short I want them and I usually like the medium short and she was bothered every time I told her if she could cut it a little more when I asked maybe twice. As I was getting my nails done a friendly woman came by and asked me what's wrong with my face I could use a facial. Excuse me?! I shrugged it off. My nail tech rudely left and she came back and told me she can't find the color I want if I could pick another and I told her that's fine. So I start looking for a new color and she comes back and tells me she found it and I told her OK just give me a second I'm starting to change my mind and she rudely told me no I have your color. I still looked and ended up picking the original one but she ended up finding. she kept bumping my hands together while she was painting my nails so of course I had asked her if she could please repaint over it, she was so bothered. Final straw came when she added five dollars to my total and I told her how so and she said oh because you got them long I forgot to tell you, we can cut them if you do not want to pay the five dollars. I told her yes you forgot to tell me and the man who sat me in the first place also didn't inform me it's not my fault. She didn't charge me for the lenght to avoid arguing. I don't mind paying extra at this location because of my past experience it's very clean and they used to be friendly.
