Can't beat price. Great variety and service was fast. Many standing tables if available. This place was popular but we appreciated there was bench inside with some low tables to rest our tired legs. Would definitely go back.

Best dollar slice in Hell's Kitchen! Get the garlic knots - this is the only location near here that offers garlic knots and they're super good and only 50 cents. Pro tip: If you get the garlic knots, ask the worker for some marinara on the side to dip it and then dip your pizza in it too. I always get the cheese slice and add garlic salt and oregano and eat it with the marinara. Vibes are what you'd expect from a 2 bros / dollar slice joint - watch your belongings and be smart.

Seriously! This place hands down was he best slice (s) I had in NYC. We at pizza most days while I was in NYC and sampled many (many) various places around town. This one had the most fantastic NYC pizza we tried. It's really just a walk up counter, not particular tidy, but man do they make great slices! I which the place had a few additional tables that were available, but the pizza itself was great. I had a slice of pepperoni (of course!) and another slice of pepperoni & sausage; my sone had pepperoni and a second slice of pepperoni & ricotta. Can't wait to be back in NYC - I will definitely be back here!

This is great pizza for the price you pay! The crust was nice and crispy on the bottom but still soft on the inside. It had a good about of sauce and the toppings were tasty too! A few bucks for a slice? Yes, please!

With 2 Bros Pizza being my first taste of New York style pizza some time ago, it will be a place I continue to support when I am in the city of New York. Rather than visit any of the other convenient options for a quick bite in the surrounding area, I just had to visit this location, which was not that far from my hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York Times Square West. Oh, the art of putting together pizza! And this 2 Bros Pizza location gives you the chance to see the steps of putting together New York style pizza behind the counter. I ended up ordering two slices of pizza! A slice of cheese, and a slice of vegetable pizza for takeout which was completed in minutes. After my first bite of the slice of vegetable pizza, I said to myself "Ooouuu, crunchy!". It was crunchy, freshly made, and so delicious! Made me regret not purchasing two slices of it until I tasted the slice of cheese pizza which was far from a disappointment. Not as crunchy as the slice of vegetable pizza, but it was equally satisfying, * chef's kiss *. Need I say that I enjoyed my meal as I have clearly indicated in this review of 2 Bros Pizza. I would surely order from again whenever staying in the area. ~Have courage. Be Kind. ~ Thomas G

Fresh! Hot! New York Style Pizza Slice! Fast service and limited seating area. They are open till 2am incase you are craving a midnight snack. This place was literally down the street from our hotel. Very busy and cannot beat the prices!!! Perfect for a Quick bite to grab and go vibe.

Hell's Kitchen pizzeria. The pizza comes hot from the ovens, and the deals (slices + drink) are pretty good. The pizzaiolos are ruffians, that grunt at you - so do not ask them for extra anything, or napkins, or bottle openers or baby formula! Just point to a slice and pay. My plain cheese slice was thin: it could have used more sauce on top (they made it a bit on the stingy side); if I had wanted less sauce, I could have just eaten a paper plate. It's middle-of-the way type pizza. There's better to be had, and most folks chowin' down pie here, were from out of town.. Solid pizza, but no more. There's standing room inside. Cooler with drinks. $1.50 Regular Cheese Pizza Slice
    Madelyn S.

My boyfriend and I popped into 2 Bros for a midnight slice of pizza after visiting Times Square. There were just a few flavors available but I knew I wanted a cheese anyway. My boyfriend opted for a slice of a sausage pizza, in the Sicilian style. We munched on our slices as we left and sat down to eat them once we got to our hotel. Honestly, for the price, you really couldn't go wrong! The crust had a nice bite to it and the cheese even had a bit of a pull. The ratio of crust to sauce to cheese was perfect for me. I also picked up a sprite whilst there and it complimented the pizza well with the heat outside. Honestly for a quick take away slice of pizza in the middle of the night, it was everything I wanted. It was a to-the-point ordering experience with some yummy food. The pizza was hot and the drinks cold. I would definitely come back!

This take away at W40th/9th Ave slings slices and whole pies at break-neck speed. My only criticism is that the pies should be left in a tad *longer* so that the crusts are crisper and more well cooked. Otherwise for the price-point you cannot beat it. The meat slices have good coverage and aren't stingy. RECOMMEND! Service is quick and efficient; if you're a regular, they'll greet you with a smile if not, you're treated well enough. Ambience - it's a takeaway place (primarily), although there is some seating if you really would like to stop, otherwise it is utilitarian. Can sodas are a deal at $1.25.

If you are looking for quick, cheap and decent pizza, this is the place. Is it the best slice I've had in NY? No. But it got the job done to keep me content until the five hours for dinner. Staff is expedient. They may not be friendly but that's because of the volume and speed at which they operate not to mention the occasional person they have to ask to leave the premises. I know there are cheaper places you can go but you are paying some of the cost with the time spent in those lines.

For the price, decent. Emphasizing "for the price" because for $4 you can get two slices and a coke but it is as bland as can be. Blegh.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

It is located right in the hallway of a subway entrance, next to a bar and across from a coffee shop, and it somehow manages to feel like a cozy, sit-down restaurant right in the middle of NYC. Don't let the odd location fool you, the food here is outstanding. The Neapolitan and Sicilian-style pizzas are both exceptional, with rich, well-balanced flavors and perfectly executed crusts. Every bite tastes high quality. Also, don't skip the house-made lemonade! The experience is even better because of the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They were all so kind to so many people. From offering to keep leftovers in the fridge until a customer was done at their broadway show, to offering a scone to a young child while he and his father waited for their pizza to be done, it was more than just flipping a table and onto the next tip, it was humanity at its best. Be sure to give See No Evil Pizza a try. You certainly will want to come back again for more.

RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. Rather than take the pizza out, I suggest you throw it out. Overall pizza rating: 1.7/5

The first thing you notice is the main bar wall, with its exposed centuries-old brick that has survived every bit of chaos this city could throw at it. It's subtly backlit from with a warm, amber glow that highlights every single historic groove and imperfection, making the whole room look like it's breathing. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard. People aren't here to be seen on TikTok; they're here to disappear for an hour or three. You slide into a chair, order a proper Old Fashioned from a bartender who doesn't rush the pour, and watch the ice melt against the amber-lit brick. It's the ultimate underground exhale--a perfect, narrow slice of peace in a city that never shuts up. Cheers!
