    NO SOUP FOR YOU! Autograph!
    Bruce K.

We're in Florida and it's practically 90 degrees out today but Dad insists that we're having soup for lunch. I can't say I was convinced. He said, "I'm buying." Okay, I'm game for that. Also, he's 90 so I'm respecting my elders. It's a very small shop in a corner of this shopping center with only three or four tables inside and two or three tables outside. But you'll get stared down by the great Larry Thomas as you peruse the selection and place your order. Yes, of course there's an autographed photo of him as The Soup Nazi on the wall. "No soup for you!" except there was absolutely soup for us. Dad loves the beef soup here which is practically a stew, loaded with huge chunks of beef and potato and carrots. I had a taste. Delicious. But I'm on keto and while I skipped the piece (really big piece) of fresh bread with my soup, the Spicy Turkey Chili was fabulous. No beans. Spicy and flavorful and I'll spare you a picture of the empty bowl. Fantastic. Yes, there's great soup to be had here and they'll pack it to go if you wish. Absolutely five stars and I look forward to returning. I'm happy to make this great restaurant my 24,000th* review. [Round number review 24000 overall - 438 of 2025 - 2081 in Florida] * Round numbers are special. 7000 was the Flight 93 National Memorial. 14000 was the Battleship North Carolina. 17000 was the Leaning Tower of Pisa. 23000 was the Jameson Distillery in Dublin. Excellent Variety of very tasty soups. Had the soup and sandwich combo which was delicious. Highly recommend.

This place desperately needs a deep clean. The air vents above the food prep station are filthy and I witnessed the lady with the bright red hair open the door with gloves on and then go right back to prepping more food without changing her gloves. I tried to look past it and try my food which was really disappointing. The soup tasted like it was canned and was a super thick consistency. Do not recommend at all.

A really enjoyable time. Friendly atmosphere and good vibes. Really easy to order, and if you are unsure about a choice of soup they will always let you sample. We walked in and order pretty quickly. A line formed soon after. Be patient. It is so worth it. Soup and half a sandwich. Prices are fair and the food is very good. Everything tasted freshly made.

We were looking for something a bit different and I found this in my collection of bookmarks for the area. It's tucked away in a corner of the shopping center near Chris' Taverna on one side and a donut shop on the other, so as far as food goes it gets a bit overlooked. Parking can be challenging in the shopping center as there are quite a few other restaurants and shops nearby. We'd read that you can taste a couple of the soups before committing to just one, and I'm glad I did. One of the ladies in line raved about the she-crab soup, so I tried it, but it wasn't a favorite of mine. The soups for that day are listed on a board on the wall. It wasn't that easy deciding which one to choose. We opted to dine inside. They do have a few tables outside, as well. Once you order, they deliver your food to you. After tasting their Italian wedding soup, that's what I ordered. They have a soup and sandwich combo which includes a bowl of soup, a couple slices of bread, and a half sandwich. There are a number of sandwich choices from which to select, as well as the bread that the sandwich comes on. So, I got a chicken salad sandwich on rye bread and a bowl of the Italian wedding soup with multigrain bread slices. The soup was good, but not very hot. Surprisingly, I really liked the chicken salad sandwich the best of everything. My husband ordered their sherry mushroom soup (with sourdough bread slices) along with a half of a roast beef sandwich on white bread with lettuce and tomato and horseradish mayo. He said his sandwich was good. And he liked his soup choice. I tried his soup, and it was just okay for me. Each of the sandwiches came with a pickle spear and house-made potato chips (made with a mandolin). The chips were wonderful. Prices were quite reasonable. We helped ourselves to canned sodas from the cooler. I'd definitely come back to try more of their soups -- with over 20 daily varieties, I'm sure something else would appeal. In future, I'd like to try their Greek chicken soup or beef barley. That's the benefit of having a little something for everyone's specific tastes.

I love me some soup : ) When a friend told me about a small local place that has up to 50 different soups and sandwiches, I knew I had to try it To start with, place was clean and had a definite mom and pop feel. I knew I would like the soups I would purchase because I could taste them before buying. I got a pint of the Zuppa ( chunks of chicken, sausage, and carrots),for my lunch tomorrow I got a pint of the gazpacho, and my dinner tomorrow will be the butternut squash. Again I Already know I like it cause I already tasted it. My wife got the French Onion and the Tomato Basil. Each soup came with two large slices of bread. All five soups were winners! Our next visit will be to get our hands on a sandwich or two. Note: we also got a slice of key lime pie and some rice pudding ..YAY!

Do they still have gazpacho soup?

I am not sure; I only visited that one time. I would suggest calling them :)

Are any soups vegan or dairy free?

They usually have one vegan soup, one vegetarian soup and several without dairy.

Can't WAIT TO TRY ..But...When will delivery be available?

    Door dash is currently delivering

It had been a while since I had the baked scallops and shrimp but it was just as delicious as the first time. We then ordered our entree from the lunch menu - pescado al ajo with salad. First, you truly feel like you are in South America with a laid-back, no hurry, ambience. If you are coming here expecting to get great fast service go somewhere else. We were standing at the hostess station 15 minutes before somebody actually came and asked if we wanted to be seated. Our waiter was harassed, but did his best. We barely saw him during our meal. But I did not take a star off because again, this is a Spanish place run by and for the Hispanic community. You truly feel like you are in Peru or some Spanish town where to spend hours eating is the norm. Our party of four were the only non-Hispanics in the restaurant. Which is a shame because the food is very tasty. Huge portions. And extremely reasonable prices for everything. Two of us had a cocktail - the Inca Pisco. They do not shirk on the liquor and I only needed one to be very very drunk!! We started with the ceviche and fried yucca with special Peruvian sauce (huancaina). I'm not a big fan of raw fish whether it's sushi or ceviche, but Victoria's does an amazing job and you can really taste the different flavors of the lime and the cilantro. For $10 we got a huge glass packed full of the ceviche. It easily fed four of us. One suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to maybe give crackers with the ceviche The fried yucca with the special sauce was also very tasty. You have a choice of fried yucca or boiled potatoes. This is a very traditional Peruvian dish using the special Aji Amarillo pepper. I had the lamb stew, my husband had the traditional dish of Lomo Saltado, one of our party the seafood soup and another had the quinoa seafood. The Loma Salado was a big hit with my husband. This is a stirfry with the Chinese influence on Peru, but not a Chinese stirfry but with Peruvian spices. He loved it. My Lamb Stew was very aromatic and tasty although it was not really a stew, but a lamb shank. The shank was not fall off the bone, but still good. Another hour slow cooking would have made it perfect. The seafood soup had so many chunks of seafood in it that it was mostly seafood with some soup on top. Our party that got this entrée was so amazed that they could put so much seafood and shellfish in the soup. He could only eat half of it. The party that had the quinoa seafood dish raved about it as well. None of us could finish our meals because they just give so much food here. And the prices are extremely reasonable. This restaurant is obviously feeding Hispanic people that don't have tons of money to waste on restaurants that give you microscopic portions and charge you an obscene amount of money. This place was full of happy families enjoying a dinner out. Many of them were celebrating Mother's Day early. This restaurant is a gem in downtown Lake Worth. Having lived here for the last 35 years I cannot believe we never ate here until last night. But we shall return. Probably many times.

We started by choosing our base. My husband had the tom yum (kha?) one and our granddaughter had the classic and I chose the chicken one. My base started out a bit salty, but after all the additions it was perfect -- no need to add extra soy or salt to the broth. For sauces I chose two standards -- hoisin sauce and a mix i made of some soy sauce and vinegar (which I used for the dumplings). At our leisure -- it's all you can eat -- we tried many of the offerings. We skipped most of the exotic ones -- except my husband who happens to like chicken feet. I went for the seafood first. And liked most of what I chose, especially the large prawns which were my favorite. And I also really liked the rounds of shrimp paste. The clams were tiny, but good. The blue crabs were small and awkward to eat when so hot. I'd skip them next time. I also tried some beef and pork, but found the seafood options more to my liking. Of the veggies, I had a mix just to try a number of things. The baby bok choy leaves, the cabbage, and the bean sprouts were good, but I fell in love with those tiny little enoki mushrooms. My least faves were the taro and the hard squash For dessert, they also have fresh fruit (cherries, etc.) and cake squares on the buffet. And a separate ice cream bar. I liked their green tea ice cream the best. We were so stuffed when we left. But happy campers. We felt the price of the AYCE was well worth it here. We'd definitely come again. I think it's more fun with a group.
