Three of the four movers for the first day were good, hard working guys. We were sent two trucks…read morebut they were too small for the job. The original estimate of 4 hours was grossly incorrect and stretched out to 16 hours over two days. The second day only two of the four movers showed up and only one of two trucks arrived as agreed to. Many of our items were damaged (couch, table, bookcases, walls in the house, and 2 yards were dug up by the truck). We were charged a lot more than originally expected because of the lower number of movers, smaller trucks, and one bad mover who disappeared and worked a lot less than the others. We are currently waiting for assistance on insurance claim for all the damage to yards and furniture and walls. If it goes poorly or well, I will update this review to reflect that.

I left a deposit (which I am now told is not recommended to do when transporting a car) to secure my service. The day before my car was supposed to get picked up I did not get a call from the driver or the broker AJ miller to let me know about a pick up time. Instead I called AJ Miller and he told me he wasn't at his desk and would call me back....I did not get a call back or any update. Mind you I had plane tickets booked to leave to my destination in 2 days. I had to have someone else call him so he would answer my request until he admitted he did not have driver for me. I am beyond upset at the professionalism of this company. If there is no availability with the company they should let the customer know and be transparent instead I had to get someone else to call on my behalf and was left scrambling. Not okay and I still have not received my deposit. Negative stars if I could.

The day after our sea trial we met Joseph for the hand-off and it was clear from the beginning that he was a pro. What we didn't know (since you couldn't tell from a quick visual inspection) was that the previous owner didn't take very good care of the trailer (faithful fresh water rinse after being in salt water). Within the fist 400 miles Joe had to replace 3 tires after the brakes overheated and blew the already dry rotten tires. In route, Joe kept me apprised, found replacement tires, changed them himself and even pulled the calipers on the front axel to keep them from overheating again. Every time we spoke he had a positive "no worries" attitude and kept on coming. We have a tricky maneuver to back the boat in it's new garage but Joe once again made it look easy. You just can't go wrong using Joseph to transport your precious cargo. And to top it off, he is a "believer". Praise God we made a new friend.

This booking was through a broker. A 500 mile shipment took 6 days. The broker made a price…read moreadjustment for the poor handling. There was no damage to the vehicle. After pickup the communication with this shipper was only by text, delivery times were "next morning at opening." For 5 days. There was never a reason for the delay. They seemed to not know where the vehicle was And would not disclose it. The names of the drivers on the BOL at pickup and drop off were different to the "names" given as driver picking up and dropping off. Neither spoke English.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! cannot stress enough, horrendous experience from beginning. they accepted…read morethe shipping contract weeks in advance but did not have their equipment road worthy at the scheduled time of pickup causing delays, they then thought it would be appropriate to drive my vehicle from the pick up location to their lot instead of bringing their rig. driver violated all kinds of laws making the 2400 mile trip in 2 days! on delivery the driver decided to unload my vehicle in the middle of a busy highway instead of my house as agreed in contract and wanted me to come get it from the middle of the highway! when i called to complain about the service i was told i should be grateful i got my vehicle as fast as i did and then proceeded to yell at me for criticizing the company!
