They did not offer another service on their end, I had to keep telling them I needed to have the vehicle removed from the dealership by a specific timeframe. After calling and being transferred around 6-7 times, I finally got a representative that was able to assist me and put me on contact with the driver. I would not recommend that you use this company at all. It's not worth the stress and they never offered any sort of compensation for my troubles. Stay away from this company. Nonetheless, the delivery driver delivered my vehicle after dark. I was also told that the vehicle should not be delivered after dark. I'm glad everything turned out to be OK in the end. I reached out to them and they were extremely responsive. They were a little pricier than others but I was okay paying a bit more to get my car delivered timely and safely. They did just that! I contacted them late Friday afternoon, they picked up the car late Monday afternoon and it was delivered to my home in South Carolina early Tuesday afternoon. I couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend them highly if you need a vehicle transported.
