I never received a single proactive update and had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information on the status of my car. What's most frustrating is that after being told the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I arrived to find that the work was still not fully finished. The vehicle had to be taken back in to address items that should have been completed the first time. For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected. I didn't have to spend time making calls or dealing with the warranty process. They took care of everything, and all I had to do was pay my deductible. Later, another unrelated issue came up, and once again they took care of it quickly. Most recently, I had a minor issue with the car, and they fixed it as a courtesy without charging me. That kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back. They've consistently been professional, helpful, honest, and easy to work with.
