From Cupertino CA moving to Treasure Coast Florida our amazing 2-Guyz Team (Spanish 'Jose', ROMA, SLAVA) and our 2-Guyz Organizers 'Alex' and 'Timur' (pardon spelling of names) WERE SUPERB, and the People at Delivery End WERE EXACTLY THE SAME LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE - extremely organized, extremely skilled in planning, giving excellent advice on 'boxes to buy/use' and about how to determine what 'We' would do and what & how 2GM would take care to move all the remaining furniture etc. We FOLLOWED THEIR DIRECTIONs EXACTLY - packing & labeling boxes, carefully packing glasswares, china cabinet items, and using labels sourced from Amazon on 2-sides of boxes. We used a Notepad: top-flip-wire 8" note pad, and we sequentially NUMBERED EACH BOX with a brief notation of each boxes contents. My wife was worried about the extensive glass in the Scandinavian non-replaceable furniture shelving, china cabinet, Italian bedroom furniture, and for multiple original paintings. My Wife and started packing work 3-weeks ahead, following directions to pack 3 or more boxes each day (usually 5+) using Home Depot Heavy Duty Small and Medium boxes. EVERYTHING ARRIVED EXACTLY AS PACKED!!! The 2GUYZ TEAM, from consult to packing to ARRIVAL IN Port Saint Lucie FL are incredibly PROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY HIGHLY SKILLED! Note: I and my wife are both professional highly credentialed persons, we took 9+ months of extensive searching to find & select a reliable 'MOVING COMPANY". We made every effort to avoid 'BROKERS' (like big national 'X-Lines' that consolidate different loads, or sell your move to other Co's, etc. 2-Guyz came to us as a recommendation from a reliable lifelong friend. Lastly, 2GzM explained (w recommendations) the differences between "Soft-Riding-Suspension Dedicated Trucks" and the larger Hard-Riding Suspension large Tractor-Trailer Trucks" that often combine loads for multiple different moves. I was dissatisfied with my experience with this moving company. My belongings were not properly wrapped or protected, and I had to closely supervise the process to prevent further damage. The foreman was uncooperative and did not respond well to my feedback. The crew requested to use my bathroom and subsequently clogged the toilet by disposing of paper towels, requiring assistance from my building engineer. Although I was charged for three movers, only two arrived to unload. The delivery was scheduled for 9:00 am, but I was informed at the end of my pickup day that the foreman would not arrive until 12:30 pm. When I called at 12:30 pm the next day, I was told delivery would be delayed until 2:30 pm. Communication was poor throughout. When I pointed out that my lamps were damaged and other items had dings and scratches due to improper wrapping, the foreman responded, "What do you expect? Things would get damaged in a move." Additionally, I was not asked to sign off upon completion, and payment was requested insistently at the start of the move and before unloading. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations. I understand that accidental damage can occur during a move, but in this case, I believe it resulted from a lack of professionalism and care. read more

Its my fault for not reading the fine print, I wouldnt even be as upset but this would of all be prevented if they cared more. Youre offered .60 a lb so if they break a TV that cost 3500 they'll offer you $40-$60 and find a way to blame you. And my father questioned them when they tied two tvs face to face but they assured him they know what theyre doing. When I reported it, it was up to their insurance to pay me back. But because it doesnt show any physical damage it probably wont be approved. They guy said trust me I deal with at least 10-20 of these a year. Had their service lined up for 2 months. We relocated 165 miles away. Instead of the 4 men promised 3 showed up. We were 100% packed, ready to go. They started loading the truck at 9 am and finished the following morning at 4 am! Talking and texting on their cell phones cost them a lot of time. Found out they're paid hourly, not by job. They arrived right on time and went straight to work, effortlessly putting our entire 1 bedroom apartment (which included a bed, couch, dresser, chair, and kitchen island) in just half of the truck (Murat joked with me that there was still room for a studio apartment). Our move was a bit of a pain because we were on the 4th floor for both locations and one of them didnt have an elevator and had a very narrow staircase (and the location with the elevator was far away from our unit). Beyond that, he and his crew moved fairly fast, even when they had to take apart my bed frame because it couldn't get out the door. They made sure to handle everything with care and even came over prepared with extra boxes, packing tape, and flashlights (these came in handy as the lights were not on at my new place for about 30 mins). Murat helped us move yesterday, and it was a great experience. He responded promptly to my Yelp messages a few weeks back and gave a very reasonable quote (lower than every other company I reached out to). When I asked him how long it might take, he offered to come over and look at our stuff and give an estimate. Our move took longer than estimated. He estimated 3-4 hours and it took almost 6 hours. I don't think this is his fault. Murat was very good about calling us and telling us when he'd arrive and when to expect him. They certainly didn't take random breaks and hang around. I think part of this is because we had a lot of different sized boxes and a glass desk that was a bit of a pain to take apart, package, and put back together later. Nothing broke during the move and all our furniture was very well packaged. They also made sure to ask us where we wanted everything so that we wouldn't have to move a misplaced box ourselves. Plus, we have a puppy that would bark when they used cling film, and there were no complaints or anger. Just a lot of joking around about how she wanted to play too. At the end of the move, we let her out and they all played together. Overall, it was well worth the money and I'd definitely call him again when I move again. read more
