That set the tone for the rest of the visit: disorganized and miscommunicated. I was told that my front brakes were in "terrible shape." When I spoke directly with the mechanic, he said they looked fine--until I mentioned what the salesperson had said. Then he reversed his opinion. This discrepancy repeated several times, making it unclear what the actual condition of the brakes was. Throughout the process, I was told the job would take "another 25 minutes." That exact phrasing happened four or five times, along with the statement "it's not an exact science," with no clear time estimate. After the work was completed, my car developed a new vibration during braking that did not exist before. When I called, I was told it would cost roughly another $300 to fix, even though the vibration only appeared after the work performed here. My invoice also included charges that were never explained or offered. During the visit, staff openly complained about each other (sales and mechanics), which contributed to an overall unprofessional and disorganized atmosphere. I paid significantly above the expected market rate for brakes and labor, and my vehicle came out in worse condition than when it arrived. Finally, I took the car to another Mavis location, and they informed me that the tire balancing was incorrect and appeared to have been done by someone inexperienced without a second person checking the work. Based on my experience -- unclear communication, inconsistent technical assessments, new mechanical issues, unexplained charges, and lack of quality control -- I cannot recommend this shop.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE -- THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE…read more I leased my 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Annunziata Group- Warwick Jeep Dodge Ram in 2022, and within the first year the hardtop started leaking. Almost two years later, after bringing it back six different times and letting them keep it for weeks at a time, it still leaks. I've shown them many, many videos of it leaking. They've had every chance to make it right -- but they just don't care. The service department is a complete mess. They never return calls, and when they do, it's always empty promises and excuses. The service manager, Dan Wilkin, will lie straight to your face, and the owner, Justin Annunziata, refuses to speak to customers directly. Not even sure if he's the owner that's what I was told. Was also told Gilberto Rosario was a salesman later found out he's the finance manager who also is very dishonest and still never got back to me. Everyone hides when it's time to take responsibility. To make matters worse, every time my Jeep is picked up from service, it's left dirty, carpet soaked under the weather mats, with new scratches, and my dash cam unplugged and removed from the windshield. Strange to unplug the dash cam if you're being honest! It's completely unprofessional and makes me question what's really happening while the vehicle is in their care. The parts department is a nightmare, they all need to educate themselves was told my sun-rider top was aftermarket when I bought it from them!!! This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. They act like once they've got your money, you're no longer their problem. After nearly two years of patience, it's clear they're just hoping I'll give up and go away. I wouldn't trust this place to change the oil in a lawn mower, let alone service a Jeep. Do not waste your time, money, or sanity here. Go to a dealership that actually values its customers and stands behind its work.

Four years in, I noticed I still had to come home and vacuum a few spots here and again. Right after Covid might have been the absolute best crew - between 2020 - 2024. I just got home with my vehicle after spending $70 including tip, on a mini-detail job. The person cleaning my vehicle looked no more than 19. No problem. Kids can do good work. Not this time... They missed the entire center console, leaving debris, dust, and crumbs. They missed one entire rear door - it was not vacuumed out or wiped down. They didn't touch the rear seats at all. The front seat had rock salt residue remaining on the headrest from my kids in the backseat. The sides of every seat weren't touched at all. There was dust and crumbs still remaining on the floor and on the floor mats. They didn't even snap the floor mats back in, I had to snap them in myself. They didn't even remove the front floor mats to vacuum, I removed them myself and tons of pine needles and this winters rock salt remained. Like I said - the best and most thorough crew I have noticed was between 2020-2024. This crew is like those teenage kids that prop up in a parking lot holding signs. I had to go home and vacuum and wipe down the inside of my vehicle after spending 70 bucks. I understand it's not a full detail - but when you go years at the same place as the prices increase with inflation, you now have rights to judge when the job doesn't match the price tag. Absolutely disappointed. 2 stars only for how friendly the staff is.
