Dropped my Nissan Versa off for exterior detail at $119. Mike called to tell me there was a chip on my roof and to come in to look. The chip was a 3 inch round hole in the paint down to metal that was NOT there when I dropped it off. He said the paint was probably weak and the high power dryer blower must have pulled it off. Here's the issue, I paid for a package that was a soft cloth wash and hand dry! Did not offer any compensation even had the nerve to not refund my $120!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I drive to this car wash a few times a season, but lately its worthless, I was there for a full in and out service, and paid for the best option, and it does not seems that this car was clean recently, they just were it with a cloth that makes everything shine, but the guys are not even looking where and on what they wash, doing door trims when its clean, and not even trying to clean the interior of the car, leaving small dirt on dashboard and white marks on front window that is so obvious but I think that's how they are trained, just make it shiny above all dirty spots, just shine to let the customer drive away with a oily shiny dirty car. read more

Today, while literally driving through this car wash, the car in front of me somehow backed into my car. My front license plate was half ripped off. The manager, Evans, came over to me, (mind you, I'm still sitting in my car, in the wash, which had to be shut down), and said, "It is not our fault. It is not our problem." I pay monthly for unlimited washes. They know me. Their slogan is, "We are neighbors." Not good neighbors! Nothing. Not, "Are you alright?" No, "How can we help?" I asked for their business card and was told, "We don't have one." I asked for Evans last name. He said, "Just Evans." I asked him how he would feel if it was his family member. Again, "Not our fault, not our problem." The driver and I exchanged information. The police came. It was handled but certainly not with any assistance from this business. Not neighborly. Went for a inspection. I have 40+ yrs in the motorcycle and auto repair and was a certified inspector before I closed up and retired. Needless to say, the black guy starts rattling off things that cause me to fail. For instance, brake rotors have a minimum thickness before replacement is needed. The tire MUST BE REMOVED to measure the thickness I'm looking at my vehicle on the lift with NO TIRES REMOVED. I guess he thinks he is a magician and can measure it like a mind reader. I admit I have a exhaust leak but he couldn't show me a decibel reader. If I had rice rocket with a performance exhaust (think Borla) he would have put a sticker on it. I hope no one is going to him for "backyard" repairs as you will surely just have unneeded parts thrown on your vehicle read more

Brought my F150 for a full detail. Dropped truck off and was told it would be three hours. Three hours later I got a notification that the truck was ready. The work that went in to my truck was amazing. The 2018 F150 looked better than the day I bought it. All products use for cleaning my vehicle are top notch. The guys did a great job. Took my Highlander here for new tires before and had a great experience. I was having a transmission issue. I was avoiding Toyota dealership for the cost factor and did not want to get unnecessary work done. I dropped it off I was told I would receive a call within an hour and Stan the manager told me called me within an hour as promised and said that I only needed to repair a transmission line which costed a few hundred dollars and it's fixed. If you value vehicle safety, DO NOT use their services. Terrible service and they blame you for the damage they cause! Terrible mechanics in the oil change dept. I've been getting my oil changes/tire rotations at Warwick car wash express for over 10 years and I finally said enough is enough and stopped using their services. They do not know how to apply or tighten lug nuts. They over tighten them all the time. In May 2023, they stripped the lug nuts on my 2014 CRV. All 20 of them. They could not get them off because they overtightened them on the previous rotation. I had to replace all of them ($75). June 2023 the same issue with my 2014 Outback ($75). The also ruined 2 studs on the outback but only told me about one. We were able to pull the lug nuts off by hand without the threads grabbing them After I drove home. I could not believe how careless they are about my safety and that of my family who also stopped using their services. There were also multiple events on 3 of my other vehicles in years past. I've complained but they just turn a blind eye to it. They don't care about your safety. The owner does not care Either. Proper tire application is critical to vehicle safety. They tighten the lug nuts with their air gun and not with a torque wrench. If you get a flat on a highway, you will not be able to remove the lug nuts. Neither will AAA. You will be stuck or towed. The use of a torque wrench is the proper way to tighten the lug nuts in any tire changing operation. It applies a specific torque to a bolt or nut to ensure the tire can be removed again with ease and for customer safety. Especially if you get a flat on the road. use of a torque wrench is a fundamental element in general mechanics. I'm going to file a small claims action against them for the damages to both vehicles. My front wheel panel of my Jeep was ripped off in the car wash. I noticed it when I was vacuuming out my car. I showed it to the attendant and his first response was, it didn't happen here. I asked him to pls go in the car wash and check... He walks out holding it! I ask if they can fix it, they said no. The owners response is the panel had to be loose to come off. It wasn't. It cost me $100 to repair at the body shop. I brought them pics and my receipt; once again they refuse to take responsibility for it. DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your car! I got an inspection here, no appointment necessary they took me in and we're finished in about 15 minutes. I needed to replace a windshield washer blade (and it really did need to be replaced). I bought the replacement from them expecting to get gouged... I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $10 for the blade. That's cheaper than any place I've ever seen them for sale. read more

***Avoid this place like the plague****. I have been coming here since I moved to the area over a year ago. I bring my Lincoln MKZ here. I bring my Honda Passport here and I bring My dodge challenger here. All cars one to two times a week and they are far from cheap. I pay on average 20-30$ per wash. . I have also paid them over 100$ in two occasions for a full detail that Is at best subpar. I get my pip changes here and even had em do brakes. But they are close to me so it's convenient. Probably close to 300$ a month just in washes. I was rear ended in my Lincoln last week and now have a loaner Lincoln MKC....I pull in to start vacuuming my car before i get another 30 $ wash and have one of the employees as I'm almost finished come over and tell me I'm not allowed to use the vaccum. I ask why he says because you have to get your wash first. I said ok well I'm almost done just doing the trunk and I'll pull into the wash. Guy says no your not....I said I come here twice a week yous clearly know me cause your always commenting on my Challenger and asking what I've done to it. He says well I can't let you can't finish. I say ok and start closing up my vehicle then I have this other guy come over to me as I'm packing up and start telling me the same thing over and over to which I said ok man just give me a min I'm about to go into the wash. He says no,"What don't you understand"...As if I'm stupid or something . ...I then advised him that he's not going to get in my face and talk to me like that and disrespect me and that no worries, It's fine I'll take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service, extremely disrespectful . He's trying to intimidate the wrong guy. Probably should learn how to talk to people....I spent 21 years in the military and many of them working in middle eastern villages trying to de escalate REAL problems and dealing with REAL bad guys. . This guy needs a few classes in civil affairs, deescalation and learning how to talk to people. ...You know I don't mind paying a premium for stuff to be easy. But I'll take the extra 20 mins and drive to the Middle Town wash...Out of the way but they are friendly as can be there and do a great job for a better price. On the plus side, the oil changes and inspections are done expeditiously. I've been taking my vehicles there for inspection for 17 years. Only on one occasion did they tell me that a car needed a minor repair to pass inspection -- so they won't take advantage of you. I've utilized a coupon for an alignment, which was done well. As it was being done (on an aging vehicle with high mileage), one of the mechanics told me that the exhaust manifold would need to be replaced in the near future. He quoted me $1200 for parts and labor. I promptly bought the part on Amazon for $333 before tax and took it to a mechanic a week later who replaced the part for $120. Moral of the story, you may want to avoid their service department for larger jobs. read more

My boyfriend got his car fully detailed. It honestly smelled like a damp basement. And they also don't know how take card payments. We had money in our account to pay in full and it never came out because they did something wrong. So they kept harassing my boyfriend to make a payment. We both have full time jobs that often have us work overtime on the weekends. When I actually had a day off I went down to pay the bill in cash. The girl at the register went and confirmed the price. I gave her the money and we were settled. A day later my boyfriend got a nasty call from the car wash (again!)saying that they weren't paid despite the fact they were. They were trying to con more money out of us.Extremely poor customer service. Don't recommend and never will go there again. read more

I am a monthly cash wash subscriber. I pay $35.14 each month for unlimited basic car washes. This is guaranteed income charged to my credit card monthly. I always tip the industrious, pleasant Mexican employees who dry my vehicle. The staff is, without exception, diligent and likely very underpaid. Today I went there for an oil change. I thought it would cost between $20-32. The recommended service for my car was $64.95. I have never paid this much for an oil change, but I was already there so I purchased it. I had downloaded a $3 discount coup to my phone from the company's website. When I presented the $3 coup to the cashier, she said she could not accept it because it had to be printed, although it said NOTHING on the site about the printing requirement. Tara, the co-owner, was at the desk talking on the phone. I asked her if she could accept the coupon. No, she said, it has to be printed because we need to scan it and send it to Mobil. Can you print the coupon for me, I asked? No. Can you just deduct $3 from my invoice, as I am a loyal customer. No. I asked why she was being so petty OVER THREE DOLLARS! No response. Then I stated that I would probably cancel my car wash membership. "Do you want me to cancel it NOW?", she replied, looking as if she had eaten a bad clam. Car washes in this area are expensive and overpriced. I use an average of 3 car washes/month - although I have the right to use more. To create unpleasantness with a customer over $3 and to be so customer-hostile and arrogant is simply bad business. I can't make this woman smarter or make her life happier, but I can narrate this experience so you can decide if you want to give them your business. Very happy with the mechanics in the back, Chris and Mike. Before taking my car on a cross-country trip, they pointed out to me a few issues that had just been missed by a national chain tire shop. (Really obvious issues.) Stuff that would have seriously ruined my trip! By the next morning they had repaired the brakes, replaced the oil pan gasket, and replaced a couple of leaky radiator hoses - for a reasonable price. Thanks guys! read more

Recently I took my 13 year old (2006) GT convertible mustang in for the "bumper to bumper" detailing. The car has less than 20,000 miles is garages during the winter, never sees rain, etc. Needless to say this car is babied and I have never given it to anyone else to detail, but my schedule was not allowing me to detail it this season. I got a Groupon (so it was 50% off) so I thought I would give the Warwick car wash a try, as I get my inspection and car washes there for the last few years since we moved to Warwick. Unfortunately this was a bad choice. I was told the detailing took all day so I dropped the car off the night before. I called in the morning to ensure they got the keys, etc. Around 12:00 I check in and was told to call back at 4 pm. Called again at 4 pm and the car was ready, all good so far, right. Called my neighbor she drops me off. When I arrive I am told the manager wants to see me. A gentleman greets me and takes me to my car. On the way he asks causally, did you ever glue the inside Vinyl of the passenger door. I immediately said No as we bought the car new off the lot in 2006. He opens the door and the whole vinyl panel is just hanging. You can imagine my heart sank. After pushing him to restore my car to the same condition as he received it, he agreed. He was extremely difficult and defensive. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he was traveling and he was in charge. I thought, oh no this is who is responsible for this whole operation. I then pointed out that I was stranded as my neighbor went home. He did arrange for one of the service guys to take me home, who was very nice. I still have no idea why they did not tell me about this damage when I called at 4 pm! The next day I picked up the car and it was repaired. Only to notice a week later the drive side vinyl panel is a little loose in the middle. I really think this damage is a result of using an air pressure hose to clean the car. If you are detailing an older car you should know not to use such devices. Unfortunately this negative experience will keep me from using the car wash for cleaning in the future. Today I went to this Warwick car wash At 13 Elm Street Warwick New York at 3.46 pm for my car wash... I immediately paid $35.0 for the high end washing of my car along with the cleaning of carpets, seats etc... They finished the cleaning is just 15 minutes and left the bonnet of the car which had few drops of the glue kind of liquid which falls from the pine trees and they do have the chemical to clean it but they never cleaned it. I found these spots on the bonnet while I took a break in the Warwick Main Street where I had parked my car to take a break. Immediately after noticing these spots I returned back to the Car wash and conveyed them the issue.. They said that it's a detailed cleaning for which I need to take an appointment on some other day and will take 20 minutes to clean it with some chemical... After repeated request of doing and completing the job they did not accept my request and refused to carry out the work.. They even asked me that it will be an extra charges for this cleaning for which I said that they can charge me whatever to clean my bonnet but they went on and on with their refusal... It hurts when you pay in full at the beginning of the work and they do an incomplete job.. I found them total unprofessional in their work as even after telling them at the first stage they did not take any action of cleaning... It's a total cheating with a customer.... I would never recommend this car wash place in Warwick to any one as they have many reasons to refuse to complete the job even after offering extra money ..A total disappointment today.. It doesn't matter what time you get there, if you happen to be on one of the two lines for an oil change you can either be the 20 minutes or an hour depending on what they are doing to a particular car they are working on. Was there for an oil change on Sunday 7/29/18 and upgraded to the "Wizard" car wash, it's an extra $23. The quality of the cleaning is nowhere close to what it used to be. They failed to wipe the interior console, the inside hatch and door edges. The did a half effort vacuum of the carpet. I'm not taking about dog hair left put pebbles and the like. They did not clean the door sills, cup holders or much of anything except the windows. They had previously done good work but this was a waste of money. I sent a DM via Facebook but no response. On my previous car, they used the wrong viscosity of oil and car went in limp mode, luckily just another oil change fixed the problem--recently took my truck in for oil change and asked them to check tire air pressure--tires were not checked, they did not change the reminder sticker on the windshield and the car wash put 3 huge scratches on my front bumper read more
