That was most frustrating for us. We had a good time. Expect to be there between 90 minutes plus with an 8 year old. Then you clean up at the back sink which piled up with palettes and bowls in a mess. The public has difficulty with that- the sign should be bigger! I found some nice party / entertaining decorations - different sized disco balls and sequined tablecloths that you could honestly also use as a backdrop for a photo booth or display. Third, they transitioned to a system where everyone does self-checkout, but if you have Michaels rewards or coupons, or both, there is always someone there to help you navigate.
