Came in for the first time with my best friend. She wanted a full set acrylic and I was just doing a deluxe pedicure. This location wasn't busy and we didn't have appointments. My pedicure was pretty decent. The tech got to me after finishing another client. The problems arise with my friend's service. I was seated and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I asked what did they have to offer and was offered water, soda, wine. Once my friend saw I got wine she inquired and the tech brushed her off like "oh you dont look old enough". She then proceeded to do her nails aggressively and even when told she was being rough. We left and went elsewhere. If you like being disrespected about your request this place is perfect. read more

I' have been getting my nails done at this salon since last year and have been happy with the services I received. My original nail tech, Kevin, left and it's been unsatisfactory since. I've had 4 different techs and each time have either had issues with the service --chrome nails delaminating (this was on 4/1:25) or not covering the full nail with acrylic/polish, or I was overcharged for service I didn't want to begin with. They also seem to have a revolving door of new nail techs. This last visit, I specifically chose my colors from a book that offers matching regular polish, gel and dip powder. I asked for gel on my hands and regular polish for my toes. I was informed right before polishing my toes that they did not have the matching regular polish. I asked for them to discount the $20 extra charge for gel because it wasn't what I wanted. They refused. The picture was from my visit on 4/1. I went in on Sunday to get my nails done for my wedding the following Saturday. I honestly hated them a they were nothing like the picture I showed but was willing to deal. Letting the little things go. Today is Wednesday morning, I'm out of town for my wedding and two nails have already just fallen off. I was talked into some glorified version of press ons because they're "new and better." Literally in a small remote town and will just have to go without nails to my wedding or drive over an hour to find someone. On top of that, after trying to deny getting gel on my toes, she eventually talked me into it against my better judgement. Both big toes have peeled off but at least I knew to bring press on back ups for that. Such an absolute waste of money. I'm upset. Just don't get whatever the heck they recommend. $100 later and dollar store press ons would've looked better and even lasted longer. read more

Worst experience ever. I was given my receipt before I even sat down. Only offered some of the beverages they had. Ripped off my original set even tho I asked for a soak off and to keep my natural nails. So rude I ended up in tears and even then she had something to say about that. That was the last straw. I had her remove what she had done so far and I left. Will never return and definitely will not recommend. read more

First time at this lovely salon today. I was very much pleased and happy. Van took care of my gel polish change on toes and she did a great job! I booked with Kong for my SNS (dip) on nails. I'm so happy I got to know him, he was beyond kind and a very intelligent man. He also removed half of a dead nail that has been healing (thumb got hit on car door) I appreciate you Kong! This is my first time visiting since they opened, and the place is gorgeous. All of the equipment looks brand new. I didn't take more pictures but borrowed some off Google to show y'all what it looked like. I was able to come in earlier and schedule an appointment, but it was a weekday and almost no one was there. When it came time for my appointment, I was promptly directed to the nail stations where I met Van. I was offered something to drink from the bar area, and they appeared to have a wide selection of water, soda, and wine. Van was polite and earnest, but we definitely had a language barrier. At first we struggled to communicate, then it occurred to me we have Google translate. After an awkward interaction of figuring out what language she spoke and getting her comfortable with using it, it sorted out. She spoke Vietnamese and was open to my thoughts and answered all of my questions. The owner also stopped by and checked in on us, offering a quick chat. At the end, we were left with a cool metal looking manicure. The yelp app is being weird right now, so I'll attach pictures later. I struggled with this rating because while most of my experience was 5 stars, from the perspective of the customer, it would be difficult for someone to communicate their desires to Van. And I'm not so sure others would be going through the effort of using Google translate. It's unfortunate because she's such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. And I fully understand that this was just one tech at the salon. I'll be making my way over here next time I'm in town and in need of a manicure, and I encourage y'all to do the same! read more

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday. Why I visited-- PROS 1. The salon is clean and conveniently located. 2. The visual aesthetics are clean, open, and modern. Just above a standard (wet) nail salon but not first-class/private salon/spa grade. 3. I received one of the best hand/leg/foot massages I've experienced this year!!! 4. They're open on a Monday (not all salons are.) Why I won't go back: CONS-- (although the massage was almost worth it): 1. The two ladies who worked on my gel mani and pedi talked about me. I turned on my translation app and listened to them. The younger one who worked on my pedi wasn't too bad but the older one was rude. So just a heads up, they might make insensitive remarks. 2. The nail shaping was mediocre. Both nail tech's nails were perfectly shaped and I unfortunately assumed the quality of my work would be the same and left without thoroughly inspecting as I usually do at a new salon. Not their mistake-- My lesson. 3. My total was $97. No problem. I handed a $100 bill at the counter (obviously leaving $3 in change due to me.) The pedicure technician then asked how I was paying (in what method) for the tip. Take that how you want, but I took it as a reminder to include a tip. I hope this helps someone! read more
