I sat on this and talked to friends to make sure this review was warranted before posting. I unfortunately don't recommend going to this place. First, the technician filed my nails down so much when I told her I was trying to grow them out. Looking from a palm view you can't even see my nail over my finger tip anymore. I had asked for rounded and she gave me more of an almond shape. Second, she made me bleed while filing my nail. Not only did she make me bleed she continued to try and file that spot two more times! This is concerning because I'm pregnant and being very conscious of not going to nail salons with any nicks/cuts/wounds on my hands or feet, I'm not sure how clean their tools are, and she dropped the file on the ground and kept using it. Last, the first color I chose was very faint so I asked if we can choose a different brand/color. The second one was also faint and required four layers. And it was an uneven color and there's a fuzz stuck on my thumb nail. The products they use are subpar and do not match the color of the samples. I didn't have the patience or time to ask for them to redo it, nor did they offer any discount. There's a salon right across the street that I've had way better experiences at and encourage you to go to if you're in the area. I decided to go here because I completed a return at UPS next door right before. I always feel bad leaving reviews like this, but friendly staff doesn't overcome bad service. read more

My first visit for my birthday was great -- Tony did my nails and was very patient and professional. But when I came back for a fill-in, the experience was terrible. The tech kept stopping to answer the phone and help someone else, making the appointment drag out. I showed her a picture of a glossy pink acrylic look I wanted, but she kept trying to rush me into just picking a light pink polish, which would've shown my nails underneath -- not what I asked for. When I tried to explain, she got frustrated, kept calling me "girllll," and even told me my nail bed was bad, instead of trying to fix the issue or help me get the look I wanted. It was really unprofessional. My time should've been respected. I ended up leaving with unfinished nails and still had to pay. My nails were left unusually thin and fragile after the fill-in, which was very disappointing. I had expected a stronger, more professional result! read more

I love this salon! It's very chic and clean and the staff is very friendly. What I love the most is that they aren't "pushy salesmen", like other nail salons who try to force you to upgrade to gel or higher priced services. Here they just ask what you want and then deliver. They are very professional and classy! And they are fast and efficient. My sister, cousin and I just came to get pedicures and nails done and they took care of us right away and did an amazing job. 1.Gel polish started to peel same day 2. Pictures are from day 5. 3. Tech was not patient in waiting for polish to be easy enough to wipe away instead used electric file--it made my nails thin and weak, 3 were broke well in to the nail and will require acrylic until they grow out -- more money. 4. Tech did not soak my hands during manicure, just add cuticle cream. I've never had service like this. read more

I've been to this salon before and had no issues. 2nd time around I wish I could say the same. I had 3 ladies working on my nails and they were all sweet, it's the work I have an issue with. I spent $125 + tip. Personally I feel like my full set/ basic pedicure do not reflect it. The design work wasn't worth the money. Probably won't return for a detailed set. read more

It was such an amazing experience as always. The new location is beautiful, extremely clean, great color choices. Tony is a master with acrylic and S&S. The pedicure was very relaxing and not rushed at all. This is by far the best shop in town and I recommend that if you haven't tried it out yet that you def should. AMAZING!!! So, when I walked in EVERYONE greets you! As I watched them greet everyone that came in the same. The energy in the salon is great. I called before I arrived (wasn't sure if I needed an appt) and the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and had an inviting friendly voice. He told me to come right over. When I walked in after everyone greeted me, he immediately said "you called, right?"...Not sure how he knew this, as other ppl were waiting. However, I was immediately seated and offered a beverage. My nail tech name is Cynda (hope I'm spelling it right) and she was on the money. Sis slayed my pedicure...I would post pics, but I'm posting this review before it's even complete. Such a nice friendly environment, super clean, and they are safe/practicing social distancing. So glad to have found a new location to patronize and actually feel like they appreciate my business.
