If I crack a nail (which is always my own doing - hitting my finger on a weight, car door, etc.), Kay lets me pop in for quick repair. I booked the appointment hoping it would lift my spirits a bit -- and it did so much more than that. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. The atmosphere felt different from other nail salons I've been to. I never felt pressured into services I didn't want or uncomfortable asking for adjustments. Every request I made was met with patience and genuine care -- you can tell they truly love what they do. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was so sweet and personable. I had accidentally gone to the wrong address at first, and she and I even worked together to help get their Apple Maps listing updated. It was just such a refreshing experience all around -- great people, great energy, and excellent quality nails and toes! Swan Nail Boutique has definitely become my new go-to spot.
