I took my training class online on Thursday night and submitted everything same night. I paid 50 dollars for expedited shipment and they said it has been shipped on Friday morning around 9 am I believe and now it is Monday almost 4 pm and still did not receive my certificate I had to cancel my exam date. Not happy and would not recommend them. I don't understand how it is possible not to receive it from Friday to Monday certification for only 25 miles away. I even asked to come ans pick it up but they said no and if I want it fast I had to pay 50 dollars. Still did not get it. Very pissed read more

It took me a long time to get around to taking this class because it's very long and I feared I'd want to shoot myself from boredom. The teacher was fantastic and there was never a dull moment. Don't be lazy and get it done! I passed the dealer test first try also, so he prepares you well. Most of all, I mailed my finished dealer packet to DMV and they lost it. I was devastated and had to get all the originals again. When I called to get a new dealer class certificate, she was super nice, mailed it quick, and didn't charge me anything.
