This is a convenient gas station with a small shop attached. It's not fancy, but it has the things you'd want a gas station to have. While the gas here isn't the cheapest in town, you are able to use your Smith's fuel rewards here for up to $1.00 off per gallon! A great tip if you aren't near one of Smith's stations. This location often runs specials so be sure to check out the signs or ask the clerk. I was very disappointed with how I was treated in this gas station. I would give negative stars if I could. I didn't have a mask as I entered the store ( I was with my son and he only had one with him). The brown haired 30 year old working the counter was very short and extremely rude. She demanded I put on a mask. I told her I was very sorry but I didn't have one, and I said I would love to have one. She asked again if I had one, I told her I didn't. She continued to tell me she would not give me one very boldly and demanded I buy a pack of theirs. Every business I have been to since March have offered patrons a mask who did not have one. I have not been treated so rude in a business for as long as I could remember. If this lady was so rude to me, I'm Not the first person she has been rude too. I ask that this company train their employees about customer service and kindness during this pandemic we are experiencing. So, for the past 6 months I've been going to the 24/7 Xpress located at the intersection of Stephanie St. And American Pacific Rd in Henderson, NV. Every time I put at least 10 gallons of gas, I get a free car wash. I pull up to the gas pump, swipe my credit card, pump gas, when I'm finished, I print the receipt, go inside to the 24/7 Xpress, show them my receipt and they give me a free car wash. Today I did the exact same thing, except that this time the cashier tells me that she couldn't give me the car wash because I didn't swipe my rewards card at the pump before I pumped gas. I told her that I've always done it this way. She proceeded to tell me that they've have been doing it this way for a year, to which I told her, I've gotten at least 10 car washes this way within the last 6 months. Then another cashier joined in, basically to tell me that I was wrong. Really???? You're going to argue with a customer, accuse him of being wrong instead of doing your best to try to keep the customer happy??? When I told them that you had lost my business. They said they didn't care. I will NEVER give a penny to another 24/7 Xpress again. And neither will my wife. read more

I was helped by a young lady named brienna and she was there with another lady and a gentlemen whom all seemed to be enjoying there jobs. I've had smog tests here a few times, after receiving a coupon in one of those thick coupon packets (money mailer) that come in the mail. The current discount price (with coupon) is $16.99 for a smog check plus a freebie: this year a free car wash, last year a free coffee or fountain soda. The car wash is VERY basic, unattended. No interior service or wipe down. Like I said, basic. Also, it's not easy to find the narrow entrance to the car wash area; you need to go around to the gas station area and approach from there. The smog test is normally fast and efficient, but I had a BIG complaint this time. After coming out of the store, where I'd paid, one of the smog guys shoved a report in my face with big letters that said "SMOG TEST FAILED." He was gleeful! Then I realized it wasn't for my car...he was having a big laugh on me! In fact, my car had passed. Well, this might have gone over well with a buddy or regular customer known to be a joker, but I don't joke about such things. I was shaken! I told him so and went back inside to complain to the manager. I would have given at least four stars, but these smog guys are such total jerks, they don't deserve it. read more

This is probably my favorite gas station / snack store. I love being able to walk into a place and immediately be greeted and welcomed. Sure it's just a gas station however, they have the most polite employees of any gas station I've been to in Henderson. The place always feels safe and is always clean and well stocked with items. The food, drinks I've purchased have never been outdated (expired) which obviously shouldn't be a question but have been at other stations I've been to. I feel extremely safe while pumping gas day or night. The lighting at the pump is bright enough to pump your gas, as well as see your surroundings and give your windows a quick clean up. The gas price seems fair compared to most gas stations around. I love the fact that they always have clean pumps, by clean pumps I mean the handles and buttons on their hose and cc machine are obviously wiped down daily. It's the little things I guess. Oh and their car wash is awesome! They always have the same couple guys running it and are always extremely helpful. They will dry your car by hand and vacuum it after driving through the car wash which is about $7.00. read more

I took my car to get washed 3 times. The first time my windows still had tape on them that I requested to be removed. The second time the same thing happened. The third time My ring was STOLEN OUT OF MY CENTER CONSOLE. I brought this to managements attention and nothing was done, I was still charged for the wash (they still did not remove the tape) and they were very rude. Convenient as hell when you totally forget to smog and show up to the DMV across the street. I was able to get smogged and get back to the DMV in less than 20 minutes and the tech was very cool too. Next year I won't bother looking all over town, I'll be coming back here! read more

This place sucks. My car came out looking like there was more soap than water and the soap and water spots dried on my car before I could dry them. My car was not clean and when I spoke with the manager asking for a refund because I wasn't satisfied with the crappy wash, she said no because I had already gone through the wash. Well how would I have known that your car wash sucked if I didn't go through? She's really unprofessional and rude. There are way better drive thru car washes than this one with people who actually want to help you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! read more

Normally like this gas station, but it took me 20 minutes to fill up and I am not exaggerating. The only reason I stayed is because I redeemed my Smiths fuel points and didn't want to lose them. Will never be coming back here again. Even for a smog check. On Oct 28 at 10:25 am, I went thru the car wash for a cheap car wash to quick clean up my car as I was trading my car in that day at the dealership. Get to the overhead brush and hear this loud crack and groan. My mom and I start looking around to see what it was. I look in the rearview mirror. I see that my back wiper arm, just hanging there and being twisted in the overhead brush. So when My car finally got thru the wash. I look, and the wiper arm is in pieces and barely hanging on to the car. So we went inside to complain, and the Cashier that hates her job said there is nothing that can be done and her manager is not there until Monday. So I fill out a form for the manager to give me a callback. I called today, Oct 30 at 11:05 am. I asked for the manager and the person who answered said she was the manager, Which sounds very much like the cashier that hates her job from Saturday. So I tell her what happens. Then I'm told, she did see the incident report and started to state what there supposed sign said, that they are not responsible. I had tried talking about the difference between if it was a scratch that is one thing, but this is outright damage to my car. So she keeps repeating what this sign says and would not let me speak or get a word in. So I tell her I'm starting to get p***ed as you won't let me speak. So then she hung up on me. I will never be stopping here again and same with my family. They do not care about outright neglect on their equipment causing substantial damage to a car. If pictures were allowed to be posted with the review just to show the damage from their carwash. My car has been thru hundreds of washes and nothing has happened and now this when I was trading in my car. So I lost out on a new car because of this damage and their neglect of equipment. read more
