All of your follow ups to pay were not received because they were going to the wrong email. You never called to tell me the invoice was past due. Then all of a sudden I get a call that I have 3 days to pay or they're putting a lien? Just own up to the fact that you could've called, that your people had the wrong email address, and apologize for your end of the problem instead of blaming me. That's what good business looks like.
