TERRIBLE RUN RUN RUN!!!! We were locked out of our apartment. Called to get a quote and turnaround time. We were quoted $90-$130, 90 being a simple job 130 being a complicated job, with a 20 minute turnaround time. BOTH WERE LIES!!!! The locksmith showed up over 2 and a half hours late, kept lying about GPS telling him 22 minutes away but was 2.5 hours away. I'm still pissed. We could've had another company come out faster and for a better rate. AT THE END OF IT HE CHARGED MY HUSBAND $165 bucks wanted to charge him 180 but says he took off 15 bucks. Talk about PISSED. He saw my husband's desperation and totally took advantage. To top it off it was only for a bottom VERY EASY LOCK that he states was ""VERY COMPLICATED". He lied..it's the easiest picked lock in America. We just didn't have tools. This should be illegal to take advantage of a family in a desperate situation with a child locked out. Amazing customer service with Robert! I was locked out of my apartment initially and had called another company (Keyme) earlier in the day. That company came and got me inside, however, they did not check if my key would work in the lock again. They also overcharged me. When I went out and came back to my apt, my key was not working in the lock and I was locked out again. I called the first company six times!! and no reply from any technician for 3 hours.
