25/7 turned a sad cold evening into a funny story with a happy ending. We ran out of our apartment to forage for some greenery to make some holiday centerpieces... As the door swung shut, our hearts simultaneously sunk as we realized that we had all left our keys inside... In desperation, one of us tried to climb into the balcony to get through the sliding doors. Super quick and friendly service :) My key got stuck in my front door at 11:30 PM on Sunday night. I called 25/7 and they picked up quickly, provided a quote ($135) and were here in less than 20 min. The fix was simply pulling the key out with pliers, so the tech gave me a slight discount, which was MUCH appreciated. However, it seemed a bit expensive. I didn't call around, so it may have been a bargain. They did explain it included a weekend and late night fee. read more

Okay these guys were awesome. Here's the story. It was the dead of the night and my friend and I are walking home from the bar. There's a weeping, blacked out girl distraught in front of her apartment. She had locked her keys in and her friends had left her stranded and alone. I start calling different locksmiths, and get jerked around quite a bit until these guys picked up. They couldn't have been nicer or quicker.
