I got locked out at 1 AM in the morning and Nate was really nice! I will def request them again !

I called 25/7 on a Mon based on the strong Yelp reviews telling them I needed to replace my gate locks. They made an appointment to come Tues morning (great!). Tues morning they call that the specialist had thrown his back out and wouldn't be able to come but another specialist could come Thurs (OK not great but things happen and if someone throws their back out there is not much you can do). Thurs the specialist shows up, looks at the locks and says he can't do anything with them, and that I need a specialist specialist. So he calls the specialist specialist who comes out Thurs afternoon and tells me the locks need to be replaced and they each cost $400 (not great news but it is what it is). Says he will call me that afternoon once he has gotten the replacement parts and come back on Fri or Mon. By Mon i have heard nothing so I call Brian (am starting to lose faith because they have not reached out to me, and he says they are waiting for the parts and he doesn't know yet when they will get them. I push a little about trying to get at least get some idea of when i will get functional locks on my property (I have been living for a week at this point very unsafely) and he says he will call the technician back and let me know. So then he calls back to say they can't find the parts and they can't help me and i should reach out to who built the gates because these are custom bespoke locks. So I text the people I bought the property from and within 10 min they send me the link to locks on Amazon for $70 each. I order them and will have someone install them for $40. Brian was pleasant enough but these guys know less about locks than Amazon does. read more

Locked myself out of my apartment this morning and didn't know where to turn! That's what I get for rushing to a meeting. Our building has a "preferred" locksmith but he seemed clueless and said he wouldn't be able to make it for 20-30 minutes. This was an emergency! Quickly checked the local businesses on Yelp and found 25/7. I called Tom who said he would be over in about 20 minutes and would try to make it sooner if possible. True to his word, he showed up and quickly let me back into my apartment. Very kind and courteous and truly helpful when I was in a bind. And I made it to my meeting with time to spare! Hopefully I never lock myself out again, but if I do, I will be calling Tom for sure! read more

I called these guys out of the blue needing someone to come fix my front door lock as our keys stopped working. They told me someone would be here within 30 minutes...I sort of chuckled to myself assuming locksmiths and contractors are similar and neither every do what they say (or at least in my experience). Sure enough within 15 minutes Nate shows up and immediately goes to work. He replaced the lock and for a few bucks more than just the standard rate I was up and running within 30 minutes. I just bought a new condo and the previous owners had 4 different locks that all had different keys. I went to the hardware store and to replace all the locks would have cost me upwards of $300. Yet another shady locksmith company, so tiresome. My regular locksmith didn't answer right away so I took a chance on these guys due to all their great reviews, but absolutely would not use again and recommend you stay away. We were quoted $85-$120 on the phone for a lockout. I repeated it back to the dispatcher to make sure I understood what he quoted correctly. Technician showed up and said it would be $240 since he "had to pick 2 locks", even though we only need the knob done (key was locked inside so deadbolt couldn't possibly be locked). Started bullshitting me about how this kind of lock is too hard to pick and it's either going to take a very long time or he would have to drill it....just straight up lying. I manage 40 properties and have dealt with locksmiths before. I know how this game is played and unfortunately for them I already know about this common bait and switch tactic and won't fall for it. I've watched my locksmith pick this exact doorknob before so either this guy has no idea how to pick it or he's just lying to double the quote hoping I'll give in since he's already there. My regular guy ended up showing up right after, took about 10 minutes to pick it and he charged me the exact price he quoted before he arrived. read more
