Great spot! In an area that lacks a lot of caffeine options (other than Starbucks), this is a welcome option amongst the boring options. Great and unique options of tea and coffee options and plenty of decaf options as well. The drinks look amazing and taste just as good. We had such a hard time deciding what to choose but the owner helped guide us to some great choices. The drinks are sweet so go for less sweet if you don't want anything too sweet and only the owner was there so the drinks might take a little to get made but that just means it's not premade but fresh. Strongly recommend. We'll definitely be coming back!

Dragon's Blood

A hidden gem in the plaza right off the highway. This small shop sells some really refreshing drinks. We came in on a Monday late morning and it was pretty busy! We ordered a cup of the Dragon's Blood with some clear boba and strawberry flavor balls. Overall, it was pretty good! Nice and refreshing. I like how you can choose your add ons and also the sweetness level. I found the lowest sweetness level already pretty sweet. The service was a little slow. It took almost 10min to get our drink. But other than that, it was great!

Best boba in 29 Palms! I've been a customer since they were just a stand at the farmers market in town, and the quality has always been so good. The staff are friendly, quick, and always welcoming, and the atmosphere is great too. My go-to drinks are the Dragon Pearl and the I Love You So Matcha, but honestly everything I've tried has been delicious. Thank you!

Wow what a find in 29 Palms! I came by during lunch and there's a kiosk for self-ordering drinks, but the owner helped to take my order. He suggested the black dragon which is an oolong milk tea and I added boba. It was much needed on this hot day and I thought it was cool because he mentioned how this shop utilizes infused teas as opposed to flavored syrups. I can tell they use quality tea and their boba has a good texture :) Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone passing through 29 Palms. Will come back soon!

Yes their boba teas are a little pricey but they're sooo good, can't really tell which is my favorite because they're all really good. Folks are really sweet as well!

Just a few Bay Area girls coming to satisfy our boba craving in the desert and to our surprise it was really good! The aroma smells sweet inside. And for being a boba spot in the desert I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. The Thai tea did not taste watered down at all, and it was actually pretty sweet.

The store front isn't much to look at, just black out windows and the name of the business. But once you walk through the door, it's very chic and clean on the inside. This is just a take and go kind of place and nowhere to really sit except a small bench big enough for two people, while you wait. I went with the taro tea with boba. It was okay, a little watery and the boba seemed maybe a little over done.

Ordered teas while we waited for food to be ready at another restaurant. The blue moon was good but did not resemble the menu photo. Decent tea and place seemed clean.

Grab-and-go drinks, no inside seating, but they move quick! Fast and friendly service and helpful with the menu. Plenty of options to choose from. Perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot day!

Amazing customer service that is matched with delicious drinks! My kids and I love coming here, but they are closed Wednesdays. A little tight in the store but so far fellow customers are polite and considerate of the tight space inside. No phone service inside so I figured I'd share the menu in case you're buying for other people. Will be coming back!

Visiting from the OC. I Love coffee jelly and blended/milk shake boba and they do it here both here! The service was fast. I only wish I got to choose my size. It's too big for me. I also like the fact that they do a stamp card system. Get a certain number and get one free. If I was a local I would definitely come back and try all the flavors.

I've never done a review. This is my first. I just had to! So good! Such high quality. Better coffee than any I've had back home in Los Angeles !!!!:p

Meteor garden - so refreshing! Good with lychee or rose popping pearls!

We were in 29 Palms for a mini vacay and stopped here before getting groceries next door. Now I am not a boba person but I love tea, and this place was such a revelation! Honestly some of the best and most creative tea drinks I've ever tasted. Big tea winner for me was the love u so matcha. Big refreshment winner for me was the meteor garden. We went there 4x during our 4 night trip (once 2x in one day) and would have gone again today if they weren't closed haaa. The owner was really helpful and gave us good drink recommendations as well. I just wish I had more time so I could try every item on the menu!

We ordered: +a slice of banana bread - this was wet and soggy, so not sure how this is even available for sale +a slice of carrot cake - this was extremely dense and decadent, and good for any carrot cake lover +an oatmeal cookie - large and had a nice crisp/chewy texture +a chive scone - super dried out and had absolutely no flavor +a hibiscus drink - super weird beverage; not sure if it was mixed with something, but it was not enjoyable +and, a milk tea - this milk tea was not prepared well; contained some pearls I was curious about their sandwiches and their pizzas, but the latter is only sold as a whole, and not by the slice. All in all, we felt that the items were misses; not worth waiting it out unless you are spending a few days in the area or are a local. Note that there's usually a line, moving along at a slow and steady pace, and they allow only 1 party in at a time. There is no seating inside, as this is strictly carry-out only. Street parking can be found in the area. +oatmeal cookie +evening hours only

ANYWAY. We have been here a couple of times - will usually stop by here when we're in Joshua Tree. On Saturdays, there is a Farmer's Market in the parking lot, so it gets pretty crowded. This last time we went, I got an iced strawberry matcha, and my partner got the chai iced tea. Both with almond milk. They still charge a surplus for non-dairy, which feels so 2022. But anyway. The drinks were delicious. We also got an almond croissant, which doesn't look like much, but it was AMAZING. And then the quiches. Oh, the quiches. I had such high hopes for these, especially since we were primed with refreshing drinks and a tasty pastry. These quiches are muffin-sized, perfect for a light meal or a heavier snack, and they look super cute. They will heat them up for you. When we went, they had bacon cheddar and spinach feta. We got one of each. My friends, these were so disappointing. First, no flavor. We asked for ketchup or hot sauce to give it a bit of acid, because it was basically egg all the way through. Solid wall of egg that tasted like the powdered egg you get at one of those corporate conference catered breakfasts. I had one tiny sliver of bacon in mine, and my partner was playing hide and seek with the spinach, and the spinach was winning. The crust itself was rubbery and chewy, not flaky like I would expect a quiche to be. I mean, it was palatable and not super expensive. I'm just not sure if you're selling food, you want it to just be "palatable". Last time, we got a savory veggie pie, and that was pretty good, so they DO have good savory foods. I think the quiches were just a huge miss this time. Bathroom is clean and single-stalled. Parking is easy in the lot, and on Farmer's Market days, I mean, c'mon, it's Joshua Tree, it's not like there isn't space on the streets too.

Located next to the JT visitor center west entrance and about 5 miles from the park entrance. We arrived to this small local place just as they were opening at 7:30 am and they had breakfast sandwiches being made, mostly with bacon, egg and cheese but they'll make you sausage or other variation as well. They also have a good selection of other breakfast items like hard boiled eggs, cheese, fruits, yogurt parfait, salad and deli lunch sandwiches. Additionally they sell various hot and cold drinks, organic JT coffee beans that they'll grind for you, salty and sweet snacks, California dates and roadrunner t-shirts. Prices are not cheap but comparable to other similar places and Starbucks. We appreciated the friendly staff. The breakfast sandwich was delicious, though it did take a bit to make.
