We waited a good 10 minutes and no one came to wipe it down. I understand it was during a busy time but he kept walking around putting music and saying hi to people, I'm assuming typical clients. Tried this place for the first time and was not dissapointed. Food was great, bathrooms were very clean & prices are awesome. We got the #7 Family Meal which is a Large 2-Topping Pizza & a 6-piece of wings for $9.99 As a family of 4 with small children this was perfect. This place is very family friendly and great to watch the game on their multiple tv's all around. My only complaint was that the chicken wings we ordered were mild but tasted SUPER HOT. I'm not a big wuss when it comes to spice....I'm Mexican afterall. I'm not sure if we got the wrong order or if that's how they really are. I'm not a fan of sending food back to the kitchen so we ate some. They were good, but definitely NOT mild. Tried the mozzarella sticks & potato wedges. The mozzarella sticks were hard on one side, like they had been sitting in a warmer too long. You must request sauces (which they tell you they charge for). The marinara sauce was straight from the fridge, not warmed at all. This place is awesome! We don't eat here to often but when we order to eat in or take out we're never disappointed their pizza is to die for as well as there salads. Service there is quick and the staff is friendly they have TVs with sports on a mini arcade for the kids and you can pick your music you want *not free ofcourse but it's nice to have. read more

My boyfriend and I would always come here for our Monday date nights. We stopped coming for a few months because the young girl who took our order was quite rude, we decided to give it another try a few nights ago and oh boy. They had 7 parties that day and were visibly exhausted(which is perfectly fine I understand it's a hard job) The blonde girl who helped us with the menu and had casual conversation with us was very sweet. We ordered and the girl with the dragon neck tattoo was disinterested and a bit rude. I ordered the antipasto salad mistakenly thinking it was the pasta salad(which I pointed to and help up the picture to the cashier and told her I wanted) She charged me and didn't try to correct my mistake, when I received the salad I brought it to her and explained that I wanted the one pictured to which she replied in a attitude "you said antipasto salad not pasta salad there's a difference" and I sheepishly asked if I could just get the pasta one that I had originally held up the picture to her and asked for. The restaurant was pretty tame after the parties left, the staff was very nice besides the cashier who took our order. They have a good menu for good prices. read more

I was invited here yesterday with my parents as they raved about how great it was the day before when they tried it for lunch. We went around 5pm and the place was already full with parties and tables that were reserved. Luckily we found a table for the 7 of us who went. One of the pros to this place are the variety of family deals they have to offer. However, poor customer service is a deal breaker for me. After we picked up our food we didn't receive our forks with our salad and spagetti. So my father went back up and waited without exaggeration 5 min without being said hold on or one moment the guy giving out orders was too busy to help my father out. So I watched to see who was around and could help us get forks so we could eat and I had to ask a gentlemen who kept walking from the bar to the back if he worked there. He said yes "I do" and I asked him for some forks. So Finally we ate, and the food was okay we had plenty to box up so I went to the window to ask for a pizza box and 3 food boxes and the guy made a face at me as if it would be difficult to do and said I had to wait til he was finished with his orders. I didn't mind. But then he kept doing order after order after order I then went to the cashier line and waited there too I waited 10 min!!! for boxes!!! My parents had to ask a girl who was busing tables if she could get them for us. I understand that this is their 3rd location but crappy customer service like this is what ruins a business no matter how affordable or good the food may be. Also when my parents went the day before for lunch a guy told them there were free refills on the cups for soft drinks and when we went yesterday another guy told him $.50 refills. I would not do parties here as posted room capacity is 64 and there was well over that yesterday evening. some people from the parties were standing up eating because there was no where to sit. One more thing if you go to eat there in the evening be prepared to not have any where to sit!! Yesterday people were taking chairs from one table to another. Overall: I would rather go to shakey's where they now have family specials too with speakers where my husband and I could watch and listen to what ever is being played on the tv's Perhaps maybe i would consider take out over eating there in the restaurant. read more

Nothing really stands out about this pizza. It really is just an average place. The only reason to come here is to save a few dollars. Lots of things for the kids to do and lots of TVs and seating for adults to take advantage of. Only mild complaint I would express the lengthy wait for orders, at the time I was there the place seemed to be a bit understaffed. Came in last night. I was expecting bad service because of the reviews, but my boyfriend and I agreed that hungry people get impatient and whine and complain about the smallest/dumbest things. We had great service concerning whoever was working the register was also training a new person, and running a large birthday party. Poor guy did his best, I think. The pizza was great, we had ours pepperoni and bacon. The hot wings weren't that spicy but I'm not sure if that's just my opinion (i love spicy foods). Beer selection was great, that was a nice surprise. A lot of tvs around to make sure you don't miss a game. Bathrooms were clean, as well.
