Usually decent, but the last 2 visits were so so. It took a long time to get our apps and dinner. Last night was an even longer wait. Our bruschetta took 1/2 an hour to come out, while our two dinners, lasagna & ravioli, took 65 minutes to come out. No explanation. Finally got around to trying Avolio's after passing by it so many times. When we entered we were immediately greeted, had about a 5 minute wait. Place was clean and well maintained. We got the appetizer sampler (wings, calamari, and cheese sticks), fettuccine Alfredo, beef ravioli, and a pepperoni pizza. Everything was amazing, came out fresh and a in a timely manner. Very disappointed. I ordered the veal marsala and the menu says it's "served with a side of spaghetti," so I expected plain spaghetti on the side. Instead, it came covered in red sauce, which was never mentioned in the description. I don't like red sauce, and it completely changed the dish. When we asked, the server said "that's just how we always do it," but if that's the case, the menu should clearly say it. Even worse, they said they would charge extra if I wanted plain spaghetti, even though my order wasn't correct to begin with. Very unprofessional and misleading menu. read more

The service was great when I walked in and picked up my order. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, I guess I picked a bad night. This pizza reminded me of the pizza I used to get back in elementary school.. it was 90% crust, hardly any sauce.. I even reheated it the next day and had to throw it away.
