A margarita glass smaller than the back of my hand.

Ugh. Itty bitty, tiny, minuscule house margaritas. Like a 4-ounce glass. Comes with a shaker but you can't fill it twice. For $11. Exactly why? There is no amount of boring chain Mexican food that makes this worth it. Add in that it's lunch and there's about 30 tables and there's a total of three front end workers (all are food runners, all are the host/hostess, and all are waiting tables) so the service is abysmal. First stop. Last time.

Was sooooo good. I was starving so forgot to get pics. I did get one of the Smoky Mezcal Marg. Everything was hot & fresh. Great flavors. Salsa is a bit on the hot side for me. Vibe was chill. We'll definitely be back. 3 Margs are hit or miss for me around Colorado but this is one of the good ones!!!

When I say this is a great place to eat in Colorado and you're craving Mexican food. I would definitely say come here. They have margarita flights and the food is very authentic. I ordered the chimichanga and I loved it! I wish we had these in Texas ! My service was good and very attentive and the ambiance is homey. Feels really authentic in here

I honestly think that this place is very good. It reminds me of a ton of Mexican restaurants in Arizona. No frills. Margaritas are great too.

We come here more often than I'd like because my boyfriend was obsessed with El Nopal in Louisville KY and this place is closest to that for him lol. I think it's a perfectly fine meal every time. Their margaritas are definitely on point! The Grande size is indeed MASSIVE. Great cocktail + beer menu. All of our waiters have been super friendly and we've gotten great service during every visit. The women at the host stand are always very welcoming as well. They bring out complimentary chips and salsa to start the meal. Great salsa with herbs and tiny bit of heat. Menu has something for everyone, including your weird relative who will want a cheeseburger. We see big families here all the time and it seems they can easily accommodate for groups of 10-20. BFs go to: cheese enchiladas divorciadas plate (covered w/ 1/2 green sauce, 1/2 red sauce) or the Express Vegetarian Burrito. My go to: unsure of the name but it's a shrimp dish with potatoes/onions/peppers cooked in a red sauce. Incredibly good. The shrimp fajitas are really good as well. Fish tacos suck, though. I'd recommend using cod instead of tilapia but i'm also just a huge tilapia hater.. Anyway! Great spot for a classic (or Americanized) Mexican meal at an affordable price, that will likely leave you with leftovers.

But at the same time, I also did not mind having all of the servers to ourselves. We just got done with the massage and I was craving something Mexican. When I sat down and started looking at the menu and saw that there were so many different classics to choose from as well as some twists on new flavors. I was pretty excited to try this place out. I was not crazy about the chips and salsa. The chips are really hard. And the salsa is extra spicy, which is completely unnecessary. So we just didn't eat much of that. Put her food didn't come out quickly and it was hunt and it was very good. I had to cheese enchiladas and I cleaned my plate. My date had a burrito. Smothered and it looked. Super yummy. It was really good. I was very surprised at how good it was and how it hit home. I'm used to eating Mexican food in Mexico and in Texas and this was fabulous. When we got the bill, I was surprised that how affordable our mail was for is what we got. I thought that this is definitely somewhere. I would want to visit again. This is classic. Easy, fun, good atmosphere, good music, good vibes. Good service.

The service is usually pretty slow, even when it's not super busy, but grab a pitcher of margaritas to keep your glass full and enjoy the company and some delicious food! The food does come out in a normal time once your server gets around to you, so not a major concern there. The margaritas are good, the Queso Fundido- while a cheese dip instead of a normal fundido- is delicious, and the portions of food are more than generous. The Burrito Supreme is smothered in delicious cheese and green chili, and is packed with steak and goodness!

We got a table within 10 minutes despite it being pretty packed at 7 pm on a Tuesday. We started with the El Minero cocktail which was great as well as esquites and the salsa trio. The Macha salsa is SO good! The esquites was also really good. We ordered a carne asada taco, birria taco, and chicken enchiladas suizas and enjoyed all of them! The carne asada taco was the least exciting so we would probably try something else next time. Overall, a great dinner, we can't wait to go back

He was awesome all night. Their drinks were some of the best in the city. I had a paloma, wife had the casa marg. Both were very fresh tasting. For mains I did some tacos, and she did the enchiladas both ways. I was very disappointed by the Birra Taco. The shell was not a traditional birra shell. It was just some cheesy short rib in a regular street taco corn tortilla. They were all on the same soft tortilla. Maybe because they are 100% gluten free for everything. The lack of gluten really held back the tortillas from being very traditional or very good. The carnitas taco had great flavor. It lacked any crispy bits that separates carnitas from pulled pork. But the flavor was there. The enchiladas were stuffed with chicken. Great flavor for both ways. Creamy jalapeno was the winner. Overall the ambiance was exciting but a bit too loud. It didn't quite require yelling to have a conversation with someone next to you. But definitely a lively atmosphere.

Happy time, happy time, my favorite time is happy time!…read more My husband, daughter and I came for Happy Time. Got my tacos and added the shaggy style. Ordered a Michelada. They make their own Michelada mix according to our server. It has great a great spice to it. My husband also had tacos shaggy style with a Coin Margarita. We did ask for waters along with our drinks. Those were kept filled. Everything was tasty, as usual. This is a favorite of mine.

The 5 Stars were a toss up for me, due to approximately "10" TV's, which I am not use to, BUT THIS IS A SPORTS BAR, Family Bar, DOG PATIO, BRONCO BAR! Cochino Taco DELIVERS!. First the DOG Patio!! Just review the photos, DOGS are Important and they have their own special Dish "Asada" the Dog Special. Cochino offers the "Ease of Free Parking Lot!" All chefs make their own style!!! What I found here at Cochino Taco was; a thoroughly delicious complete menu, with delightful service from the moment I stepped in, to the moment we left with warm Smiles. A perfect blend, having people returning for the FOOD, bring their best friends, family and - our DOGS, for the sports, and FUN Meal!!!! Most speak of the ALL Day "Happy Hour" which is from 11AM to 6PM!!! DAMN!!!! (FLUFFY!! said it!) The food menu was plentiful, including veggie style with hot sauce on the side for us timid one's, (speaking of myself). Ordering veggie style Cotija Taco & El Guaco Tostada, Asking about a doggy dish, not spicy or too much food; Kalian chimed in: "Oh Yeah, we have the Asada, we serve "Asada" specially made for ALL dogs!" "The Dogs love the Asada and we make it dog size portions!" Cost: $3.00, DAMN!! Honestly I do not know which of us, Aspen or myself, cobbled our food faster! Aspen's Asada or my Cotija & Tostada. I wanted MORE!!!! My waitress Kalian, was attentive, "just enough allowance" to know when we needed something or what to suggest. It was so ""Fluffy DAMN" Good!! I also viewed the huge basket of chips with salsas passing through the rooms; the basket of Chips was gigantic with 3 salsas; checked the menu....$4.00 WOW!! Cochino Taco is very unpretentious and yet draws a crowd everyday! The food, the service, comfort, FOOD, SERVICE (!!!) And the nice prices!!! Plus, I guessed 10 (!!)
