He gave me the days and hours he worked and reassured me he would be there to answer all my questions. Then I have to compliment the company. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help and it was so easy to call and ask to be directly transferred to Joe. Lastly, I have to give the biggest props to Henry and his team. With three guys, they managed to move our entire four bedroom house and kept it within our budget. They were ultra fast and efficient, disassembled and reassembled our furniture quickly, and didn't damage a single thing. They did show up on time and started moving my things out of my house quickly at first. Then it seemed like they slowed progress down quite a bit. I had gotten the 48 ft. truck with four men. I not only had them but I had five family members at my house to help. My family not only helped but had their vehicles loaded with things. I had colored coded all my boxes and bags along with writing on them which room they belonged in. They did not follow it very well. I had some cold bags that had frozen foods in them which should have been placed in the kitchen but a week later, I still have not found them. Therefore when I do ever find them, I will have to throw the whole bag away. I have been unpacking in the kitchen and yesterday a box that was clearly marked stereo in big bold letters was at the bottom of the stack. The stereo definitely goes in the living room. I was taking a couple of bags out of my car and one of the guys said let me help you with that. I told him that these were the most important items. One was my medicines. I have to take a lot of medication because I am a transplant patient. It took me a while to find my medicine bag. The other one was my husband's ashes. He passed away this past November and I have not had time to bury them at the cemetery in Cleveland where I moved to. It took two days to find them. Simple instructions and the guy couldn't follow them. I have a Sleep Number Bed which was working fine when it was taken apart. Now it's not working y. It keeps saying that there is a connection problem. They are supposed to be able to take them down put them back together. I had to file a claim with them for it and was told that it could take up to 90 days to resolve it. The girl I spoke with in the claims department even told me that I should call Sleep Number and have them come out. So she wanted me to call, pay for a service call and pay to have it fixed. I told her that I paid a lot of money for this move and that it was their place to fix it. It took 11.75 hours for them to move it. I have moved before and used movers and it never ever took this long. Before the move, my sister's daughter in law and granddaughters moved three loads to my new house, one of my nieces and I moved the majority of my clothes. Her car was loaded and so was mine. The day of the move, we had five vehicles loaded down and my family loaded and unloaded their own vehicles. Overall it was not the best experience with Three Men Movers. If I have ever move again and which I hope not, I personally will go with another company. read more

Both the packing team and the moving team did an excellent job and I will whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone needing packing and moving services. Here are some of the details worth noting: On Monday February 26 of 2024, Anahi Venegas and her 2 assistants came to pack all of my items from my kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and closets. I have a great deal of items and they did it all in one day and put it in a ready mode for the movers the next morning. On Tuesday morning, Jossue Menjivar and his two helpers were at my home right on time. They carefully loaded all the boxes and dismantled the beds, mirrors, paintings and everything else. They wrapped everything including mattresses very carefully and they were finished shortly before Noon. They them took everything to my temp. storage organized it so I could get to any items I might need before my new residence is ready. Nothing was scratched, dented or damaged in any way. I was worried at first considering I have many fragile white pieces of furniture, but they were very thorough in double wrapping all my pieces. Their loading was efficient and very quick. I couldn't speak more highly of their service. I was charged $209 an hour with a flat rate base fee of $125. I moved from an apartment to a home and moved a few things to storage. Murillo and his team helped me for 2 days moving out of my huge 5 bedroom family home into storage. We had five bedrooms, two game rooms, including two pianos and about 20 pieces of art. It was a massive project and I was really nervous about it, but this team was so professional and everything was moved carefully and quickly. To make things more complicated we had several stops dropping things off with people who wanted some of my furniture so we had to load the truck in a particular order, but everything was done perfectly. I had such a great experience with this company Raul and his two colleagues were quick and efficient. He was very prompt on his show up time, which was exactly 8 AM on the dot. We had a bad moving experience with this company the 2nd time I used them. I'm giving an ok review because the crew themselves that eventually came did a good job and were all hard-working. We originally had scheduled a move at 8 am. The original moving crew could not get their truck up our driveway and then they said that they'll send a truck that could (later, I find out that all the trucks are the same so don't know why it was even offered that if weren't able to deliver). I was given an ETA of 10:30 am. At 10:45 am, we were informed that the truck was broken. Another crew was called and arrived at 11:30 am. Bottom line, we were scheduled to move at 8:00 am and didn't begin moving until 11:30 am. The timing matters because we had to take time off (and additional time off because of the delays) from work to accommodate the move. read more

My movers were great, well, the ones that showed up. The team I booked called me the day before the move and I explained to them everything they needed to know in detail, and the office had made sure to assign movers that could accommodate my elevator reservation. Well day of the move a different mover calls me about the move saying he had just been assigned. He had no information I had given to the other movers, no idea why they had cancelled, and was unaware this was the first I was hearing of it. I then had to scramble to work with this new team to make sure they could accommodate my elevator reservation, forcing the move to happen hours earlier than they agreed they could accommodate. And of course I had to reexplain everything. I find it offensive no one even told me they were cancelling the original team and I find out mere hours before the move. Highly unprofessional. I won't use 3 Men Movers again. read more
