We were 100% impressed with Junior and his crew for their care and delivery during our move! We had a 3 room apartment to move to a 3 story home and it was an all day task for sure. They took care of our furniture by carefully wrapping and re-assembling once at the new place. They placed floor rugs down to protect our floors, which was above and beyond! Junior has about 14+ years of experience with an excellent crew under him. The price was reasonable for 8 hours of hard work! Please don't forget to tip for their labor. Just like any service (especially hard labor), 20%+ is recommended. We tipped 25%+ because it was well deserved! We highly recommend them for any future moves. read more

My movers were great, well, the ones that showed up. The team I booked called me the day before the move and I explained to them everything they needed to know in detail, and the office had made sure to assign movers that could accommodate my elevator reservation. Well day of the move a different mover calls me about the move saying he had just been assigned. He had no information I had given to the other movers, no idea why they had cancelled, and was unaware this was the first I was hearing of it. I then had to scramble to work with this new team to make sure they could accommodate my elevator reservation, forcing the move to happen hours earlier than they agreed they could accommodate. And of course I had to reexplain everything. I find it offensive no one even told me they were cancelling the original team and I find out mere hours before the move. Highly unprofessional. This company is horrible!!! They over charged us and almost damaged three things of our belongings! We told them it is unfair they charged us for there crew to go eat which was 1.5 hours. They informed me they took 30 minutes off my time and that the rest was due to transport. I informed them that the crew member told us he would take a hour off. We were over charged and not given our military discount. Go with two men movers or any other company but this one! Another thing is they claimed they contacted me a bunch. Our experience was an absolute nightmare. Moving is already stressful enough, which is why it is so important to get a reliable, effective moving company. And, simply put, 3 Men Movers is the farthest thing from it. While they claim a "hassle-free" day, it couldn't have been more of a hassle. AT THE FIRST HOUSE - they showed up 3 & 1/2 hours late - moved incredibly slow - underestimated the load and had to unpack and re-pack the truck 3 TIMES! because they didn't pack effectively - disassembled some of our furniture and lost the screws and bolts - left stuff because it was "too heavy" - didn't take all big items and we were left to figure it out ourselves AT THE NEW HOUSE - didn't read any boxes or put stuff in the correct place - I had to personally reassemble everything...even though they claim this is part of the service - they stacked everything in the doorways to the room, not efficiently unloading anything so all the rooms are a mess - lost the bolts to our couch, so we can't put it back together - left trash in the front yard - left all furniture Saran wrapped and just stacked everything on top of each other - took over 7 hours start to finish and we don't have a lot of stuff (3br house). - had to stay up until almost 1am to unwrap and reassemble beds, etc. I STRONGLY urge anyone needing a moving company this summer to look elsewhere. The movers, "customer service" and virtually every other aspect of this experience was absolutely atrocious! They were rude, kept us on hold for hours, didn't communicate throughout the move and have offered zero remedy for such a bad experience. I have used 3 men movers twice in the past and was always happy with the results. This time I felt the crew (Nelson) worked incredibly SLOWLY and inefficiently. They didn't listen to my instructions and engaged in services that were not asked for or needed and charged me for them. For example they unnecessarily disassembled my architect desk taking extra time (I specifically told them how to handle it). Also, they were not polite and responsive to my requests. It took them about 40 minutes to park their truck in front of the storage building. Drivers around offered their help with parking the truck because they saw that the crew was intentionally stalling time. The move that should have taken around 2 hours took 4 hours. I'm SO disappointed with this crew. I won't use their services ever again as I feel taken advantage of. The services were not worth the money and stress that they put me through. read more

On 4/29/24, I hired movers to move 5 items a few miles. The movers placed items on top of a table in our garage without permission. The table had wet paint and was drying, so the wrongly placed items damaged both our table now needing a new paint job, and the items placed on top of it. The invoice was also calculated wrong. The rate I signed up for was doubled. A 50% discount was indicated on the invoice, but they only subtracted $50 instead of 50%. They added a $99 travel fee without telling me about it, and charged for 2 hours dispute the salesperson specifically telling me there was not a 2 hour limit (I chose 3 Mens bc I was told they didn't have a minimum bc the other mover I was considering did have a 2 hr. minimum.). The move took less than an hour. The invoice was for $467 when it should have been for $134.50, including a tip. When I called to try to fix it, I was sent a claims form for the damaged table and they said it would take up to 90 days to investigate and respond to it. I was forwarded three times about the invoice issue, and they refused to change it. They said they'd call me back about it but haven't yet as of the completion of this complaint. read more

This is the 4th time we've used 3 men movers. Again, the crew did an amazing job. They really took care of all our 'stuff' so nothing gets damaged in the process. The crew was super friendly and very efficient at the same time. They reassembled our bed and one of the tables, and removed the cover plastic from the wrapped items. Scheduling was easy and the crew sent a text when they are on their way, including a link to track their location which is very useful. They have the moving process down to a T. Don't let these other reviews fool you. This is the worst moving service!! They only had 3 men, they even asked me for assistance multiple times, like I was the fourth man. No biggie, but the damages and losses were what hurt us. After unpacking everything a couple days later, we noticed we were missing boxes. Also that certain boxes look tampered with, as if they were opened & resealed. After witnessing this I noticed missing items including some jewelry. Also multiple furniture pieces were damaged. The crew they sent was HORRIBLE. They damaged an expensive leather couch by DRAGGING it on the floor and ceiling. They didn't even realize they were damaging it. We had to tell them to stop DRAGGING the couch. They were too weak to properly lift it, and they didn't sufficiently wrap it. They also kept whacking door frames with furniture. We ended up having them leave everything on the first floor of the new home. If you're moving heavy or nice furniture and not just boxes, I would not trust a crew from this company. The customer support was equally poor. When I complained during the move, the highest ranking manager I could get on the phone was defensive and said the movers told her the couch was heavy. Of course it is heavy; that is why I hired MOVERS. (Other movers moved the same couch into my prior home with no issue). If you have an issue during an active move, the company does nothing to help other than calling the crew to ask them to be more careful, which we already did. They also kept reciting a script about submitting a claim form. In other words, the company wanted us to just let the movers continue with the move and damage my new home and belongings. Moving into a new home is already a stressful experience. Using this company made it 10 times worse. I have moved many times with the same furniture without any problems. In fact, I had used 3 Men Movers on two prior occasions several years ago and had a great experience. Several of my friends who used 3 Men Movers many years ago also liked them. Uriel and his crew did a move of a heavy piece of equipment from the garage upstairs today. They did a great job-making sure to pack/wrap it well and put it on its stand. The only thing I would say is that the company told me all their work is insured, but Uriel told me mine would not be and that I had to sign a waiver.I called the office back after they finished and they assured me again that my project would have been insured.Knowing that would have made my day less stressful. Minimum was 2 hours and they were here for maybe 30-45 mins so I feel like I paid a lot for a small job. read more
