I had been missing my Vietnamese food so 3 Regions seemed like a good choice. We were greeted upon entry and invited to sit where we liked. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. As we were reviewing the menu, our waters arrived. We ordered #14 & 23; a grilled pork banh mi and grilled chicken vermicelli. More customers came in as we waited. The wait was short. A slight complaint was the orders did not arrive together. In my mind I think the main course should arrive together. The banh mi was well received. I felt the vermicelli was missing something. It was good and I think a marinated chicken could have made it a 5 star meal. Shared parking lot.

Special: pork belly and egg. Tasted like Thit Kho

Just moved up to Cave Creek area and discovered this place was really close by. Being from California and going to restaurants in Phoenix and Asian District, it's hard to compare those types of Vietnamese restaurants to this one, so my rating will be based off my experience. The place is run by wonderful people who were very accommodating, nice and attentive, which is very different from your typical Viet place. It's a small little spot tucked away but seems to get plenty of business. Most importantly, the food tastes authentic. We tried the pho, vermacelli, taro boba and also their special which was pork belly with egg and rice which had a very familiar taste to thit kho. Although I have tried many pho places through my life, this is good and had a good clean taste. Considering the next pho place is a good 25 minutes away, it's nice to have an Asian place to eat up here in cave creek. The vermicelli dish was correctly constructed and tasted good as well. As for prices. It may be only slightly more than Phoenix/chandler, but again considering there's not another viet place for miles, the price makes sense. Overall it's a good place to visit, and since it's so close we will definitely be back.

Just moved into the area so had to explore the Vietnamese cuisine. The service was absolutely friendly. We ordered drinks (they do sell alcohol) but I wanted to assess the taro milk tea (good mixture, boba was qq). We ordered the weekend special (their version of Bo kho (braised pork, egg and rice) and their spring rolls. We also ordered the Pho Dac Biet and the Bun Dac Biet (came with pork, chicken and shrimp) which were also very tasty. Definitely filled up on a lot of good food! Overall great meal, we will be back!!

Was in need of some 'soup' & decided to get some Pho Sunday afternoon between NFL games! Found this cute place on YELP; close to home! We made the move from Green Bay, Wisconsin 4 1/2 years ago; drive past this hidden gem almost everyday! Never knew this place existed! We both chose the Veggie Pho: was just what we were looking for! Started with 4 crispy egg rolls to share! He had hot tea & I went with the Passionfruit Lemonade All 'Simply Perfect'! Service was top notch felt like long lost customers ! Server was informative & sweet! Wish I knew her name; she was great & made us feel most welcome! Another worker; Lou came & asked how we liked our meal. We thoroughly enjoyed & mentioned we'd be back! Even came home with leftovers!!

Oh boy, oh boy... Yelpers, this is a must go to place..so I drove a good distance for this place and let me tell you. It was all worth it!!! Great little place. Clean and very quiet. Ambiance was exceptional. Customer service was phenomenal. And the food.. Delicious.. Mouth watering.. Tummy satisfying.. Thank you Regions Vietnamese Kitchen! That bowl was freaking delicious! This is Tip Top Vietnamese..

3 protein rice meal with added beef and fried egg.

The food is delicious here. Service is good. Nice atmosphere. Simple with pleasant music. The three protein rice dish was very good. Everything was well cooked. Asked for an additional protein and a fried egg. The plate by itself with no additions is plentiful. Side note they have a good selection of Asian beers. Recommend this restaurant for Vietnamese!

Looking for a decent new Vietnamese restaurant to try, I found 3 Regions Vietnamese Kitchen with a 4.7 rating on Yelp--definitely worth a visit! I was especially excited to see they had Hainanese Chicken Rice on the menu. I remembered the deliciously seasoned rice and tender, smooth chicken from my trip to Singapore and hoped to find something similar here. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The rice lacked seasoning, and the chicken was tough and flavorless. On the bright side, the waiter was very friendly and attentive. We also tried the pho, spring rolls, egg rolls and mango sticky rice , which were decent but nothing special. The search for great Hainan Chicken Rice in Arizona continues!

One of my best friends from high school was in town and ordered us up a delicious dinner. We had been wanting to try the local restaurant, but didn't know what to order. She is Vietnamese, so we took advantage of having her in town and had her order us her favorites. We now order dinner from 3 Regions on a regular basis! My husband's favorite is the Hue's spicy beef noodle soup. I love the Vietnamese crepe and the Banh Mi chicken sandwich dipped in fish sauce. The kids like the grilled chicken and rice. For an extra treat, the mango shrimp salad is so fresh and yummy. Learn from our mistake. Take chances on your local restaurants as you may find a new favorite! Was honestly sooo disappointed I had never been here before, having a HUGE love for all things Asian & Thai! VIBE- super cute hole in the wall family owned atmosphere with a gorgeous patio you can eat and listen to the live music next door. The cool seating with un-matching chairs and loveseats just adds to that hole in the wall vibe. SERVICE- we had awesome service from the owners husband Pete who shared with us awesome recommendations as well as his own favorite dishes. Everything he told us was 10/10! FOOD- this place serves authentic delicious Thai food!! Nothing was overly spicy but intensely flavorful, you can supplement heat with their homemade chili oil and it was delightful! We started with the chicken satay with peanut sauce, the potstickers and the crab puffs and everything was delicious! Then for main dishes we had the green curry with pork, the pad chai with chicken, the Thai fried rice with shrimp, and naked garlic added chicken. It's hard to say which was our favorite because everything was honestly 10/10! I'd have to say the stars were definitely the curry and the pad Thai, and my only disappointment was we were so full and couldn't try more! Also the drinks were delicious! I tried the Thai cha-da which was a rum spiked Thai iced tea and wasn't too sweet but perfect! I will definitely be back here to try everything else on their menu because it's definitely going to be my go-to Thai spot!!

I ordered #2 - grilled pork, pate, fried egg, and with all the trimmings. Absolutely delicious! Bread was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Protein fillings were not skimpy at all- the grilled pork was not overly salty, the pate was a nice thin creamy flavorful layer, and the fried egg was perfect and fluffy to top. The produce- pickled veggies with decent balance of cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeños! Omg soooo good. All fresh and flavorful! Can you pls open another eatery in San Antonio?!

The food, flavor, service, cleanliness, and vibes were absolutely perfect!! Came on a Thursday evening, ordered plain pho and french fries for our 5&3YO both ate it up! While we looked at the menu, I couldn't decide what alcohol I wanted, spirit, beer, sake, wine, etc.. finally order sake bomb with Asahi and the bartender came over and let me sample one of the sours - just cause! I'm awesome! Thank you! Wish I had room to order! For dinner we did: - Filet Spring Roll - Chuck Norris Spring Roll - grandma Trans firecracker wings - Crispy Rice on sizzling plate with Filet My words cannot describe how amazingly delicious it all was. The spring rolls were equally filling, flavorful, refreshing, and savory! Flavor explosion! The firecracker wings drenched in the spicy sauce was so good, we kept dipping some of our kids fries in the sauce! Lastly the Crispy Rice dish with filet, WOW! A bite of that, with some broth on the side. I couldn't easily swear it's one of the most savory dishes I've had in AZ. What a hidden gem! On top of this, as a parent, it's always stressful eating outside of your own home with your kiddos, but the staff/owners were so accommodating, I felt comfortable and grateful! They were so nice and my 3Yo is wild, but they didn't make us feel bad and they continued to smile and even give him a high five as we left. The place is very clean inside, nicely decorated, and had background music playing (I hate places that are dead silent). A nice spot for me and my girlfriend to enjoy our lunch and talk over a bowl of pho. I was intrigued by the veggie pho because they used baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and asparagus. I don't really like vegetable broth so I asked if the broth could be their beef broth which they said was ok. My girlfriend had the chicken pho like she usually does and we shared a spring roll. I have to say that I was blown away with how delicious my pho was. It had such a nice clean beef flavor that you love when enjoying pho. The vegetables worked incredibly, but I' sure any of their beef options are stellar (I just wanted veggies). No doubt one of the more memorable broths that's I've had in a long time! My girlfriend's pho was also super flavorful and had a nice aroma as well. She ended up eating all the broth and had a bunch of leftover noodles and chicken. I would really recommend not serving the chicken diced in cubes because you can't get those nice chopsticks full of noodles and chicken. The roll we ordered was good, but probably not something I'd get again. They use filet mignon for it, but I think I would prefer to have them use a less expensive cut and give me 2X the meat. Finally our server Enrique was cool and very attentive and let us know about their Sunday pho special which was great. This place might not be as traditional as the other places where you see the entire family working and have the beat up menus, but it's they definitely make pho worth checking out for yourself.
