I'll preface this by saying, I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I literally said to my boyfriend, "this is so good, I need to give them five stars for it!" He then told me he couldn't remember the last time he'd had a burger that good. We eat burgers a lot. We ordered the A1 Bleu Burger, El Paso burger, seasoned fries and fried Oreos. I could already tell I would be thrilled with my food from my first bite. Some burgers you have to work your way to the center to really get into flavor wise, but these are clearly well seasoned. Although I would have preferred the option of having the burgers cooked medium or under, the medium well was still great and not lacking in juiciness. The topping ratio is just right. I've been to places where it's piled high but difficult to eat and others where they skimp on toppings. The bleu cheese also didn't overwhelm the other flavors, as it sometimes can when overdone. 30 burgers nailed it! We loved the sauce that came with fries and spent time trying to figure out what ingredients may have been used for it. My boyfriend leaned back in his seat and rolled his eyes in ecstasy at the first bite of his fried Oreo, which he said was perfectly made and cooked. We can't wait to try more of the delectable looking items on their menu - and hope to sit down to enjoy our fried foods fresh next time! read more

Placed an order for a plain cheeseburger and it came with all the "fixings" including Mayo which I can't stand. Didn't realize until I was back at work. Called and asked them to remake and was told to "just scrape it off." Not the customer service experience I was hoping for. Perhaps the burgers are good, but I will never know. read more

Worst food ever. I will never go back to this place again. We threw the sweet potato fries away after taking one bite. They were burnt and soggy. The food handles were not using gloves. Two unsupervised high school kids. If you want to eat crap this is the place. read more

Had lunch there last week with my husband. Both ordered the bacon cheese burger, and split fries and onion rings. The cheeseburger was juicy and there was a ton of very tasty bacon it. Fries were OK - my husband really liked them - and dipping sauce was very good. Onion rings were good, not great. Inside of them was almost a little watery??? We both have a good appetite and barely finished our burgers and did not finish the fries and onion rings - we were stuffed. I will definitely be back to try something else on their menu. If you want a burger that is NOT from a fast food place - head over to 30 Burgers. Worth the price. read more

I've been here a few times and it is consistently good. I typically get the bacon cheeseburger and seasoned fries. Both are really good. The dipping sauce for the fries is just a bit bland-in my humble opinion. The milkshakes are great! I docked this one star because my wife got the veggie burger one time and she said: "it didn't quite taste right." Perhaps they are still working out the kinks, which is to be expected at this point (just opened not too long ago). Overall, good burger and fries. Sidenote: could use some music or volume from the television to fill in some of the dead sound in the restaurant. read more

So disappointing! We spent the day in NYC and we were heading home late and hungry. We rushed over to 30 Burgers arriving 7 minutes before closing time. There was someone fixing something in the ceiling tiles by the soda machine. He said "we're closed". I remained hopeful. "But it's not closing time yet" I said pointing to the sign on the door. He shrugged and went back to his work in the ceiling. It's a good place. We've enjoyed our burgers there before. But please keep to your stated hours. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to get there and were so disappointed to be turned away like that. read more

Listen I have enjoyed their burgers but the whole reason I came here tonight was for a strawberry milkshake. I went to order one and the woman behind the counter says they have decided to shut it down for the night because they are short staff. I just witnessed 2 people come in to pick up their order and they had milkshakes. Also she used we are short staffed. They are running with their typical 5 people, so I dont know if we'll be back. And the one guy literally just told customers that this is their down time. Now I definitely won't be back. read more

Don't waste your time or money. They won't make a rare burger and the "medium" cooked mushroom burger came out incinerated. My bacon wrapped hotdog came with only one wrap of the thinnest sliced bacon I've ever seen and slathered in cheese whiz. Maybe, in time, they'll improve, but I won't be back to find out. read more
