These guys did a great, thorough job with my car and my sister's car. I hired them because I needed a thorough cleaning of our cars, inside and out. They arrived a little late and asked to use our water to refill, which was fine for me but may not be necessarily great for everyone. They worked hard for more than the two hours I booked. But when they were done, I was really impressed. He found a credit card that had fallen under the seat and was sure to point it out and leave it out for me when I went to inspect the car. Contacted car wash and was told that they would Come today at 11.30, was very excited to get my cars washed. Received a message that I had to book it online even though already received confirmation of 11.30 appointment, all is well. Go to book online, appointment not available. Call the business back again, perhaps there is a problem with the computer system? Turns out that someone just took that appointment online. probably while I was communicating with the business via text about how they wIll come at 11.30. Jose was fantastic! I used to have a regular cleaner at my old job that cleaned while I was working but when I changed jobs I really struggled to find time to go get my car cleaned. I have been getting my car washed by Julio and his team for quite a while now and I must say I can never go to anyone else again. I have limited time during the week to get a wash and even when I can most of the surrounding locations around me do not do a great job. The prices were comparable to where I was taking my car to be machine washed before so finding a place to do a hand wash was a no brainer. I scheduled 2 car washes this morning through their website over 2 weeks ago. They were fully booked until then but they have good reviews so I was willing to wait. I paid online and made the down payment. Somebody texted me last night at around 9pm to confirm and I said yes. This morning no one has showed up at all. No one has called or texted. I received an email (again, no call or text) that someone has car trouble and will need to come later. No explanation of whether "later" means a few minutes, later today, another day altogether. No one answers when I call the company. My suggestion would be to not base your entire service around an online calendar if you are not willing to respect your own calendar or even communicate with your customers when things happen. read more

He was very professional, arrived on time at my workplace and kept me up to date until the job was finished. Got my car washed last week, don't remember the guys name. It was decent, a lot of hidden water in my car so when I drove it for lunch I see a bunch of water streaks on my door which was annoying to see, esp when I paid $20 for the booking, then another $25 the day of (+$15 to cover the rest, +$5 for it being a mid-size SUV, then +$5 for "spray wax" which imo didn't make my car any better), then gave dude a tip, all in all damn near $60 for an OK wash. Most mobile washes I get bring out a blower to get our the excess water from the crevices, I think if we paying that much, need more/better attention to detail read more

I had Julio come over today to detail the exterior of my Tesla Model S. He was really sick and his assistant Juan had to take over about halfway through. The car turned out unbelievable! The car is so smooth no swirl marks. They even cleaned up the interior for $20 more. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. I've used mobile washing before and have been skeptical because generally they're not as good as the people at car washes. I'm booking a time for them to detail my Prius now as well. I understand that most of the reviews have been positive and I'm sure most of them were, but this is coming solely based off of my experience with 30 Min. or Less. Mark from 30 Min. Or Less came to do an interior/exterior clean plus degreasing of all weather mats. Julio texted me saying that Mark was running a little late but he ended up being an hour late, which was fine to me...it happens. What wasn't fine was that Mark was in a rush when he came. He forgot to wash the floor mats (that I paid extra for), he forgot to vacuum my trunk, and he missed a lot of other spots in the interior that should have been vacuumed. I told mark that he forgot the mats and with an annoyed look he double checked and then quickly sprayed down my mats and left them outside to dry before speeding off. I didn't have a chance to check the trunk until after he left since he was in such a hurry so I texted Julio. Julio apologized and said he would come himself to finish the trunk and interior. We set up a time for a couple days later, and on the day of, Julio tells me that Mark is coming again even though he said he would come himself. Mark came and vacuumed my trunk, but when i pointed out some spots that he forgot to wipe down and vacuum in the interior, he began to complain saying that he already did it or that he couldn't see. He also complained to Julio on the phone that this "kid" kept complaining and was asking him to do unnecessary things. He then quickly went over the spots I asked him to, using his hands to pick up a couple particles. What I didn't understand was why Mark was complaining when he was the one who forgot the mats, the trunk, and missed parts of interior. Overall, I think it's safe to say that I was pretty disappointed with the service, and won't be using these guys again. read more
