A milk container leaked in my trunk and I needed to get it cleaned asap to avoid the dreaded spoiled milk odor. I lived a bit out of his range but he said since I had him detail 2 cars it's ok and he can come over and I appreciated him being flexible. He responded really fast too. He arrived on time and got started. His ordering form doesn't allow you to buy 2 of shampoo seats so I venmo'd him more money at the end for the other car's shampoo, which was great for me since I hate writing checks. Our van was filthy as I had driven it through 16 miles of dirt road during a road trip. The car had dirt, crumbs, and wrappers absolutely everywhere. My sedan had a stain from a luggage wheel on 1 seat and smelled terrible. After he detailed them they were the cleanest they'd been since they were bought. My car smelled sooo much better after. My husband and I have been using 30minsorless since 2018 (car washes and full car detailed) and every crew member has been providing exceptional services and are super friendly. They really do work really hard whether it's an hour for a car wash or 6 whole hours for car detailing. My sisters just moved to the area so of course I referred them and they were also extremely satisfied every single time. I was bored so read the negative reviews and those reviews make me laugh and sad at the same time. I can't believe how some customers can be so unreasonable and selfish. I can only imagine how hard it is to run a small business with so many unreasonable, mean, selfish and evil humans in this world. Please remember EVERYONE has their own bills to pay and life to live. I was able to book a wash the same day and they showed up early after confirming with me that it was ok. Izaiah did an amazing job. I got a wash plus leather seat deep cleaning and carpet shampooing. Sure enough, he calls 10 min early which I didn't expect him because I was on a work call...He wasn't at the right house because I had 2 other people here the whole time and nobody knocked on the door and they were out front and didn't see anyone out there. So they went to the wrong house and then called me and said they couldn't come later and not tomorrow and not the next day and that I would be losing my deposit anyway and I would just have to go back online and re-book an appointment for like in 3 or 4 days...No thanks buddy you're not the only game in town and your customer interaction sucks, acting like I owe you something. Really nice guy and very convenient. They come to you and bring everything including water! Didn't know that existed! But yes. The wash is decent... still some dirt spots around the tire area where my tires kicked up the dirt. Rims were decently cleaned, still could get gray dust on my finger if I swipe the rims w my finger though which kind of bothered me. The interior however was superb and very clean. The body of the car also clean. I will most likely try again. Possibly my car was too dirty I'm not sure (last time I got a wash was one mn ago.. but still think the dirt on the rims should be all off)... read more
