Unless I've gotten to the point of not caring about my vehicle, I always stay far far away from automated car washes at gas stations and supposed "All Hands Wash" services at those venues as well. I would always opt to wash my car myself using the safe two bucket method that helps to prevent micro scratches and swirl marks. The problem is this eats up too much of my valuable time. Enter the scene "30 Min. Or Less" car wash! These guys are just fabulous. Julio and his team do an amazing job of making it extremely convenient and safe to wash your car. They show up either at your home or place of business and use all the right tools to prevent scratching your vehicle: foam cannon, two bucket method, microfiber towels and compressed air to dry your vehicle. First time trying this kind of service. I booked for Monday but they have to cancel due to some king of accident. They rebooked it for me for the next day. It was pretty good. Nice and efficient. Had my car washed,paid for a "standard car wash" $32 + $5 tip. There were a few places that were not vacuumed/cleaned which were in plain sight. I send pictures to Julio with nothing else, not asking for anything just for him to be aware of the situation. I got a long message back saying that I should of checked the car before they left, and that he is not perfect and nobody is , and It's was "better"" than it was before. Of course it was I didn't pay you to come wash a clean car. Julio did ask if I would like him to come again , but with his attitude I felt appalled. My wife booked this company with a $50 deposit. When he arrived 15 minutes late I asked about an area on my left rear bumper that needed to be buffed out. He said he wanted up to $50 to do the extra job beyone the Full Detail we ordered. I stated that a year ago I had the same company with the person buffing out several scratches, doing a great job, so why now wanting to charge for the small job. He insisted since he was the owner of the company that he had to charge the extra money. Not wanting to pay more due to limited income, I canceled job and he left. Now he refuses to refund the deposit. I called back stating my wife was unhappy I did not just get the ordered job so I asked him to come back. He stated he has to reschedule since now he is at another job. He kept stating that the previous job done by his company on my car did not include any extra work of buffing out scratches. I know it was done since it is my car. He stated he will not return my $50 deposit and hung up. Very poor business behavior so I am writing this view and hope no one else wants this experience.
