A decent restaurant in the casino! We have family that are frequent flyers here and they decided to invite us to dinner. We learned that on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4-10 pm, the steakhouse next door is closed so their extra prime rib is sold here at a discount! It's still delicious! We also tried the potato skin poutine. Very different than what you would expect based on the name but really delicious. I think the cheese curds were fried until crispy and served with sliced brisket, chopped mushrooms, and gravy. They were served on a small potato halved, not just the skin. Very hearty, but tasty! We also got to try the banh mi sliders with beef. Perhaps it is my bias having tried many iterations of this before, but the bao bun was not a great texture and the beef, while filet mignon, was just fine. The sauce it was served with helped a lot. And the chips that came with the bao were a bit stale. The staff are very sweet but definitely not as attentive as you would expect for a nicer restaurant. The ambiance was decent but so many blinking TVs at every angle makes for an extremely distracting environment. I attended a birthday party of 14 tonight in the back patio, and since we were the only party outside, we had it all to ourselves. I had a Cali Burger and a salad, which was very good. The birthday girl had the salmon dinner, and my sister in law had the meatloaf dinner. I enjoyed the juicy burger with tomato, avocado and bacon. It came with fries, but if you wanted to sub for a salad, it would be an additional $4. We started with a variety of appetizers, but I stuck with the dinner because that was plenty. Everyone enjoyed their meal, but i don't think my sister in law like the flavor of the meatloaf., but that's always a matter of preference/taste. We brought our own cake, but staff were available to cut it for us, and serve. There is a cake cutting fee too, so don't forget to ask about it ahead of time. The manager, Paul, was excellent. Stopped by with friends after dinner as there was a DJ Fri night. Wasn't very busy. Staff were very friendly & the manager asked if we would like the private room which was so nice. We were a party of 11. Loved the private room. So nice. Ordered some flights. The hoppy & dark are so good. The FRUITY flight comes with 4 flights: Mango Cart, Cali Squeeze, Pomegranate Cider, & Bees Better Have My Honey. Love the name of this last one. The HOPPY flight comes with the Ubahdank, Voodoo Ranger, Like Riding a Bike, & King Cong. The DARK flight comes with the Macadamia Nut Porter, Peanut Butter Milk Stout, Modelo Negra, & Guinness Stout. Also ordered their giant pretzel because they were out of the mini pretzels & some garlic fries to snack. The giant pretzel is actually really good. It comes with mustard & cheese sauce. Had a phenomenal meal with my lady at 32 Brews last night. We had a free evening and she brought up going to Sky River as something to do. This ended up being a perfect date night. From the service to the food every part of our experience at 32 Brews was amazing. We loved their chicken tortilla soup. Awesome broth and fresh avocado. The shredded chicken was delicious too. My lady loved her fish and chips. Super crunchy. Fries were on point too! I went with the loaded baked potato. Wasn't thinking much of it. Just expected a scoop of mac and cheese along with a small handful of brisket. Boy was I wrong. This thing belongs at the Texas state fair. It was overflowing with delicious Mac and cheese. We have come here on several occasions now for their Monday and Tuesday prime rib special. It excellent and it states that it is a 16 oz cut, but its more like 18 ozs. Always flavorful, this does not disappoint. It's $39 per plate. It comes with grilled veggies, salad, dinner roll, mashed potatoes and au Jus. The servers are always attentive, food is always on point. It's gastro pub, with a lot of beers on tap. A great place to catch whatever game you are into. Had date night at sky river casino and wanted to try 32 brew. The restaurant itself is large and loud because it's made for watching games and having drinks with friends. The atmosphere is definately awesome for game nights. Service was a little slow at taking orders and food coming out and getting the check.. so if you're in a rush this place is not for you lol I ordered the giant pretzel.. it was great! Salted perfectly and soft! The beer cheese was ok and the mustard wasn't too bad. I also ordered the chicken tacos. It was massive! Came with 6 tacos! That was awesome but the chicken was on the drier side so I couldn't finish even half the order. Hubby had the French dip.. he said it wasn't great because the meat was on the dry side even with the dip. I come here for the prime rib. My buddy told me about it awhile ago. They server prime rib on Monday and Tuesday. It's a 16 oz for 39 bucks. it's good quality even better than Texas Roadhouse. A nice place to watch live sports, have a beer and a pretzel, and meet with friends or just get away from the slot machines for a while. It's loud, there are few vegetarian options, and the prices are what you'd expect at a casino. The good news is that the food is good, beer is fresh, and service is good (if a bit slow). I didn't like the mustard dip, which was based on a bitter Dijon mustard, and they don't have traditional brown/deli mustard or even American yellow mustard. I had a Modelo Negra and a pretzel. Overall worth the trip even if you don't like to gamble. Tips: Don't bring food from other restaurants at the casino... they won't let you bring it in. Couple of things, got the en feugo and it was absolute one of the best burgers I have ever enjoyed. Fries were undercooked. They have a good selection of taps and cocktails. Just the fish alone was very filling. The fries were okay just ordinary fries. There wasn't much difference in terms between the apps and entrees. They seemed to very generous towards the apps. First time at Brew 32. It's located in the Sky River casino. The establishment is full of televisions with sports and the decor is modern. It was very clean aside from the smoke smell from the casino but you get used to it. They had a variety of menu items and specials. My husband had the special which was a Parmesean Chicken sandwich and he added a side salad with blue cheese dressing. I had the En Fuego burger with fries. The burger had a siracha mayo with red onions and a jalapeno pepper. Both were really good! To go with our food, we ordered the beer flights hazy edition. The server and hostess were both great too! Roasted salmon was off the charts!! Kudos to the chef, because I was a happy camper at the table. The flavors of the peas with carrots, and puree with crispy fish, was absolutely phenomenal. I would order again Cheese curds- it's fried cheese and tons of it! At first i didn't like the chipotle ketchup but it complements it to where it grew on me! 4/5 The potato!!! We visited 32 Brews on Super Bowl Sunday, and considering how busy it was, I do want to acknowledge that we were greeted properly and seated without any issues--even though we were third-party in line for a table. That part of the experience was smooth and appreciated. That said, the service itself was quite slow. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, and unfortunately, we were given the wrong bill and overcharged, which took additional time to resolve. On a busy game day, attentiveness and accuracy really make a difference. As for the food, it was just so-so--not bad, but not memorable enough to make this a must-visit spot specifically for dining. However, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere definitely has potential. I can see this being a great place for groups, especially on game days, if you're mainly there for the vibe, drinks, and to watch sports rather than for the food itself. My wife and I mostly like this place sometimes its a gamble. Sometimes the food is perfect and sometimes its either to salty or to spicy or Luke warm. For St. Patrick's day we went to have the corn beef dinner, we recived a flyer and it was their Special of the day. Well the flyer said that with the dinner was included bacon cheddar beer bread. When the server brought the food there was no bread, I asked the guy why no bread? He said the dinner didnt include any bread, I told him about the flyer and he looked at us like we were crazy but he offered to bring us a bun. Then the manager came by and we told him the same thing and he said sorry but the meal doesn't include bread. I told him did you run out of the bread he laughed and said no. When we needed something and couldn't find our server, there were plenty of other staff walking around that were more than willing to help us out. Didn't have to wait very long for our food. Ok, and the food, is really good. We ordered the mozzarella sticks that were served as 2 long rectangular sticks. Never seen that before, but they were amazing. Would order again. We also ordered chicken wings that were delicious. Nothing special but would order again. I got the burger that had bacon and mac n cheese on it. It would've been good but I think it had a very strong bleu cheese on it that was just too overpowering for my tastebuds. Would not order again. My husband ordered the bacon-wrapped meatloaf that was the best meatloaf I've tried from a restaurant! Worth the $30 pricetag, and served with veggies and mashed potatoes. Great customer service! I have been here several times and the bartender's are pretty cool ! I have ordered several food plates and it has been hit and miss. Some dishes look waaay better than they taste. I had to send chicken wings back because they were not seasoned and either they were old, freezer burnt or overcooked. Garlic fries were good but cold.
