The salon was able to fit us all in and was super patient with my nieces. Especially when the older one couldn't make up her mind between a pedicure and manicure. The salon and services itself were great. Nice and clean. The color selection looked solid and they several design offerings displayed. Now I have to get butterflies my next manicure. The pedicure itself, although basic and was perfect. I also got my eyebrows done and both ran me $35. Not too bad at all! I would totally visit with my sister and nieces again for both services. I got there right after opening. It's a big and open salon and it's very clean. I was taken right away. From the moment I sat in the chair I was very comfortable! I decided to treat myself to a spa pedicure instead of a regular one. After looking over their spa options, I went with a cucumber pedicure. The smell of cucumber was relaxing and fresh. The nail tech that did my pedicure was wonderful. Continued to ask if the water temperature was okay and even asked if I liked the color on my toenails after she applied it to one toe. Now, they are moving to the storefront right next to where they are originally located and it's going to be soooo very nice. Yes, I've been going here for a very long time. Over the years they have become even more popular. So sometimes they are VERY crowded and it seems like you're rushed, but I do appreciate the amount of staff they have and their skill set. Let's talk about colors. They have TONS! It's almost overwhelming. But the colors are all great and you can pretty much find whatever you looking for. Nail art? They have you covered. I did Batman nails for Halloween, I needed done in a pinch, and they had the bat stickers ready to go!! They are a bit on the pricier side. Not so much the base cost for a manicure, but if you're looking to reshape your nails, or for a lot of nail artwork, you will definitely be charged extra. But I rather pay here then going somewhere I haven't tried for something I am specifically looking for. I have yet to find that anywhere else, so I will continue to drop in here occasionally. I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!

In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon.
