This place generally handles the bigger problems such as accidents and insurance coverages, so someone like me that needs a front lip painted would be and has been ignored by multiple body shops. Well..Thank God they ignored me because I found 360 which is much closer to me. I spoke with Jason through the phone about my paint needs and he told me to bring it by so he can take a look. Peter greeted me upon arrival, really really nice guy by the way, and called Jason out. Jason was what I thought he would be, he gives off that trustworthy vibe and knows what he's talking about, doesn't take advantage of the situation. He told me what needed to be done and that he would do his best to accommodate me. He gave me a quote for oem paint, I liked the quote, the part was dropped off and he said should be done in a few days! Dealing with Jason felt casual and professional. Just the way it should be. Top notch service! Now just waiting on the end product. Will keep updated. Update: sorry got busy with life and didn't have time to update. Picked up the lip and it was beautiful!! Of course we knock on wood that we'll never get into an accident, but sh*t happens in life whether you could be the safest driver or not. When I say take care of you, I mean they called Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental. From the moment I dropped off the car, it took no longer then 15 minutes. Throughout the two weeks my car was in the shop, they would give me a call to update me on the status of my car! I want to thank both Tony and Jason for being exceptionally helpful today! My car trunk wasn't working properly. It would "close" but the open door indicator would still be on. I went to the Toyota dealership to see exactly what the problem was, and if they could fix it ASAP. When I walked in, they quoted me for $115 just to run diagnostics! Plus additional unknown fees. Thankfully, the man I spoke to referred me to 360 Autoworks and told me that they would be able to help me out. As soon as I drove in, I was greeted by Tony. I explained my problem, and he immediately did a mini assessment on my car and told me that there was something wrong with the latch mechanism. He told me that he would have the mechanic take a look and hopefully try to fix it without replacing the lock. Then I met Jason, who was very attentive and took time to show me what was wrong with trunk door. He even swapped out the lock with another just to show me that the lock was the root of my problem. He gave me quotes on both a used and new lock so that I would have options to choose from. There was no ridiculous charge for running these diagnostic assessments on my car! I would highly recommend taking your car here if you ever need work done or if you run into any car troubles! I was incredibly lucky to have been referred here. It is very difficult to find honest mechanics out there, who are eager to help you as much as they can, and to teach you a little bit more about the car you drive. This is a late review. I got into a car accident some time last August where I rear-ended an SUV...yes...guys...do not text and drive...The other car looked fine, but my poor car's was all messed up, not only the front bumper was all dented, but it felt more bumpy than usual when driving. I was scared, worried, and not sure what to do since this was the only accident I've ever been in. Thank god my friend recommended 360 to me. When I went there, I was immediately greeted by Tony. He was friendly, courteous, genuine, and nonjudgmental of how the accident happened LOL. I told him about my concerns (wanting to pay out of pocket), and just by looking at it, Tony knew right away that there was a problem with the internal parts too (I don't remember what it was called..not a car person..you know), and that the cost to repair was close to $2000. Tony then suggested to claim the insurance for the damages for both my car and the other person's car, and I took his advice. He kept me updated along the whole process (even when I was in Hong Kong vacationing). He fought my insurance to pay for OEM parts, as well as getting rid of some scratches on my car.
