Having the need to check in at a place like this is never good news. It is what it is sadly to say. Well, I'm here & with all the commotion going with the accident it can get overwhelming (3 car accident, I was in the middle) My car was towed to a towing facility while I was taken to The ER. By the time was discharged from the hospital is was late in the evening. I had to figure out where my car was. Someone recommend this place to me so I called them. I was on the phone with Jason. He was very nice & understanding. He offered to help get my car out of the tow yard & tow it back to his facility. Those tow yards charges outrageous fees! My car was only there for several hours & since it was after hours (6pm) they charged extra to release your car. Jason took care of the car for me. The next day, I went over to 360 to see how bad was the damage. It looked horrible. Jason explained every detail that was needed to be done my car. The type of paint color that I have, it's a bit on the difficult side since it was called Glacier White (similar to pearl white). Jason was very patient & did not push me at all to get things done. The other party's insurance was not cooperating with us so Jason personally called them & explained to them that there's a time frame that needs to be met. When all of the paperwork was done, the body work that done to my car was wonderful. They blended in the new paint to match with the existing paint was nice. I couldn't tell the difference. They detailed my car & Jason walked me through with the final inspections of my car. He pointed out every detail that was done to my car & made sure that everything was satisfactory before I took my car. This facility is quite large & they also have a mechanic department there to take care of any mechanical issues you may have with your vehicle besides body work. An older coworker once told me the most important 3 things to locate when you move to a new place is a good 1) Doctor, 2) Mechanic, & 3) Lawyer... while I agree with the first 2, I'm not sure why I would need a lawyer since I'm not planning on messing w/ the law anytime soon! :P Anyways, this same coworker introduced everyone at work to 360 Autoworks, boasting that they take good care of their customers and offer great, competitive pricing. As a female, I hate stepping into an auto shop because I have had many bad experiences including a mechanic shop that overtightened the oil cap and refused to admit that they did it leaving me no choice but to replace the oil pan because the threading had been stripped and oil was leaking. I went in for a $30 oil change but walked out with a $300 out-of-pocket expense... go figure! I thought of filing a complain through small claims court but was too busy at work to go through the hassle. I have plenty of other bad experiences I'm sure others can relate to.. so finding an honest auto shop is really important to me. I drove around and asked for a price quote: 3 auto shops quoted me a similar price of $300 to replace the oil pan & oil pan gasket compared to $200 at 360 Autoworks -- it was a no brainer, I took it in and it was replaced promptly. No issues since. Last year, I brought my car in because there was a loud humming noise. The mechanic initially thought it was a minor issue with a quick fix. I was happy to be quoted a $60 price tag since my prior experience at auto shops has been to go in for one fix, only to be told a few more other things need to be replaced as well -- sounds similar? Unfortunately, the humming noise was not fixed with the simple replacement and eventually it was determined that the A/C compressor and valve cover gasket needed to be replaced ($650.. ouch!). They waived the price of the initial fix (new part & labor) since it was their misdiagnosis. While my car was being fixed, they offered to give me a ride home. My car was quickly fixed by the end of the following day. I know nothing about cars. My Fiat had a burnt out tail light, and he simply replaced it for $10. I would have paid for more if he charged me, since I'm clueless, but he didn't. My wife's vehicle was among 4 parked cars that was hit by an elderly woman on a main street where we live. This elderly woman fell asleep at the wheel and hit the driver side of all 4 parked cars. This old lady had a really good nap at the time. She probably dreamt that she was in the demolition derby. The damage to our Infiniti G35 was from the rear bumper all the way to the front bumper on the driver side. This is the 3rd accident our vehicle was involved in. We had 2 prior experiences with other auto repair body shops that were terrible. The quality of the work from the first 2 accidents was cheap and poor. They used a lot of Bondo to cover up and smooth out the dents. You can tell by the ripples of the paint job. They did not use OEM replacement parts to fix our car. The owner Jason took care of us personally. He was very professional and provided the best customer service. He sent a flatbed truck to retrieve our vehicle for repair. Pretty good prices and relatively fast turn around time. Received excellent customer service from Duc. You should double check the work done to your car when you receive it. On some occasions i found scratched interior (which they fixed for the most part), and they left off 2 large screws that fasten my bumper to my car. I don't think it causes any big problems since my bumper has 4 other screws and multiple clips keeping the bumper secured. I probably would have never found out if i didn't need to take my bumper off to work on my car and a friend pointed out i was missing screws. read more

Last year my parents got into an accident that smashed their whole front hood in, and now the car looks as if an accident never happened. I just got into an accident with my old camry and these guys were so honest that they were like "if you replaced your bumper, it'd probably cost more than what it's worth." The few times I had to get my oil changed somewhere else on a day 360 was closed, Jiffylube or Pep Boys would give me a list of "additional things that are wrong w/ my car" that I "need to get fixed at their place for $$$$ to keep my car running." I politely reject them, bring those concerns over to 360, and these guys tell me if it's something I really need to worry about (and it never is!). It's hard to find an honest car mechanic nowadays, which is why even while I was living in San Diego for 5 years, I still would come all the way back here for my car maintenance. My daughter and I were involved in a 4 car accident back in March 2016, while traveling eastbound on the 210. I was the 1st car in this mayhem of madness. So, not to be confused - 4th car hit the 3rd car that hit the 2nd that hit me. Unfortunately, my car was stolen earlier this month and although I'm grateful it was found (all in the same 24 hours!) it wasn't in the best condition. My beautiful Tundra truck was hit from behind damaging the rear bumper, quarter panel, tail light, truck bed, and front bumper. He made the experience memorable and easy. I brought my truck to 360 Autoworks because I knew they would take care of me and my truck, they did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommended them to a friend.
